Summary: After you risk your life protecting Ghost, the Lieutenant is furious. Angry enough, in fact, to pay you a late-night visit.

It was meant to be an easy mission but, really, what were you expecting?

You were experienced enough to know that when it was meant to be a breeze, you had to prepare for a fucking hurricane. And as Ghost stormed towards you, his fists clenched and his gaze furious, you knew this was gonna be one hell of a storm.

“What the fuck were you thinking?” He didn’t stop until his chest bumped into yours, heaving and hard. His wide shoulders swayed from side to side as the officer sized you up. “Are you fucking stupid?”

You grit your teeth and glared. “I just saved your fucking life, Sir.”

You weren’t much in comparison to the towering figure that Ghost presented, you knew that. Still, you stood as tall as you could manage and set your jaw. You were right to provide him with backup. You were right to have taken out the people on his tail.

You’d done everything right.

So, why was he so fucking angry?

“Don’t start this shit with me, Sunshine,” Ghost hissed, fingers wrapping around your bicep. He pulled you in flush against his body, your armoured plates knocking against his. “That was out of line.”

“Saving your life?” You questioned, bewildered. “Saving your life was out of line, Ghost?”

His eyes narrowed and a deep rumble reverberated in his chest.

“No,” he snapped, leaning back. “Pretending you were anything but a fucking sniper was, though.”

Your breath left your lungs as though you’d been sucker-punched. You searched what little features you could see for an ounce of regret, any softness in his features to show he didn’t mean it- but the kohl on his eyes only highlighted the sharpness of his gaze.

“This isn’t over, Sunshine,” Ghost warned, snatching his hand from your arm. He imparted a glare that had your throat tightening, before he brushed past you roughly. For once, you wished you had never made it home.

You were angry at yourself for crying.

It was in your own shower and hidden from the rest of your unit, but you were still upset.

Your life was insane and full of enough sorrow to destroy most, and there were more than enough reasons to justify an emotional break. However, crying over a man? You were ashamed. Embarrassment seared red hot across your chest, it made your blood boil- it made you angry.

Who the fuck did he think he was?

You had done everything right. Price had clapped you on your back upon your return, commending your quick thinking. Ghost had scoffed at that, watching the interaction from the darkest corner of the room.

“Leaving your post is not ‘quick-thinking.’” The words had been a snarl from beneath his bloodied mask.

Price raised a brow as you shifted on your feet furiously. “I saved you on the evac, Sir. There was no fucking post.”

Ghost took a step toward you, his finger pointing at your chest as though he were marking you for death. You were thankful Price stepped in, you were angry but you weren’t stupid. You didn’t want to go toe-to-toe with the grim reaper himself but you would to defend your actions.

“How about you both hit the showers and cool off. Good job on today,” he gave the two of you a pointed look, “the both of you.”

You said nothing, only returning Ghost’s glare vehemently before storming off.

Your clothes felt too soft on your freshly scrubbed skin. It always felt like that after a mission; everything smelt too good, felt too good and sounded too quiet. It would take you a couple of hours to adjust, but your blood burned at your surroundings.

You were already overstimulated and now you were uncomfortable.

Fuck you, Simon Riley, you ingrateful twat.

You wanted to find him and shake some sense into him. You wanted a fucking thank you. You wanted his recognition, his approval and you seethed at your desire to feel accepted by him.

You dried your hair roughly with the towel, your frustrations translating into your menial tasks. Angrily shower, angrily dry off, angrily get dressed- you were fucking furious and you couldn’t get past it.

Bang, bang, bang.

You gasped, dropping the towel as someone battered against your door. It shook on the hinges under the pressure, and you stood frozen for a long moment. It was late, there was no reason for anyone to be visiting.

Everybody from the 141 was out and about, you and Ghost had returned a day earlier than expected.

You frowned as they knocked again with the flat part of their fist, the dull thuds picking up in volume. You scooped the towel from the floor, throwing it over the chair in the corner.

“Coming,” you shouted before they could go for a third round. You worried the frame wouldn’t hold up much longer. No sooner than you had twisted the handle, the door swung open. You leapt out of the way, eyes wide as a towering figure stepped through the threshold, slamming the door shut behind them.

The lock engaging behind him sounded like a death knell.

“Sir-“ you rasped, stumbling backward as he approached you.

“Cut that shit out,” Ghost snapped, “you know my fucking name.”

Fuck.

You stared up at him with wide eyes, as you continued back into the room. He was furious, just as heated as he had been when he’d gotten back from the mission. The man had clearly showered and changed, standing before you in a hoodie and balaclava.

“What the fuck are you doing in here?” You glared at him, heart leaping into your throat as your back finally hit the wall. Ghost’s eyes slid to each side of you, marking how you were trapped between your own furniture.

“You know what you did today, Sunshine,” he said heatedly, “everyone can congratulate you about it as much as they want but you listen to me. Never do that again.”

You sneered, leaning forward. Ghost inclined his head, meeting you halfway as your noses nearly brushed. “I saved your life within the parameters of the mission and I’ll do it again and again if I fucking have to.”

“You were almost killed!” Ghost’s finger rose to press into your chest harshly. “Almost had a fucking bullet put between your eyes.”

“But I didn’t! Had I not stepped in you would have been a fucking pin cushion, Simon!”

You were forced back into the wall as he smacked an open palm into the plaster beside your head. You jumped at the sound by your ear, your lip trembling beneath his gaze. You could feel the heat emanating from his body in waves, he was fucking burning.

“What?” You whispered, your mouth dry all of a sudden. “You gonna fuckin’ hit me, Riley? You gonna hit me for doing my job?”

“Of course not, you idiot.” He snapped, leaning back. Ghost’s eyes narrowed as his hand slid from the wall by your head, resting at his side.

“Why are you here then? Barging into my room, locking the door behind you, putting me against the wall,” you listed, your voice low and urgent as you glared at him. Your chest heaved against his as you raced to catch your breath. “You’re either here to fuck me or fight me and we both fucking know that you hate my guts, Riley. So, get to it and get the fuck out.”

“Shut the fuck up, Sunshine,” Ghost rasped, shifting on his feet. “You deserve to get your shit rocked for the way you acted out there.”

You searched his gaze, his eyes the colour of a stormy ocean as he glared right back at you. “You don’t even know what you’re doing here,” you snarled, leaning forward once more. This time, Ghost didn’t challenge you. “You don’t think you deserve to be saved, L.T?”

“Shut up,” he snapped.

“Your life is worth more than mine, Simon,” you growled, poking a finger into his chest. “You’re my superior, it’s my job to protect you.”

“Then fucking listen when I say shut up, or I’ll shut you up.”

“Sniper or not, if it ever came down to me or you- it’s my fucking job to die for you-“

Your back slammed against the wall, breath leaving your body at the impact. You were disoriented for a short moment, vision hazy as you tried to regain your bearings. His body was pressed against yours, his hands gripping your shoulders so tight you knew you’d be bruised.

