Vamp said I could post her design for Lurien the Watcher, so here's our headcanons and also our design for him as a human! We headcanon him as this posh guy with a heart of gold despite being a neurotic asshole. He is IMMENSELY loyal to the kingdom and its strive to be eternal, and will put his efforts into that. He's like if Flug from Villanos was a good guy. Dedicated and competent, but with the composure of a Tasmanian Devil.

We also headcanon that he's a butterfly, specifically Joni's half-brother. He forsook lifeblood to serve the Pale King as his Watcher. The Pale King doesn't know this, however, as the man covered himself fully even before swearing himself to him. He was always a weirdo.

He cannot stand Tiso.

I wanna try posting here again cause its been almost a year since I posted my art to this app whoopsie  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but anyways, I decided to redesign my dreamer gijinkas that I drew back in January because I kinda hated them and I like how they came out ^^ I did more complex outfits this time which im happy about cause outfits are difficult for me. (2) Butler: Forgive my impudence, but surely a visit to the Palace calls for something more formal? A fancier cloak or perhaps a brooch? Lurien: For what purpose? Butler: Master? Lurien: What purpose would such a garb serve?

(3) Butler: Well, it would be a show of respect, to the King and his court. To others, it would show your status and rank. Lurien: Precisely. It is for show. Which is why I have no need of it.
