Hiii,so I wanted to ask,what is the timeline for the HIStory series? I wanted to start watching it based on your recommendations,but imagine my surprise when like 800 seasons popped out😭 (yes I’m kinda new).Thank you in advance!

We know that HIStory 3: Make Our Days Count and HIStory 4: Close To You share a universe as some of the characters from Make Our Days Count had a cameo in Close To You. I'm not entirely sure about the others but I think it makes sense that they all share a universe.

Regarding the timeline it's confirmed that HIStory4 happened after HIStory3 so I'm just gonna assume that it's a linear timeline and HIStory1 happened first lol.

Everyone, thank you so much for coming to the Shonichi performance. I am Yuzuka Rei from Flower Troupe. (Everyone, thank you so much for coming to the Shonichi performance. I am Yuzuka Rei from Flower Troupe. (removes hat) Because I can’t see everyone’s faces, so I took it off. I’m so happy to see everyone today. We received so much energy from the enthusiastic applause. All of us Flower Troupe members felt so alive on stage as we worked hard together. Thank you so much.

From January, we started from the Takarazuka Grand Theatre and now we finally start here in Tokyo Performances "MAYERLING” “ENCHANTEMENT – A Luxurious Perfume–". Even though we were nervous in January in the Takarazuka Grand Theatre, in the Tokyo performances, it is already spring. Therefore in this warm and friendly season, we hope to deliver a gorgeous play and show. So we hope that you could come to watch our performances every day, please continue to support us.

For the play, the premiere is 1983 and in the year of 2023, it is the 40th anniversary. This is a famous musical with history, and now that Flower Troupe members can take on the challenge to perform this, it is difficult, but we’re grateful and feel honoured for performing it. Even though it may be difficult to shape these characters, yet we’ll value the script and do our best in studying the roles and characters till the Senshuuraku. Therefore please continue to support. Thank you so much for your support.

各位，非常感謝大家來觀看今天的初日公演。

我是花組的柚香光。（摘下帽子）因為看不到大家的臉，所以就摘下來了。今天能見到大家真是太開心了。熱烈的掌聲給我們帶來了巨大的能量，我們花組生一起們在舞台上一起努力，感覺自己充滿了活力。所以非常感謝大家。

從一月開始，我們從寶塚大劇院開始，現在我們終於在這裡開始了東京公演「梅耶林」「ENCHANTEMENT–華麗的香水–」。雖然一月份我們在寶塚大劇院很緊張，但在東京公演中，已經是春天了，所以在這個溫暖友善的季節裡，我們希望能傳遞一場華麗的劇與秀，所以希望大家每天都來看我們的演出，請繼續支持我們。

關於劇的話，首演是1983年，2023年是40週年，這是一部有歷史性的名作，現在花組的來挑戰演出，雖然是很不容易，但是我們很感恩，也覺得很榮幸。雖然塑造這些角色可能很困難，但我們會珍惜劇本，努力研究角色和人物，直到千秋樂努力表演。感謝您的支持。

2079 seats…There are 2079 seats in the Tokyo Takarazuka Theatre as you are seated right now. While we’ve been in a long while that it’s not possible to have all the seats filled, but today finally we can embrace the day where all of the theatre is fully seated. Therefore I’m so overwhelmed in my heart, that I feel so grateful that my heart feels like bursting. Thank you so much! 

Thank you. When I became the Top Star in my beloved Flower Troupe in my debut performance “Haikara-san ga Tooru”, the theatre was only seated with half or even less audience members. And there’s been so much going on and that’s how we spent the time with everyone. We’ve had a no-audience performance before and there’s so many unforgettable moments during this period. But then the audience has been supporting us unfailingly and today – FULL-HOUSE! (applause) Thank you, thank you so much!

It’s 3 years since we have a full-house and seeing everyone today really makes my heart want to burst! Thank you so so much! And more than anything, I remember everyone’s thoughts for us and I want to thank those audience who came here to this Shonichi performance, me including all of Flower Troupe members such as the graduates, everyone are also heartfelt thankful for you all. So thank you! We will carry this thankful heart till Senshuuraku and we will all do our best, thank you all so much!

Speech at the Candlelight Vigil Hosted by Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation

Tonight, once again, we gather to remember and honor our brothers and sisters who lost their lives in the Tiananmen Square Massacre 33 years ago.