You couldn’t think, you couldn’t anticipate his next move. Not when he gripped your jaw, half his fingers on your face and the others wrapped against your neck. He leaned down and you flinched, opening your mouth to gasp.

He wasn’t going to hit you.

Instead, Ghost kissed you.

You don’t know when he had rolled his mask upward, but his mouth was hot and urgent against yours, groaning when he swallowed your gasp before it could come to fruition. He tasted sweet on your tongue and poisonous to your mind, drowning all your inhibitions in his touch. You whimpered against him and a wicked smile curved his lips upward.

You couldn’t breathe. You couldn’t think. Your hands gripped his shirt tightly as his free hand moved to tangle itself in your damp hair, your dripping strands locked tightly between his fingers.

When he pulled away you were dizzy, your head falling back to rest against the wall. Your chest heaved as your heart pounded against your ribs, demanding to be freed.

There was nothing but silence for a long moment, the space between you both filled with his ragged breathing and your shaky gasps. You were so close you could taste him, his forehead pressed against yours and his eyes squeezed shut.

“You’re driving me out of my fucking mind, Sunshine.” Ghost rasped finally, his voice throaty and strained. “You just don’t fucking listen.”

You swallowed thickly, eyes trained on the beast before you. You’d watched this man tear people apart with his bare hands. You’d seen him take bullets to the chest, seen him snap necks and tear limbs.

But those fingers that had wreaked so much havoc rested on your throat softly, now. So gentle, as though he thought you would crumble beneath him if he squeezed.

But he wanted to grip tighter, and you knew it. You could tell by the twitch of his fingers, by the clench of his jaw.

“I can be taught, Sir,” your voice was barely a whisper but Ghost’s eyes snapped open as though you’d yelled at him. He watched you, like a predator observing its prey. You wondered if he thought he’d misheard you, maybe he was praying that he hadn’t.

When he leaned in close, your body shivered against his as adrenaline spiked your system.

“I’ll fuckin’ teach you to listen, Sunshine,” he murmured finally, fingers tightening against your skin. “Don’t you worry.”

Maybe he didn’t hate you, after all.

synopsis: since you slept together, anakin, your boss, has been acting pretty much normal around you. on occasion he flirts with you and leaves you little gifts. but you start to question if he sees you as little more than an office plaything.

Every single shift after you made the terrible decision of sleeping with your boss, you find a purple rose on your desk. And you have collected enough to make a bouquet which stands in a tall glass right beside your computer. Neither of you have had much time to talk about what happened afterwards. He’s been caught up in his work, and you’ve been caught up in managing his life and coffee orders.

Every time he passes your desk to get to his own office, he flashes his smile and gives you a little wink, letting you know that he hasn’t forgotten what happened. But you don’t know why he seems uninterested in talking about it. You’re too afraid to bring it up to him because… well, he’s your boss. And you’re not exactly sure of where you stand with him anymore. The dynamics of your professional relationship is just as fucked up as you had been on your desk only last week.

God, it’s embarrassing to remember how many documents were destroyed in the hurricane that had been desperate sex with Anakin. You wonder how long it had been since he’d fucked because he acted as though he was deprived. Considering his tumultuous relationship with his beauty queen wife, it all added up though. He needed a release. And you held your legs wide open for him.

It wouldn’t surprise you if he sees you only as a quick fuck, an office plaything to entertain himself with when his wife is upset. Each time you imagine that likely reality you chip off a piece of your self-image.

When he walks through past your desk this morning to begin the day, Anakin stops at the entrance to his office and turns to you. “Mind staying late today?”

You narrow your eyes at him slightly. “Why?”

He freezes for a moment as if he didn’t expect you to question his authority. “Well…” he crosses his arms, “Work stuff.”

You give him a sigh. Something is up. You can tell by the mischievous grin he wears as he looks at you. “I promised I’d meet my friends for drinks later.”

He opens his door a little wider to reveal his liquor cabinet. “I’ll make you one.”

“Are you asking me to have a drink with you?”

He gives you a shy smile and closes the door behind him. He knows you won’t chase after him. You’re too afraid to stand up to him. The dynamics have shifted even further in his favor now that you’ve slept with him.

You hit your hands against your face. You stupid, stupid girl!

Most people had left by five o’clock. The forty-floored skyscraper is a ghost town. As you wait at your desk for your boss to finish up, you swear you can hear yourself think. You nearly scream when he opens the door because you were lost in your thoughts completely. He waves you in, and he’s holding a red drink in his hand.

That’s your drink. A cosmopolitan. How’d he know that?

He hands it to you as you walk in. It’s love at the first sip. Apparently, the famous CEO is also a cocktail expert.

“How is it?” he asks.

You sip slowly, pacing yourself. “Good. Thank you.”

Anakin offers you his office chair, burgundy, shiny faux-leather, and rolls across the floor as if it’s ice. As heat rushes to your cheeks, you accept his kindness and sit, crossing your legs daintily.

He steps over to his personal bar and pours himself a glass of wine. He swirls it around in his glass a couple times before taking a big sip. Then he turns to you again.

“So,” he mutters.

You smile. “What work stuff did you wanna go over.”

Anakin stands in front of you as if to purposefully occupy your entire view. He takes another sip before finally answering.

“Fine. You’ve got me. Not work stuff.”

You mask your surprised expression by sipping on your own drink. Honestly, you don’t know what to say. Maybe it’s stupid, but you don’t want to assume it’s to talk about your intimate encounter though you wouldn’t mind trying it again. You’ve started wearing matching lingerie every day to work.

“I was hoping…” he hangs his head as he grabs your hand, “we wouldn’t be a one-time thing.”

“What are you asking for, Anakin? Sex?”

With a grin on his lips, he glances up at you again. “You. That’s what I want.”

You set your glass on his desk with a white clink echoing through. “Just me?”

“Just you,” he repeats. “All to myself.”

“You know, I could have a boyfriend,” you say standing up, facing him.

“Well… I hope he doesn’t mind that you’re going to be working overtime…” he pauses and sets his drink beside your glass, “almost every night.”

Of course, his arrogance shouldn’t turn you on like it does, the presumptuousness of his assumption that you’ll be spending every night with him. But it works on you. His unbreakable confidence in everything he does amazes you, and you fall harder somehow. You throw your arms around his neck, and he leans your body back, his hands cupping your ass, and he kisses your deeply. His lips taste of sweet wine and the cigars he smokes sometimes. You chase his tongue into his mouth. And he likes it.

His hands start to lift the edges of your pencil skirt, seeking you. You push back to stop him. You want to take this slowly. Not like last time. Last time was messy and fast. You were swept away by the most animalistic passions.

This time you want to savor him. Savor his touch, the way he feels against your skin, the taste of his body, and the scent of his cologne.

You start with his tie, pulling it down from the back of his neck. It’s blue silk a little darker than his eyes. You unbutton his white dress shirt, slowly revealing the skin beneath decorated by curly hair. Against your fingers, it’s downy soft. You nuzzle his chest with your nose and with your mouth and with your tongue.

