I think he definitely likes discobear back, but not until after a date or two. He’s nervous to reciprocate because first of all,,.hes confused! pop is a tired single father who’s a little bit of a mess so why?? is thsi washed up disco man crushing on HIM of all people?;$ and secondly.. nervous to reciprocate because.. discobears ego is already so big liking him back will definitely inflate it. he needs to play hard to get so discobear doesnt kno how hard he’s crushin on him.. discobear needs 2 WORK!! if we take the vietnam war references literally and are very generous with the ages (going with him being drafted at 18 during 1975) then he would be 42 when the series started and 65 now, and thats like. the youngest possible reading of his character. and hes still drawn like a teenager

1 db and lumpy are cops and i hate that. just saying. also it looks like theyre both protrayed in a villainous light so like #fuckcops

2 mole looks sooooo boring it feels like the artist put a lot of effort into flaky handy flippy nutty and others but mole.... hes.... ehm...

3 splendid and sniffles look the fucking same im not even joking. the only difference is that splendid has a big squirrel tail (nobody else has animal features but hes a superhero so. fair)
