*[T/N]　the kanji Sakurai uses in the lyrics is 狂う、”go mad”, even though in the song it sounds like 来る, “to come”, which makes sense in the context of "the next train coming"

+ it has been confirmed by Sakurai that the lyrics depict experiences of a "man with a woman's soul" who wishes to live as feminine (whether it's an euphemism for a transgender woman or a gnc man isn't entirely clear to me, i think it could be both). either way, it seems to express frustration at being unable to get rid of your masculinity completely - x

concert high & Love is NOT dead ~

so, i can’t come down...

AND I DON’T WANT TO.

yesterday, i watched the LuvParade live stream. and my heart is so full of love i can barely handle it. seeing my favourite band almost reunited and having a great time on stage, hearing zero’s voice almost break when he announced Kamikaze... seeing karyu and zero sharing the stage again, playing D’espairsRay songs... and then the MUSIC... we all know it will NEVER EVER EVER be the same when it’s not hizumi singing, but seeing these songs return to stage gave me a high i didn’t expect. the only thing that truly broke my heart was when they played MIrror, and my favourite part (i think it is my favourite part of all D’espairsRay songs ever, excluding the screams from Reddish) came up, but of course the guest vocalist (who has a great voice, i don’t mean to bash him he did an amazing job) just couldn’t deliver it as it should’ve been - but you can’t have everything, right?

AND THEN THE ENCORE HAPPENED, and boy was i not ready. Deathpoint without vocals, as to show us exactely what (and who) is missing. Also, when they were finished, they stood on stage and (i strongly believe) deliberately left a space in their row for the 4th person who should be standing with them on this stage.

My heart is so full seeing that Love sure as hell is NOT dead <3 ~