He rolls his shirt off and it falls behind him to the floor. Next, you deftly tackle his belt, unbuckling it and pulling it through the loops. The metal clatters on the hard floor, but you don’t stop.

In your last encounter, all he managed was to rip your panties off and unzip his fly. He could hardly wait to get inside you. And it had been a tight fight, even with his attempts to ready your body.

This time you fully undress each other and fully embrace your natural states during this intimate meeting. Anakin admires your body, rubbing his hands up and down the sides of your hips, savoring your breasts.

You like this softer side to him. The life he lives has hardened him. You have to be cutthroat to survive. And you know he’s done things he’s not proud of.

But you know his heart. And right now, his heart is for you.

He’s looking down at you in the same way he used to towards his wife. All you can hope for is that his feelings for you will last.

SISTER GERTRUDE MORGAN, 1900 - 1980, born in Alabama, USA.

“I guess my paintings spread the word; they represent something. They get me a living, of course, and help out the mission here … I am a missionary of Christ before I’m an artist. Give all the fame to some other artist. I work for the Lord. Now don’t forget to give Him credit.”

A street preacher who became an artist, poet, and musician, Sister Gertrude Morgan was guided throughout her life by visions from God. Her artistic talent was a conduit to express her religious fervor and illustrate her teachings. Self-taught, Morgan created artworks when the Spirit moved her, using found materials such as cardboard, window shades, wood, signs, and more. Her imaginative compositions often incorporated text to emphasize important themes or to cite Scripture verses. Later in her career after 1970, Morgan devoted the majority of her paintings to biblical scenes from the Book of Revelation, which focuses on the second coming of Christ. Her recurring imagery depicts the Book of Revelation’s theme of the New Jerusalem, which represents the Holy City for Christ’s followers and the fulfillment of all God’s promises. Morgan’s interpretations of this abstract, spiritual concept often include a large multistory building shown in cross section to reveal empty chambers and Christ preparing for His marriage to Sister Gertrude, as shown in New Jerusalem Court and Untitled (New Jerusalem). “And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband.”

Born on April 7, 1900, to a poor rural family in LaFayette, Morgan moved to New Orleans in 1939 to begin her missionary work as a singing street preacher and soon joined the Holiness and Sanctified denomination, a church where the services praised God through music and dancing. In the early 1940s, Morgan adopted the title “Sister” when she worked with two other street missionaries, Mother Margaret Parker and Sister Cora Williams. The three women built a chapel and opened a children’s shelter; the center closed down when it was destroyed by a hurricane in 1965. Morgan then moved to St. Bernard Parish where she became a nurse to a woman whose house later became Morgan’s Everlasting Gospel Mission.

5. TV Show of the Year -

Fun fact, I do not watch a whole lot of TV outside of late night and Last Week Tonight, hilariously enough. That being said, there were some really obvious standouts for me:

Taskmaster Season 16. Season 15 was great as well but I cannot, CANNOT say better things about the absolute chaos and sublime beauty of Season 16's cast. I was truly rooting for Julian all the way into the end of that series, and more than other series of the show, I genuinely had no idea what I was going to see next.

In that vein, Taskmaster New Zealand S1. Guy Williams plucking a violin string for what must have been 30 straight seconds while Paul's eyes dart around like he's in The Office is a Top 3 All-Time Greatest Taskmaster Moment.

Shiny Happy People. I watch a lot of documentary series when I watch TV - I like to learn things. Shiny Happy People stands above and beyond as the most horrifying, disturbing documentary show I've ever seen. Learning just how deep the rot goes in the Quiverfull movement and how the Duggar family encapsulates a particularly virulent strain of backwards thinking that's threatening to destroy the country through its political power was very enlightening to me.

I currently just started Poker Face, which 100% will probably land on my best list if it keeps up the energy of the first episode. Natasha Lyonne is an absolute treasure.

I'll be honest - this year is going to be rough. You're going to be put on medication for your anxiety and you're going to hate that you didn't do it sooner. You're going to have a nervous breakdown at work that changes your entire approach to life. You're going to get sober from alcohol and it's going to suck at first. Your car is going to have some issue with it for about 10 months of the year. Work is going to run you into the ground and you're going to feel hopeless about it.

But there's going to be so much joy in this year between the darkness. You're going to have a Taskmaster-themed birthday party that your friends and family adore. You're going to keep at this silly blog and find so many things to share with the world, and make even more new friends. You'll get closure on some things you never expected to have closed. You're going to be four months sober by the end of the year. Your partner is going to not only remain your rock, but truly show himself to be the love of your life. You're going to fly across the country during a hurricane watch to see John Oliver for the first time in ten years!

So keep your chin up. Also fix your windshield wipers.

Hello everyone, peahen mom here but I just had a short idea for a drabble. If your curious to what it is, I'll let you read to see it involves the cursed hurricane and her beloved metal destroyer knight. With this said, lets see what this story is about.

Breezy has been caught before by the enemy of the Nagu vampires back in the past that made Rust lose it almost destroying everything there. However, now it seems the tables has turned. What could this mean? Read to find out.

Breezy always was happy hanging out with her friends and team. It was always good for her even through the bad times. Though, it was still just as good when it came to spending time with her boyfriend.

Rust Knight. Member of the DBT.

She always was happy when it came to him. From the first day they met, to hanging out, having fun. Even to their sparing matches. Things were good for them. She always was happy to see him and nothing would stop her from being there for him.

That is..till today.

She was looking worried when she was with her team trying to help find a missing Rust knight when Ink and the others asked Jinx if they saw Rust anywhere. He was out getting some things before they didn't a single word from him after. It's been a few hours and Rust would have called them. Or her.

All she knew that either he was doing something at that time when she texted him or something was wrong resulting in him not responding for so long. So, the cursed vixens would keep a eye out for him while the DBT did the same. Right now, she was looking around with her team hoping to find him but nothing yet. This really worried the hurricane. She did check her cell phone again to see if he texted her but nothing.

The last text was a few hours ago with her telling him to have a great day but he never texted back.

'Rust..where are you?' she thought looking around but even her team knew she was dead worried about him. Even so, they would help trying to find him. Seeing this, Mouse touches her shoulder to see Breezy look at her. She can tell she was deeply worried about him.

"Don't worry Breezy, we'll find him." she said but Breezy only looks down to nod even gripping the silver cloud necklace he gave her.

"Y..Yeah......." She hopes he will be alright. So, they keep looking for him but stays on their guard in case. For that time, they keep looking around for clues but Breezy was looking around hoping to find him.

While she was looking about in some area, it felt a lot more quiet here that got her wondering. Did something happen here or was their some sort of disturbance? She looks around for a while longer for clues when feeling like someone was watching her.

Shifting her gunpowder blue eyes left and right, she saw nothing happening but she did know someone was watching her from a distance.

"......." She didn't say a single word, staying on her guard. Seconds later, something was heard rustling near by in some bushes to quickly jumps out at her.