On this historic, heart-wrenching day, we mourn their sacrifices. But it is much more than sorrow that we feel. What this solemn day is about is to be thankful and to carry on the legacy of these fallen brothers and sisters.

Back in 1944, looking out across a field filled with rows of crosses marking the graves of men who, just days before, had been part of his Army, General Patton said, “It is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died. Rather, we should thank God that such men lived.”

Yes, we are thankful such men and women ever lived. Their short but glorious lives leave us forever in debt. They bravely rose up and fought for something greater than themselves, so that their compatriots could someday live with freedom and dignity, the life they themselves would never enjoy.

They paid the ultimate cost for the ideal that they deemed was worth dying for. It is the ideal of which the Chinese communist dictators are most afraid. They try to destroy this ideal by killing the people who uphold it. However, as President Reagan so eloquently said of the CCP in the wake of the Tiananmen Square Massacre: “You cannot massacre an idea.” Yes, without a doubt, our fallen brothers and sisters will live eternally in our hearts, as will the ideal for which they fought and died.

They sacrificed everything for the noblest of causes, and it is up to each of us to carry their legacy forward in an effort to repay a debt that can never truly be repaid. As we enjoy living in this free land, it may be easy to be indifferent, but it is indifference that allows the lessons of history to be forgotten; the prolonged denial of the people’s voice, and the massive, inhumane slaughter of human lives. That is exactly what is happening in China and Russia today.

Now, for all time, let us keep the sacrifices that our brothers and sisters made in Tiananmen Square over three decades ago in our hearts, as we strive to honor them by being good and true, hopeful and strong, and by committing to building a brighter future for China and throughout the world.

今晚，我们再次聚集在一起，缅怀和荣耀在 33 年前天安门广场大屠杀中牺牲的兄弟姐妹们。

在这个历史性的、令人心痛的日子里，我们哀悼他们的牺牲。而我们感受到的不仅仅是悲伤。在这个庄严的日子里，更要感恩并继承这些兄弟姐妹的遗志。

1944 年，巴顿将军眺望着一片满是十字架的田野，这些十字架标志着几天前还是他军队中一部分人的坟墓，他说：“只是悼念死者是愚蠢和错误的。相反，我们应当为世界有这样的人来过而感谢上帝。”

是的，我们感谢中国有过这样的男人和女人。他们短暂而光荣的一生让我们永远如债相随。他们勇敢地站起来，为超越自身的更伟大的事物而奋斗，从而让同胞未来可以过上他们自己将永无机会享受的自由的、有尊严的生活。

他们心怀伟大的理想，认为值得为之牺牲生命并付出了最终的代价。这正是中共独裁者最害怕的理想。他们试图通过杀死坚守它的人来摧毁这个理想。然而，正如里根总统在天安门广场大屠杀之后曾意味深长地谈到中共：“你不可能屠杀一个理想。”是的，毫无疑问，我们陨落的兄弟姐妹将永远活在我们心中，他们为之奋斗和牺牲的理想也将永远活在我们心中。

他们为最崇高的事业牺牲了一切，而我们每个人都有责任继承他们的遗志，努力偿还那永远无法真正偿还的债务。当我们享受着这片自由土地上的生活之时，可能很容易变得冷漠，但正是这种冷漠让历史的教训被遗忘；人民的声音被长期剥夺，人类的生命被大规模、残酷地屠杀。这正是今天在中国和俄罗斯发生的事情。

现在，让我们永远铭记三十多年前在天安门广场牺牲的兄弟姐妹，让我们心存善良与真实、充满希望与坚强，并致力于为中国和全世界建设一个更光明的未来而向他们致敬。

心血管疾病有多恐怖？這6類人最容易罹患心血管疾病！

當寒流來時，大家或許會在新聞上看到有人猝死，根據流行病常學的研究，猝死大約有９成是因為心血管疾病造成，包含常聽到的中風、心肌梗塞……，大家知道容易罹患心血管疾病的6大族群是哪些嗎？今天就為大家解答，還會提醒各位照顧心血管疾病患者的４個注意事項喔！

一、認識心血管疾病

經世界衛生組織WHO統計，每年共有1790萬人因心血管疾病過世，約佔了全世界死亡人口的32% [1]，根據WebMD解釋，心血管疾病會使心臟與血管出現相關的疾病，例如常見的中風、冠狀動脈心臟病、心肌梗塞或眼中風等症狀 [2]。

