It's been over 5 years since I started a PIV larger than a 24g... but tonight I went up to an acute care floor and put a 22g in a 3 month old. It looked enormous compared to the little ones I usually place. The 22g was also double the length of the 24g.

I"m low key impressed with myself and proud of my skills. Even my charge (who is also a PICC nurse) said she was impressed and said that she would've just placed a 24g. But I was just matching the size to the vessel and the baby had a solid vein in their wrist. We were also trying to get labs from the IV to save the babe a poke... which would've been harder to do from a 24g.

Oooh this is a fun one!

1. Adam to officially also adopt Makayla. He's her dad, him and Kim are together, he deserves to be it legally as well and I'd like that to be done, even if it's just a little side mention!

2. Burzek date night! I really really want to see them on a date, even if that date is inevitably ended with crime! And actually at a restaurant, just them two not just a family thing. Although I wouldn't be against that as;

3. More burzek family domestic scenes! Just them three as well as Uncle Kev and cousin Jordan!

4. More burzek PDA. This ranges from anything like holding hands, more of their kisses, more morning scenes/bed scenes or more sex scenes. All or just one of the above!

5. Burzek engagement 2.0! This is probably more of a pipe dream but I really really want sometime in season 11 for there to be an engagement!