"!!!!" Breezy quickly sends a strong gust of wind out to knock who it was back hard into the ground. She turns to quickly look and see it was a Nagu vampire. It seems to be coughing from the hit only for Breezy to look at it. She held her up at ready to fight as it gets up hissing at her to try tackling her. Right away, she kicks it back in the face right into a brick wall as it winces from feeling it's nose broken.

"Tch!" She quickly got ready to heat up the wind to burn this sick monster to ashes. "Hey, what's the big idea you punk! You know trying to jump me will get ya burned!" she said walking over to it as it hisses about to get up but she stops it again with another kick.

As Breezy begins raising her fist to finish it, she stops. Her eyes noticed something was in the Nagu's hand. "Huh?" Now what could that be? She looks closer to get a better look at it.

She looks seeing it was some sort of grey ripped piece of clothing. Maybe from a jacket? Breezy only keeps it down as it hisses at her but she snatches the piece to look at it. When getting a close inspection of it, her eyes widen slowly.

The grey piece did look like it came from a jacket but what caught her eye was the gear on it. Wait.....Rust's jacket had this! Looking silent, she slowly looks to the Nagu who twitches feeling her foot pressed down onto it's chest ready to kill it.

"Where....did you get this?" she asked but the Nagu didn't respond this made her push her foot down harder into it's chest. "Answer me! Where did you get this!" she shouted now demanding but the Nagu only chuckled.

"Huh? I got it after having a little fun....but why do you care-Gah!" he feels her punch his face but looks to meet a angry vixen now.

"What..the fuck...did you do to my boyfriend?" she spoke in a deadly cold tone even if the Nagu was chocking.

"Y...you'll n..never f..find him.....he's our f..food now.....we won't let you...Gahh!!" he feels her foot push down harder that she stomps into it's chest. It screeches out feeling it's ribs break.

"TELL ME!! WHAT DID YOU DO TO HIM!?" she demands but the Nagu coughed blood up while chuckling feeling the pain.

".....Not...*coughs* gonna s..say.....you bitch. But he does make for a good source of food. His blood will be nice to aid in feeding my friends. You'll never see him aga-" In a moment, Breezy glares to burn the body as it was screeching in pain but this caught the other girls to rush over.

"Breezy! What happened!? We heard you shouting and-" Jinx started to ask but tenses seeing Breezy burning a Nagu vampire into ashes with the other girls looking worried. "...Breezy?"

"...The Nagu's..they took Rust somewhere....we have to find him!" she said but the girls understood, seeing Jinx text Ink saying what is going on so they could try to find him as soon as possible.

~~~~Later near evening~~~~~

"Fosh? Mouse? Anything!? Did you guys pinpoint his location?" Ink was looking around the area the two hackers were able to trace after it took some time but they were still working or to say Mouse was tracking with her team and Fosh tracking from the DBT base.

'Were still looking for the location Ink but me and Mouse were able to find him here in that location.' Fosh said in the ear pieces. However, this still worried them. Rust was here but he had to be well hidden due to the Nagu's hidden here. No wonder Central park was heavily infected with these things.

Even so, they had to find him before they did anything to him.

"He's right. We know he's here somewhere but we have to try to pinpoint that spot to find him." Mouse said while holding her holo pad in her hands trying to trace it.

"Then we need to keep a eye out!" Ink said as the DBT and the cursed Vixens looks but was doing that. So they keep looking around, hoping to find Rust. Even for a while, the groups were searching up and down, left and right. Behind every door and area, Rust was here somewhere but where!?

'Come on..come on, where are you???' Breezy thought still looking but she did take out some Nagu that tried to ambush her since she was hoping to find him. Jinx was burning a few along with Ink to make way for the others. Even the other teammates worked together to look for him. Breezy was getting more and more upset, wanting to find him and prey he was safe.

As she was about to make a turn to leave, she heard some hissing along with a pained groan. "Huh?" she looks to the left, seeing a hidden opening or a cave of some sorts. Wait....that couldn't be.

Feeling more worried, she dashes through that caught Navarro and Echo's attention. "Breezy! Where are you going!? Hold on!" they follow her but this got the other members to follow and wonder if she found him. Breezy ran down the path of the cave, hoping that it was true but she didn't give up. She will hope it's him. It had to be!!!

Panting, she keeps on running before seeing the end of the tunnel showing the outside or some underground cavern this time. She gets through to look ahead seeing some group of Nagu vampires surrounding something with blood around their feet.

"Hey!!" she shouts but she saw a few hear her and move to look at her. Blood staining their chins but she got a look at who they were feeding from. Her gunpowder blue eyes widen in horror seeing who.

Familiar blond hair, the ripped up clothing even the jacket that was missing a upper area of it. His body and clothing was stained in blood with one Nagu still feeding from his neck. It was her boyfriend Rust knight. He seems to be out of it and too weak to move from being drained so much as blood was running down his neck into his clothing even Destroyer was taken and resting against the wall.

"..........."

The others rushes to see Breezy but her body was frozen seeing what these monsters have done. "Breezy! Wait up! Did you find Rust!?" Jinx asked arriving with Ink but as the leaders look, they gasped seeing the view.

"Oh my god.." Jinx's eyes were wide covering her mouth.

"R..rust.." Ink was horrified seeing these monsters do this to her team member but it seems they ambushed him and did this for a while when they were looking for him. The others saw but was in shock as well.

"RUST!" Jaron was shocked with Melinda covering her mouth with eyes wide.

Shdwkyz was both shocked but anger was felt with Vivi speechless seeing the mess.

Mouse was horrified seeing this but she knew Fosh can see. Even Maggie was shocked but made sure Gerald didn't see but he did worrying him with Taz too. Echo was worried but she saw Navarro shaking half angry but upset. What did this assholes do to him!

However, it breaks Breezy's heart seeing Rust like this even if she was crying. 'R..Rust...oh my god, what did they do to you!?' she said in her thoughts but the Nagu was hissing at the intruders since they interrupted their meal.

As Ink and Jinx, along with the others were about to attack.

"How dare you do that to our friend!" Echo shouted ready to blow these shit heads to pieces as Navarro was ready, aiming his rocket launcher at these assholes.

Vivi and Shdwkyz had their blades ready to cut them with the rest ready to fight. The Nagu's hisses at them since their is a group but they were seeing more blood to feast on tonight. However, as they were ready to fight, Jinx felt something wrong. She looks seeing Breezy's upper face darkened but tears still running down her cheeks.

Her hands were closed into fists. "Breezy?"

"........." Without saying a single word, a sudden strong gust of wind game from the cursed hurricane seeing Breezy losing it. Her nails sharpened along with her features looking more feral to kill them. Jinx and the other vixens knew that seeing this, the Nagu's pissed her off.

"...I'll kill you....." she mutters not looking up but she flexed her hands with her eyes now glowing dark. "I'LL FUCKING KILL YOU FOR HURTING MY KNIGHT!" in a blast of wind, Breezy charges at the Nagu blowing them away as some either got their heads smashed against the rock wall.

"Breezy!!" Jinx saw her rush head in against them alone but she knew she was upset from seeing what they have. Both the fractions saw blood spilling from the Nagu's ears, noses, and mouths from the impact of the wall and some getting attacked. Breezy even grabs some to break their rib cages, stabbing a few with her bare hands to gut them. Their organs spilling out on the floor that the fractions were shocked seeing her lose it.

Or to say, she went into a blood lust frenzy to kill them!

"Shit shit shit! She's lost it!" Echo said seeing Breezy killing them all like nothing but the girls and the DBT was more worried. The other Nagu's surrounding Rust were about to kill him but they got burned by Ink and Jinx. They screech to move away from him but Jaron along with Melinda, Shdwkyz, and Vivi rushes to him. Rust looks like a mess but Jaron quickly tires to help get him away from the area and from Breezy's rampage.

"Hold on Rust, we got ya!" he said as Shdwkyz helps pick him up to carry him out of here. Vivi follows with Melinda getting Destroyer to hurry back to the others on the other side. She never expected to see Breezy lose it but she had a reason. The Nagu hurt someone she loved and she would make them suffer for it.

Now both the DBT and the cursed vixens watched in worry seeing Breezy brutally murder all of them but saw she just kept going. Gutting, slashing, and breaking whoever hurt him. She wouldn't stop till they were dead!

"We need to snap Breezy out of it before she gets worse!" Ink said as Ping was worried about her older sister. She wanted to help but it was not safe to be near her when she loses it like this.

"I know! Melinda, come with me!" she said as Melinda hands Gerald Destoryer and goes to help with calming her cursed sister down. As the two saw, Breezy just broke one's neck but rips the body apart.

"Breezy!" she heard someone shout at her seeing Jinx as she was coated in the Nagu's filthy blood. She panted showing the angry aggression but Jinx and Melinda was worried.

"Easy now..you can stop now. You got them all. It's fine...just calm down." she said as Breezy panted but she felt something behind to see two more pop out. Breezy hisses to grip their head but slams them down right into the rocky ground killing them but she begins punching them harder and harder that they were sinking into the ground. Even if she killed them she keeps hitting them.

Worried, the two rushes over to grab her wrists.

"Breezy stop it!" Jinx said.

"Yeah, it's over now! Please stop!" Melinda said worried as Breezy shook but she was panting only for her hand to shake wanting to kill them for what they did before she feels Jinx hold her.

"...."

"It's over now Breezy..you already got them..please no more....Rust is safe now. He will be worried if he saw you like this so please stop...."

She didn't move for a moment but she only shook in Jinx's arms only keeps her still that Breezy relaxed to start crying again shaking. Melinda was worried but saw her sobbing now even after she lost it. For now, the two fractions wanted to get out of this place and away from here.

From that night, they got back and quickly went to have Ophelia treat Rust. Well, after calming her down from the horrible view of her friend, she was able to help heal him even wish shaky hands. Right after, he was resting in a room to recover.

Breezy got cleaned up and everything but she was sitting by Rust's bed as he was cleaned up but bandaged.Destroyer was resting on the table near by but he was sleeping. Even after last night, Breezy was still crying seeing how he got hurt and she didn't get there in time. She felt bad but she only reaches to touch his cheek.

He looked so weak from being drained of so much blood but she was already told due to that, he was going to be out for a while. With this in mind, they said he will be fine but she still wanted to help. Though with a thought, she had a idea.