二、心血管疾病類型

大部分會患得心血管疾病的原因就是因為動脈粥狀硬化，使血管硬化導致阻塞，因油脂沉積、血管內膜增厚形成粥狀斑塊，美國心臟協會共指出多種心血管疾病類型，包括中風、高血壓、心肌梗塞、心律不整、二尖瓣脫垂、心臟衰竭及冠狀動脈心臟病等 [3]。

1.中風

當腦部動脈粥狀硬化，就容易引發中風，粥狀斑塊與血塊累積在血管內會使血管堵塞，導致缺血性腦中風，而根據血管堵塞的位置會有不同的病名。

2.高血壓

若長期患有高血壓，那麼也要多多注意動脈粥狀硬化的問題，高血壓會使動脈粥狀斑塊加速形成，隨著時間會讓血管越發狹窄，造成一定的影響。

3.心肌梗塞

心肌梗塞通常會分為先天與後天性，大部分擁有先天性的患者都是家族遺傳所致，如果後天擁有不良的作息、飲食不均衡等問題，容易出現膽固醇、血壓、三酸甘油脂及體重過高的情形，就會大幅增加發生心肌梗塞的機率。

4.心律不整

動脈粥狀硬化也會引發心律不整，因動脈粥狀的硬化讓血管內產生過多血栓，當出現急性血栓時，嚴重時就會發生心律不整，甚至還有可能導致休克、猝死。

5.二尖瓣脫垂

發生二尖瓣脫垂的原因大部分也是動脈粥狀硬化所導致，且可能引發其他心臟併發症，例如二尖瓣閉鎖不全等疾病。

6.心臟衰竭

心臟衰竭簡單來說就是心臟無法將血液傳導至其他血管，當血液進入心室時堵塞或是心臟泵血功能變差，無法正常讓血液回流的話，就有可能會發生心臟衰竭。

7.冠狀動脈心臟病

冠狀動脈心臟病是最常見的心血管疾病之一，因動脈粥狀硬化、三高疾病、抽菸、肥胖或壓力都有可能引發冠狀動脈心臟病，嚴重時可能會有心絞痛、呼吸困難，甚至是猝死。

三、心血管疾病症狀

一般心血管疾病在初期時大多皆無症狀，因此有許多人並不會馬上注意到，以下是美國克里夫蘭診所研究出的心血管疾病症狀 [4] ：

心悸

胸痛

心律不整

噁心想吐

呼吸困難

盜汗

暈眩

暈厥

胸悶

發紺

四、心血管疾病高風險族群

1.吸菸者

菸草的尼古丁成分會影響神經系統，而心血管疾病即屬神經系統異常的疾病，例如動脈硬化、心律不整、心衰竭等，因此徹底戒菸才是遠離菸害最根本的辦法。

2.高血壓患者

當心臟收縮，血液從心室輸至動脈管壁形成的壓力即為高血壓。高血壓其中一種併發症即為心肌梗塞、主動脈剝離，很可能產生無法及時搶救的風險。

3.糖尿病患者

根據台灣糖尿病年鑑數據統計出，約有半數以上的糖尿病患者死於心血管疾病，因糖尿病會造成血管病變，也就是我們先前提到的動脈粥狀硬化。

4.肥胖者

根據美國國家衛生研究院指出肥胖對心血管疾病也會有一定的影響 [5]，大多肥胖的人相對上較常發生高膽固醇與高血壓的問題，易增加動脈粥狀硬化機率。

5.中年人

美國衛生與公眾服務部發表的專題文章指出 [6]，過去我們大多都會認為是老人才會患有心血管疾病，不過根據研究顯示近年來心血管疾病的好發年齡有逐漸下降的趨勢，只要超過40歲就必須更加當心。

