I truly do believe that if Zuko was canonically 2 years younger or Aang 2 years older Zukaang would have been a generation-defining slash ship. Like literally unavoidable anywhere you look in the fandom. The Zukaang/Zutara/Kataang ship wars would have been UNBELIEVABLE and to this day shippers would argue over whether it was deliberate queerbaiting and pointing to that holding hands panel in the comic as evidence that it's canon.

Spoilers for Chapter 123!
So, remember that old post I made about all the similarities between Ai and Kana? And when I said that Kana is "everything Aqua idolized Ai to be"?
I feel like Chapter 123 has kind of made things come full circle for me.
After all, Goro used to see Sarina in Ai...
But what Goro initially projected onto Ai was the kind of idol Sarina wanted to be (pure, honest), not the kind of idol Ai was (a liar).
And who is most like the kind of idol Sarina would've grown up to be?
Kana is everything Aqua initially idolized Ai to be, because Kana does embody everything that made Sarina so radiant.
Even their gazes are the same!
Not the deceitful star eyes who are good at making people believe their lies, but the starry eyes that show their true feelings and how much they cherish their dream. Eyes that are filled with love.
I believe this is why Aqua had such blind faith in Kana's success as an idol. He sincerely believed she had what it took, but he was also likely projecting Sarina's dreams onto her in very much the same way he projected them onto Ai. It's no coincidence that Aqua has recently had to face the fact that Kana never wanted to be an idol in the first place.
So I feel like Aqua's fixation with Kana makes perfect sense to me now.

I think we can all agree that watching the cast of The Quarry getting grilled by the cops Until Dawn style would’ve been INFINITELY more interesting than that hellish podcast (then again, that’s a low bar 👁👁).
Until Dawn had PLENTY of flaws don’t get me wrong, but the credit sequence was fucking genius. You’re just sat listening to all these poor kids recapping the most horrifying experience anyone can go through, and you can see exactly how much they’ve changed since the beginning. Just imagine the interactions we would’ve gotten out of it! WAY more closure story-wise, and it could’ve been used to drive home the consequences of your actions through different dialogue options based on player choice.
I liked how it was used before and I think it could’ve given us further insight into our characters, the newspaper clippings could’ve been used in conjunction to communicate the outcome they faced after the interrogation and how the evidence collecting mechanic effects the ending.