~~~~~~Later~~~~~~~

Rust still remains asleep but his human arm was connected with a Needle and a bag of blood but that's when he slowly woke up groaning sore from everything that caught Ophelia's attention. "Rust?" Gerald and Jaron heard her voice to look seeing the other stir awake!

"Rust?! Hey can you hear us?" Gerald was worried but Jaron was too as Rust heard the familiar voices. He slowly opens his eyes to look seeing he's in a room then turns his head seeing the other three. Their was some lines under his eyes due to being tired but he was alright.

"...G..guys?"

"Hey man..welcome back." jaron said relieved he was alright. "How you feeling?" he was worried but even saw Melinda walk over but she is happy he's alright too.

".....Like something ran over me...where am I?" he said in a raspy tone of voice. He tired to shift a bit to move but Ophelia made sure he didn't move too much.

"Your back home. You been out since last night...we would ask you what happened but..for now, Ink suggested you rest first before being asked." he said with Opheila nodding.

"It's true. You lost a lot and I mean a lot of blood last night. The Nagu's drained a lot of your blood by the time you were found. We were scared we were too late when seeing what they did..but we barley made it to you." she said but Rust looks quiet but he remembers. He was going out to get some things. It was when he was about to text Breezy back before getting ambushed and kidnapped. He did try to fight them off but one knocked him out from behind while he struggles, causing them to rip his jacket.

"....R..right..I still remember t..that..." He mutters.

"Honestly, because of that you would have been dead but.....no. You are going to be fine and with the blood transfusion you should be better in a few days."

Wait blood transfusion? "W..wait what?" He blinks confused till Ophelia points to a blood bag hanging near by as he looks to the needle in his arm.

"Yes, someone was kind enough to give you some of their blood to help you with your recovery. This way, your own healing trait will kick in a little faster even in a few days. Though, she's tired from giving so much so she's sleeping at the moment." Opheila said but this got Rust wondering.

"S..so someone gave me their blood? B..but who?" he asked.

"Breezy did." He heard Melinda speak as she looks to him.

"Breezy?"

"Yes. She was the one that found you last night and..she completely lost it when seeing what the Nagu's did to you. She went insane killing each one but Jaron and Shdwkyz were able to move you towards the others and we got out of there after Jinx and me calmed Breezy down." she explains then looks to him.

"Though, when we heard how must blood you lost, Breezy volunteered to give you some of hers. She didn't want to lose you so she requested that Ophelia gives you some of her blood." Melinda remembers that even was worried seeing how upset she was.

'Wait Breezy, are you sure?' Ophelia asked worried but Breezy was nodding as she was looking to her.

'Yes. If it helps him even a bit, I want to offer some of my blood to help with his healing. Please..I don't want to lose him.' she begs even if she begins crying worrying Ophelia.

'But breezy, it's a lot of blood your going to be giving up. Are you-' she looks to Breezy but she knew.

'I know but I just...I want him to pull though. Please Ophelia, I wanna give him my blood so he can recover. I'll do anything to help him even giving up my blood to him.' she was serious looking at her but the others said nothing and Ophelia was silent to sigh.

'A..Alright..'

"She felt bad you got hurt even if she didn't do anything wrong but she wanted to help by offering that. And she did. She sat in the room with you during the process but she's asleep right now." Ophelia explains this but Rust was silent.

'She..she did that?....For me?' he thought worried then looks seeing the others wondering if he is alright.