6.患有家族病史

英國心臟病基金會表示，若家中有心臟病史，除了基因遺傳之外，居住在相同的環境、擁有相同的生活方式及飲食都是可能會增加心血管疾病的風險因素 [7]。

五、心血管疾病預防方法

飲食均衡：

建議多吃蔬果和穀物類，多吃深海魚肉攝取魚油，多攝取蛋白質，減少攝取飽和脂肪、熱量以及鹽分含量高的食物。

戒菸、戒酒：

吸菸佔了心血管疾病死亡原因的17％，香菸的尼古丁會導致動脈硬化，酒精會使人的脈搏擴張，脈動更快速，是心臟病發作或中風的危險原因。

運動、避免肥胖

肥胖族群的血脂較高，易產生血管阻塞，建議養成規律運動習慣，有助於強化心肺功能，像是游泳、跑步等高強度運動屬於有氧運動，可以幫助心臟的血液輸送。

充足睡眠、規律生活作息

每天都要睡足8小時，最好每天固定時間睡，固定時間起床。多多深呼吸，減少壓力，適度伸展放鬆，不過度勞累，也能預防心血管疾病。

定期診斷

前面我們有提到，家族病史是罹患心血管疾病的一種原因，建議可以去醫院進行健康檢查，檢視幾是否有心血管疾病的遺傳病史，必要時做可以作心血管檢查。

六、如何照顧心血管疾病患者？照護4大注意事項

注重保暖

心血管疾病患者四肢末梢血液循環較差，因此很常手腳冰冷，在冬天時要特別注意四肢的保暖，可以以手套、襪子、圍巾等禦寒衣物加強保暖，內搭衣可以以貼身、透氣、排汗為主。

定時服藥

因為心血管疾病容易在冬季時發作，患有心血管疾病的患者由於病情比較無法預測及控制，必須定時吃藥及回診、定期量血壓，才能追蹤病情，依照病情做後續治療。

熱身運動

即使有心血管疾病的患者也要適量運動，不過要記得運動前做好熱身伸展，低強度的運動要持續10分鐘以上，再循序漸進提升運動長度及強度。若感覺胸口有不適一定要馬上停止活動。

飲食控制

許多攝取的食物都會與血液互相影響，因此要特別注意控制飲食，高油、高鹽的食物最好都不要吃，冬天也不要喝酒保暖，喝酒反而會加速身體熱能流失，容易著涼。

A total lunar eclipse occurred on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. The southern limb of the Moon passed through the center of the Earth's shadow. It surpassed the previous eclipse as the longest total lunar eclipse visible from nearly all of North America since August 17, 1989, and until June 26, 2029. Occurring only 5.8 days before apogee (on November 14, 2022), the Moon's apparent diameter was smaller. The next total lunar eclipse will take place on March 14, 2025. A lunar occultation of Uranus happened during the eclipse. It was the first total lunar eclipse on Election Day in US history. This event was referred in media coverage as a "beaver blood moon".

Now that History 4: Make our days count 2 had been confirmed( kind of), I can finally say it... I didn't like MODC, I really didn’t like it... 

And it's not only about the ending... It's about how they made Yu Xigu suffer throughout the whole series, have a little break for a few weeks and then make him suffer again.

He's alone with no parents, has just a friend that helps him and then he gets bullied...?

I was really rooting for them when I saw the trailer at the begininng, the enemies to lovers storyline sounded promising but Xiang Haoting took things way too far...

I can like an enemies to lovers story with a bully finally realizing that he's in love (even though I don't particularly like it) but this was done so badly... HaoTing took the bullying way too far. He almost ruined Yu Xigu’s lif, when school was Yu Xigu’s only option for having a chance at a better life.

The day he kept him from going to school and Yu Xigu missed his exam then begged the teacher to take it anyway and went on he knees to beg for a second chance...My heart broke for him. That scene was very painful to watch and I almost stopped the show altogether. In that moment, I hated HaoTing like I had never hated a character in my life.. I was sure I wouldn't enjoy their storyline anymore.

And then Hao Ting starts being nice to Yu Xigu because he has a crush on him??? Not because he felt guilty for his behavior??? Would he have acted the same way if he hadn't had a crush on Yu Xigu? He really was the definition of a spoiled brat but the worst kind.

So little by little I started enjoying their scenes together again, they have great chemistry together and we get to see Yu Xigu happy and then what??? Episode 10 happens???

Can you give this character a break?????? Why does he have suffer every minute of every hour with just a short break in between?

They should have picked on... either the heartbreaking bullying scene or the tragic ending... but not both... not both.

What I also didn't like about the ending is that it's so difficult to understand...We don’t see anything and then there’s a time jump, it was all so confusing.

Let's not even talk about the side couple of the show.. I don't even know what to say.

The chemistry betwen Wayne Song And Chun Chih is amazing and I wish I could see them in another project together but the more I think about it and the more I think that MODC wasn't a good show.

I was excited when I heard that there would possibly be a 2nd season because I wanted my sweet sweet Yu Xigu to have a chance at a happy ending, but now I couldn't care less...
