#his Skimble is such a crackhead

Today was the day I properly watched the entire Cats '98!

First off, this is beautiful.

I am a Gus Jr stan now.

Also, as someone who based most of their Cats fan existence on the Broadway revival, this was my first true Rumpus Cat Experience™ and probably one of my favorite things in the entire show.

A propos comparisons to the revival, thank gods the Skimbledots was way less explicit and may I even say optional. I'll much rather prefer to take the Skimblegus and Skimblestrap (surprisingly - I believed there was potential for them only in the movie but whaddya know...) and pair the two sweet older ladies together, thankyouverymuch.

I've grown quite fond of Garrat's Skimble by now! He does admittedly look way more gentle in the other songs than his own. He's no Jeremy when it comes to cute softness, Garrat's Skimbs is still a bit of a crackhead, I do like him though.

Also he has a nice butt.