"I..I see. Well, I'll have to thank her for that when she wakes. Thanks for telling me Melinda." he said but keeps still with the others looking at him.

"Of course.." she smiled to him.

"Even so for now, rest up Rust. In a few days you should be able to heal better but rest for now." Ophelia said but in a moment, after seeing he's everyone left to let him rest.

Rust was in the room thinking now but he only closed his eyes to sigh. "..Damn, I must have really worried her too....I will have to owe her for this big time" Looking at Destoryer on the table (it was cleaned up so it didn't have blood all over it now), he wanted to thank Breezy for helping him but he had to rest first. He even looks to the blood bag and it was a lot to say honestly. She gave him a lot of it to make the blind quiet again. Closing his eyes, he thinks;

'Thank you Breezy. I'm so sorry for worrying you but I'll make it up to you..I promise..' With that word in mind, he dozed off to sleep to rest.

Film Review - Jurassic Park (1993)

Jurassic Park isn’t just a science fiction thriller. It’s a marvel of innovation in film production. The special effects were groundbreaking for the time and are still better, in my opinion, than a lot of the CGI that has come since. The soundtrack is inspiring and nostalgic, and I knew it before I saw the movie because my mother liked the music so much. This being said, you can have the most sophisticated special effects and most visually attractive film in the world, but it will not have a lasting cultural impact without a good story and characters. At the same time, even the most compelling characters and highest stakes will fade without an element that sets them apart from all the other action movies. Jurassic Park exists in the best of both worlds, with a captivating story wrapped in a beautiful package.

Let’s start with the high concept. A theme park of dinosaurs. Dinosaurs. Everyone and their kids love dinosaurs. Would a story about a park that resurrects the early ancestors of mammals be as popular? Probably not. In this style of science fiction, the larger than life and the further removed from our current state of scientific advancement, the better. The film starts out with a strong sense of wonder to draw in the audience’s attention and get them excited about something that really is a long stretch of exposition and worldbuilding. The moment when the music swells and the animals are revealed— “They do move in herds.” —is something burned into the memory of everyone who’s seen the movie.

And then a flip is switched, literally—Wayne Knight’s character (whom I can only think of as Newman despite this being a completely different thing) shuts off the power—and the tone turns from whimsical adventure to survival horror. The stakes are high and just keep getting higher. The hurricane. The power outage. The computer system lockout. Then all the hunter dinosaurs have been evaded, and people can breathe—but then the velociraptors escape and form the final stakes and climax. Despite losses and injuries, the main characters survive and get off the island. The heart of the film is the characters. Several are larger than life: the billionaire Hammond, the dinosaur hunter, and the smart AND heroic duo of Dr. Grant and Dr. Sattler. These characters, their skills and feats, and the speculative elements they represent are grounded into our world by the presence of the two children. The adults give up their money or safety to protect the children, and as the children are taught about the dinosaurs they see, the audience learns too. A necessary human element and emotional motivation is added to balance the thrills and physical dangers.

I have to mention the relevance of Jurassic Park to women in STEM. I’d hope this is a reason for its enduring beloved place in pop culture; it’s certainly a reason I like it more than other sci-fi thrillers. Ellie is just as competent as her male peers and even more willing to get dirty in the field. The little girl is the computer whiz. Jeff Goldblum’s character has the damsel in distress trope with the injury and the torn open shirt.

“God creates dinosaurs. God destroys dinosaurs. God creates man, man destroys God, man creates dinosaurs.” “Dinosaurs eat man... woman inherits the earth.”

As my favorite quote in the movie illustrates, order is broken and restored, and a safe environment for the audience to feel adrenaline and fear is maintained. It’s a satisfying thriller.

The superlative technical effects with the dinosaurs are at least half the reason for the film’s success, but if there wasn’t meaning below the animatronics, it wouldn’t have the impact it maintains in public consciousness. The dinosaurs aren’t just killing machines, they’re portrayed humanely as animals who’ve been stuck in an unsuitable environment, lashing out in boredom or simply fulfilling an environmental niche with no malice. The park fails because it’s operating for profit instead of concern for its animals or a genuine love of science. The heroes—paleontologists—serve as a foil to the greed that causes the plot problems.

Whenever you see a news report about a controversial (often, this means little understood) new area of research, especially in biology, someone inevitably brings up Jurassic Park as a warning. It’s synonymous for the theme of dangers of capitalism corrupting science. This has been a fear since the inception of the science fiction genre and continues to be relevant in our culture. Though the franchise has ironically expanded to a themed land at Universal Studios: Orlando, and its most recent Jurassic World series of sequels feels to have lost touch with the theme in favor of “let’s make a bunch of money with scary special effects and ignore the heart of the love of science.” A franchise either has a satisfying conclusion or keeps being extended long enough to become a parody of what it once meant, or something like that, at least according to me (let’s not get started on the Star Wars sequels and the butchering of the original trilogy’s theme of hope). To me, the original 1993 Jurassic Park remains the best, the quintessence of dinosaur movies. It carries the vital message that science is not the enemy but the creator of the grandeur in the opening of the film, and capitalist greed is the reason it becomes a deadly horror story. It is science that saves the characters and gives them the knowledge to survive and escape. As the film ends and the music swells once more, we see what joy and good science has achieved: a brave new world of animals saved from extinction.

Solveig: Love as a Threshold

Your love does not ask for much. Your love does not take. Your love is free, and unquestioned, and here for wherever needs it. When you fall in love, it is as gentle as a breath in the night. It is quiet, and it is effortless. It is tender. If your love was a house, it would readily welcome all who come through. If your love was a hearth, it would warm the hands of whoever stopped by, whether for a day, a month, a year, or forever. When you fall for someone, it is without strings, without conditions, without need. You love for the sake of loving, for the sake of caring for those who need it. Not me tearing up because of the "home" line and how much it suits her ending with Astarion. This is very much her - pure devotion and care, loving for the sake of it. She cherishes every little form of love in existence after being denied ture feelings for over a decade.

Ylva: Love as a Force of Nature

Your love is like whiplash – it comes in with the rain, it blows the doors wide open. When you fall in love, it is sudden and hard and immense. It is powerful. It is earth-shaking and world-ending. Nature is a force, and that force can be destructive if you're not careful. See how the world is doused in gasoline and set on fire – your love consumes, your love takes, your love burns. You're hot and cold all at once, a hurricane and a wildfire bound together in skin, and when you're in love, it can feel like it's eating you alive from the inside out. When you love, it is with everything you have because it is everything you have. Be careful, darling, because not everyone survives the storm.

Oh to be a tempest domain cleric and have your love describe as hurricane and storm. Ylva has tried to close her heart and focus on her duty many times in her life. Everytime she failed and her feelings took over. She suffers greatly from rejection and absolutely thrives when her feelings are mutual. Hurt her lover and the last thing you and your loved ones remember will be a storm with drow at it's center (I'm looking at you, Mystra).

