Today, let's talk about the wonderful encounter we felt destined for. Local hops and us.

That was 2015 when we started brewing. I think it was August. After working very hard on that day, he was finally alone in the store cleaning up.

Oh, let me tell you first. He's a big man, but he's scared of ghosts.

（あれは醸造をスタートした2015年の出来事でした。確か8月だったと思う。その日もすごく忙しく働いた後、ボスは最後に一人でお店に残って片付けをしていたの。あ、先に言っておくね。彼は大男だけどお化けが怖いの。）

It was past 12:00 in the midnight. He felt like someone had knocked on the shutter at the store. But he thought it was a fault and ignored it. Because he's just afraid of ghosts. Lol.

"Knock Knock!" After all, someone is knocking. He looked at the door while fighting fear. Then he saw two eyes peeking through from the post! OMG!!!

（夜中の12時過ぎ。店のシャッターを誰かがノックしたような気がした。でも彼はそれを気のせいだと思い込み無視したの。なぜかというとただただお化けが怖いから。笑。 「コンコン！」やっぱり誰かがノックしてる。恐る恐るドアを見るとシャッターのポストの隙間から覗く二つの目が！※書いててウケる笑）

As an aside, in Japan, the summer tradition is a ghost. There is a legend that the dead people return every August.

（余談ですが日本では夏の風物詩といえばお化けなんです。毎年8月には亡くなった人が帰ってくるという伝説があるの。）

（別に誰も見てないのに「全然怖くないし！」みたいな演技しながら勇気振り絞ってシャッターを開けたボス。するとそこに立つ一人の男。手には袋を持っている。よく見るとそれは私たちの友達であるだいちゃんでした。一安心！ 「よかったらこれ使ってみて」とだいちゃんが渡してきた謎の袋。中にはホップがたくさん♡）

This is our wonderful encounter. By the way, why did he bring a hop at midnight? ? It is a mysterious Daisuke.

He grows hops as one of his housefarming in Chuo-ku, Kobe. But the quality is perfect. He is not a farmer, but do not underestimate him. He grows awesome hops! They are "centennial hop", but we call it "Kasugano Hop" with love.

（大ちゃんは神戸市中央区の自宅で家庭菜園の一つとしてホップを育てています。でも家庭菜園だからってナメてもらったら困ります。めちゃくちゃ立派なホップを育ててくれるからね。 品種はセンテニアルなんだけど私たちは愛を込めて「春日野ホップ」と呼んでます）

Five years have passed since we met in 2015. Kasugano hops are becoming better year by year. We have been holding a hop festival every year for the last 5 years. This year's Hop Festival will be held this month or next month. At this festival, we bring fresh hop vines to the store and hang them inside. Customers cut it with scissors, harvest it, float it on beer and drink it. Very nice aroma! We will let you know about this year's schedule on SNS. Please look forward to it.

i hate house farms soooo much every time i have to drive through one of them i feel this overwhelming since of falseness like the way that the sky is still and flat in games that use a skybox because it’s these identical copypasted structures with no life or individuality (oh HONEY we can pick the trim colors and the siding from this preselected list!!! it’s so nice that we can customize our house and have it be unique but they can all still conform so our property values stay high!!!!) where they’re exactly, what, ten feet apart? and in the front lawn which is ALWAYS cut to two inches exactly or expect a nastygram from the HOA there’s no sign of kids even though everyone there has 2.5, or if there IS evidence that a real human child lives in the house there’s a basketball hoop in the driveway while the cars are put in the garage and the streetparked/driveway parked cars are 2010 minimum year or you get a nastygram and the residents are highschool sweethearts who vote republican and don’t believe in sex outside of marriage and teach abstinence and have kids who dont know that babies come from sex and silver cars and the most overwhelming oppressive sense of hyper-conformity with five different peaks because money can’t buy taste but it sure as hell can buy archways i want housefarms to be illegal and wiped off of the map
