Speaking of High School Musical, I can see some similarities between some TWST characters and HMS ones. Ace and Troy are basketball players who would then find themselves into singing, Vil is like Sharpay that they both work hard to be on top as actors/singers, Rook would be Ryan for his partner in the same field....

And now we're at the point in the main story similar to the HSM 2 era, where the third years are considering their future prospects--

Between Jamil (whose hobby is breakdancing), Ace (who joins VDC/SDC with Jamil, Vil, and Rook), and Floyd (who also enjoys dancing), the whole Basketball Club must break out in well/coordinated dance sequences about getting their heads in the game… Just replace "Wild Cats" with "Night Ravens"! And I know for sure that Vil and Rook would slay Bop to the Top— I guess their musical roots are still present in the final product 🤣 They couldn't outrun the music in them...

Now he's been burdened with directing the "first ever" community production of the Broadway version of Frozen and Ricky's gonna steal (back?) Gina from him.