Eira: Love as a Flaw

Cowering, your love hides in the dark. In shadows and under cover of night, your love runs from corner to corner, afraid to linger, afraid to be caught. Afraid, afraid, afraid of everything. When you fall in love, it is with alarm bells ringing. Your love is a mistake, a flaw in the code, a purchase you don’t remember making and desperately want to return. You didn’t ask for this. You didn’t want this. It’s a problem – your problem – and you would do anything to pass it off, burn it away, scoop it out of you with bare hands, or carved out with hooked knives before it can destroy you. Get it out, just get it out now. You don’t care who you hurt in the process, only that you can’t afford to be hurt first. Being loved by you is to be loved by a figment of the imagination. It is to be loved in halves, or not at all.

Is there a better result I could get from this quiz for my Dark Urge? I don't think so. Eira is afraid of feeling any sort of positive emotion towards another person. The faintest affection can end in another disaster, another balckout and bloodbath. And she hates herself for that. In her mind, she doesn't even deserve to feel something as beautiful and pure as love. Lust maybe. But love? Monsters shouldn't love.

I put forward a placeholder Land before - the Land of Codes and Hurricanes. Since I initially suggested it, I’ve had some ideas about what it would look like, and what my Quest would be like.

The titular ‘codes’ are clouds of cryptic symbols, floating through the air like pollen. These symbols are arranged in a complex cypher, which, when solved, would allow me to predict the planet’s chaotic weather patterns. These predictions would be essential to my Quest.

My Consorts live in floating cities, which are steered algorithmically by computers. Normally, these cities are programmed to seek out clear skies, but my Denizen has destroyed their navigation systems. I need to rebuild these systems, using the data stored in the Land’s glyphs, to guide these cities out of harm’s way and repair the damage the Denizen has done.

Is that too sci-fi for Sburb? One of its Lands is steampunk-themed, so I don’t think this is too much of a stretch. If it is, though, I’ve also thought of a few backup Lands:

The Land of Fog and Spreadsheets, a dreary, overcast planet where the ground is made of paper, divided into cells. I’d be trying to create one gigantic Excel formula, which incorporates every cell on the planet.

Review:

Two bitter enemies, one light one dark, are forced into an arranged marriage to bring peace, that is if they don’t kill each other first. Talasyn has only ever known the Hurricane Wars, a ruthless war between the Night Empire and other nations. She was an orphan who was raised to become a soldier to fight for freedom with her found family. Yet she has a secret, she has light magic, forbidden magic that was believed to have been wiped out years ago by the Night Emperor. Prince Alaric is the Night Emperor’s only son and heir, and has been tasked with destroying any threat to the Night Empire’s rule. Talasyn has light magic and Alaric has shadow magic, and when they finally face off, they find that their powers have a strange connection. Talasyn is the greatest threat Alaric has ever encountered. Despite how they view each other as threats, there’s an even greater danger coming and they’ll have to work together to stop it, and that means an arranged marriage between them. Talasyn discovers that she is actually the long lost princess and she is now in an arranged marriage to Alaric as it would help force an alliance between the two waring people. Yet despite how much they are meant to be rivals they can’t stop thinking about each other and the attraction between them. This is the first book in the trilogy, and for a book that is 400+ pages, this unfortunately drags so much. This book is a near copy and paste of the Reylo scenes from the star wars movie, and sadly its lacking any of the tension, chemistry, or stakes that the original material has. This book just felt like Star Wars, but super slow burn and without chemistry. I kept trying to like this book but I just found myself not caring at all about the characters or the plot. I was happy to have just made it to the end of the book. This book just missed the mark for me, and I am a huge fan of Reylo. This book has a ton of world building, but it truly didn’t feel like an actual established and well drawn out world. There is suppose to be tension and romance, but for 500 pages, there really was barely any of either between the two characters. Sadly, I will not be continuing with the series. If you enjoy enemies to lovers. arranged marriages, and star-wars themed type of stories, give this a go, maybe you’ll have a better time with this than I did.

Anyway I Absolutely Love Hurricane Touchdown.

THE ATMOSPHERE, THE WRITING, it's such a strange movie, it lingers a lot, it's quiet and haunting, the soundtrack is quiet and melancholy, it's more concerned with conveying feelings and themes rather than a plot (though there is one) and I love it.

Hurricane Touchdown is melancholic, and it constantly makes you feel empty and hollow, and it's full of longing for simpler, happier times.

The constant longing for the past even if it destroys you, the way loneliness eats at you, self-destruction, the inability to move on. The film is about all of that and I love it.

I love the moment where Cherubimon Vice first reveals itself, it's quiet, and haunting and it lingers just enough for you. It's beautiful, it's sad, it's horrifying.

Anyway I love Hurricane Touchdown, go watch it.

