Everyday Beauty // Broken

How can one love something that is broken? Even the fragments of a fine creation contain their own beauty, and they are still part of something bigger and beautiful. My husband Joseph brought me this piece of pottery from a deposit of dirt in our yard that must have come from closer to the river at one point. We’ve found other pieces of pottery and arrowheads in it as well.