🎉 [NEW PATTERN RELEASE] 🎉 Somewhere in the east of Mini Kingdom 👑 there was a little earthen house 🏠 with a very cute thatched roof. Lovely painted flowers 🌸 adorned the outer walls, and a charming wooden door and a little window pierced the front wall. This house stood on a fresh green lawn, encircled by a very stylish low fence that was not meant to protect but to emphasize the beauty of the house. Cossack Mykola was the greatest wood 🪵 master in Mini Kingdom. That is why all their wooden objects, such as doors, windows, fences and furniture were of the highest quality, as he knew how to make things shine and really long-lasting. He spent most of his days outside, behind his woodworking machine. Right next to him was Lesia, his sweet wife, sitting on a wooden bench and singing lullabies to their newborn Baby Tarasyk. In the backyard, you could easily hear someone running and laughing like crazy! It was Little Melanka, Mykola and Lesia’s elder daughter! She was absolutely in love with butterflies, and ran from flower to flower, following the butterflies 🦋 just to see up close how beautiful they are! It was a perfectly normal day for this Ukrainian Family, when suddenly the sky started to turn gray. The sun hid behind a cloud, and it felt like something scary was about to happen. Mykola looked up and noticed very dark clouds coming from the east. “It’s happening again”, Mykola sadly whispered. He asked Lesia to take Little Melanka and Baby Tarasyk with her and go hide in the basement. Lesia knew that something was wrong, she could see it on Mykola’s face but didn’t dare to ask him about it. When his family was safe, Mykola locked the door of the house from the inside. Suddenly, the sky turned completely dark and a wild hurricane came very close to their house. Mykola started to hear things breaking outside of the house, trees were flying around, the door began to shake and it sounded like someone was trying to break into the house. At some point, it became obvious that the lock would not hold much longer. Mykola quickly ran to the door and started to push it with his shoulder to keep it closed. “Mykola, please come to the basement!”, Lesia shouted. “I will soon, please stay there!”, Mykola replied loudly. The door continued to shake, it felt like it would break any second now! The lock fell off and the door started to slowly open under the pressure of the incredibly powerful hurricane! “I need… to hold on… no matter what!”, Mykola whispered to himself. A few long minutes later, the wind finally slowed down. Mykola did no longer feel the door pushing against him, so he took a step back and opened it. What he saw shocked him: the hurricane had destroyed the fence, damaged the roof of their house and somehow carried away Mykola’s woodworking machine. But also, there was the sun shining on their lawn. Lesia came out of the basement with their children, came closer to Mykola and told him: “Don’t worry, we will rebuild everything!”. Mykola smiled, but he was still very upset. “Hey neighbors! We’re here to help you!”, they suddenly heard behind them. They turned around and noticed that villagers and royals from all over Mini Kingdom were coming to help! The Astromoner, the Joker, the Flower Girl, the Princesses, the Beekeeper, the Farmer Girl, the King and even the Witch! All gathered to help deal with the consequences caused by purely evil forces! The Flower Girl had a very special present for the Ukrainian Family: a Poppy in a pot. It is a symbol of love and peace in Ukraine and she perfectly knew that! Just a few days after the Ukrainian Family’s house was restored, a Stork came to make its nest on their roof. It was a very good sign, peace had finally returned to the Ukrainian Family and that is all they ever wanted, love and peace. 48 - Decisive Battle! The Quarter-Finals! -> (Free vs. Shu. vs. Lui vs. Boa [IBC: Quarter-Final -> Free (6) = Shu (6) > Lui (5) > Boa (2)]**) -> {Lúinor debuts, Boa tells Valt that Theodore is Ashtem and that the tournament was made to perfect Spryzen Requiem in order to eventually sell it and Shu off as a living weapon to a mysterious partner from a bey club called Inferno (its Arthur Peregrine), Boa reminisces about how he made it past being an ordinary Snake Pit background member to one of the world's best through sheer willpower, Lúinor ringing out Fafnir in the first round of the 3-round battle causes Lui to start showing signs of overconfidence, Boa/Balkesh manage the previously unthinkable to burst Spryzen in the first round, Free remembers his previous defeat to Lui which made him decide to take training seriously again, Free uses his full power for the first time but begins to show signs of pushing himself too hard, Free creates a new move called Nothing Break, Free gets his revenge on Lui and reclaims his title of world's best blader, Spryzen shatters Lúinor, Free/Shu qualify for the semi-finals, Lui meets Lúinor for the first time though Lúinor is bisected, Lui discovers how fun battling an opponent on his level is, Lúinor shares one of Lui's iconic laughs before finally dying, Lui tells Lúinor that he's proud of it for how bravely and hard it fought, Shu insults Lui's skill ticking him off and prompting him to swear to give Shu the beating Lui believes he deserves}

49 - The Fierce Four! Battle of Destiny! -> (Norman defeats Shu [Flashback], Lui loses to Tess [Flashback], Valt loses to Kurt [Flashback], Kurt vs. Norman vs. Tess vs. Valt [IBC: Quarter-Final -> Valt (5) > Kurt (4) > Norman (3) = Tess (3)]***) -> {Kurt rallies his followers to support his charge to prove that he is still the greatest blader, Tess saves Norman from Theodore's wrath, Norman ponders why Tess/Valt get under his skin so much, the mental shells of Kurt/Tess both begin to crack after the first round, Kurt uses his full power for the first time during the second round, Kurt throws Valtryek's performance tip to Valt instead of trying to crush it signalling a moral change for the better after the second round, Kurt declares that Valt has earned his full attention and respect as the former world champion, seeing even the formerly stone-cold Kurt develop a soft spot for Valt makes Tess seriously rethink her stance on him, Tess realises Valt is a genuinely good friend to Shu and the others during the third round, Valt and Tess reconcile with Tess telling Valt that he's the only one who can help Shu save himself, Norman remembers when Boa left Snake Pit and resolves to do the same, Tess leaves Raging Bulls, Valtryek reaches its ultimate potential against Orichalcum in the third round, Valt/Kurt qualify for the semi-finals, Free handpicks Valt to be his semi-final opponent}

50 - Breaking Point! Bursting Through! -> (Shu defeats Kurt [IBC: Semi-Final]) -> {Khalzar debuts, Kurt meets Khalzar for the first time, Spryzen fails to shatter Khalzar, Kurt fully commits to changing his ways and re-entering the blading world}

51 - One's Own Path! Fafnir vs. Valtryek! -> (Free loses to Valt by default [IBC: Semi-Final -> Score at time of forfeit: DFA 2-2 SVA], Valt vs. Shu continued [IBC: Final]) -> {Fafnir debuts, Gabe/Naoki/Jin/Orochi/Akira/Ben/Hoji make their Evolution debut, Free meets Fafnir for the first time, Free is convinced by Kristina to forfeit with over-exertion injuries and has to be carried off on a stretcher, Free thanks Valt while on the stretcher for pushing him to use his full power and admits that he now sees blading as fun, Beigoma Academy and Valt's family arrive to cheer him on and help him train, Free realises his teammates genuinely care about him as if he were a family member, Free apologises to Sol for pushing himself too hard and entrusts Valt with defeating Shu, Theodore finds out that Spryzen has completely possessed Shu's body and is exuberant that the Requiem Project has gone better than he ever hoped}

52 - Enter The Final! A Champion Is Crowned! -> (Valt defeats Shu [IBC: Final], Valt defeats Shu [Flashback], Lui defeats Shu [Flashback], Shu defeats Norman) -> {Fubuki debuts, all the IBC/Beigoma bladers and Valt's mother/siblings come to watch the final, Valt meets Spryzen, Valt realises mid-battle that Spryzen has possessed Shu, Valt wins the International Bladers Cup and becomes the new world champion, Shu briefly takes back control of his body/mind and finally admits that he would never be able to forgive himself if he ever lost to Valt, Shu takes the chance Valt gave him and frees himself from Spryzen's possession, Shu leaves Snake Pit, Valt/Shu become friends again, Shu finds out that Norman was Gold Eye, Norman requests a rematch with Shu to see what he is truly like, Theodore admits defeat and revokes his plans but tells Kristina that he will return, Shu becomes Fubuki's mentor, Valt's time as main protagonist ends}

Note: 5 of my OCs in chronological order of meeting C.J.S. after his 'being able to be himself' revelation over the course of a few months - the stoic bodyguard-in-training Esmeralda Petersburg, the disciplinarian Tess Dileva, the poetic Kirumi Silkenstar (introduced in later season), the spunky wannabe witch Karaina Caulton (introduced in later season) & the highly introverted loner Suki Ryushima - are derived from and inspired by existing OCs found on (y/n) x yandere quizzes on Quotev that I took a liking to thanks to the story/characters/detail/etc., like how much of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is inspired by Western songs. This includes their personalities. I took 5 such quizzes honestly answering the questions posed based on my personality and that of Clarkov J. Sahaidachny, my first and main OC, which are very similar in most ways but very different in some areas. These 5 were the results. As for the dere sides, they start out full on and become more mentally sound as time goes on. That part is inspired by the development of Mizore Shirayuki in Rosario + Vampire. It's how I have to do almost everything in life. Start out with a base, then slowly build it into my own thing. It's a bit annoying, but I make do with what I have.
