Hello!! Thank you very much for taking a look at this event! Here are a few basic rules for the event (These are subject to change at any time):

Please be respectful to your fellow Naruto fans! This is meant to be a fun and casual event for us to celebrate Neji!

Please create new work for this event!

Writing, art, gif sets, playlists, etc. are welcome to participate!

Using AI to create pieces for this event WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. If it is discovered that AI is used in any way for any piece, the creator will be BLOCKED AND BANNED from participating in any future events.

Please interpret the prompts however you'd like!

When posting your work for the event, please use the hashtag #NejiWeek2024 and/or tag the Tumblr page! @nejiweek

Content containing problematic content/ships (i*ncest, p*edo, etc.) WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. If it is discovered those themes are in any content made for this event, the creator will be BLOCKED AND BANNED from participating in any future events.

Please keep all works at nothing higher than a PG13/T for Teen rating. (The anime and manga are typically rated 13+, so consider using that as a baseline)

I have an ask! Will you give me a headcannon you have about my boy Neji? ;P

Sure! I'm happy to give you a couple of headcanons that sometimes enter my head!

I think Neji is slightly lactose intolerant, but it doesn't affect his life much because he's not a fan of dairy in most forms.

He has one special cuddly toy. Likely a gift from his alpha, he keeps it safe. It's very special to him, but he's happy only have one. He keeps it hidden.

He has mountains of baby photo books. So. Many. And it's like a big scrap book really. Not just photos, but a lock of hair, children's drawings, plaster mould of the baby's footprint etc. He keeps everything.

He really, really like receiving foot massages.

A secret dream of his would be to have a small, private hot spring of his own, attached to his house.

I think he's more sensitive to cold than he will admit.

He really doesn't like onions. I don't know why, but I feel that in my soul.

𓆃 Neji is sure to prefer somewhere more natural, perhaps with some water features nearby

𓆃 Winding down and actually relaxing is difficult for him. After all, the stress of planning your wedding has been gradually stored up in his tense shoulders. Neji would not pick a fight with you if he were to be dragged to a spa

𓆃 Needs a plan for everything. For someone who claims that they need a break, Neji is the first to heavily research every location around and make a detailed plan for the day. It doesn’t take a visit to some obscure statue or landmark to know he’s thriving

𓆃 It’s only in the last few days of your vacation that Neji really lets his hair down and his favorite response to any question is “I don’t know, I am relaxing right now” said with a self-satisfied smirk

𓆃 If you find a restaurant or snack bar Neji likes, you’re guaranteed to visit regularly. He will wordlessly navigate you there.

𓆃 The evening strolls are you favorite part. Neji loves walking through some pretty gardens or along the beach just enjoying your time. 

𓆃 He has at least one soft-colored Hawaiian shirt.

Hyūgaclanweek day 7; the last day of the hyuga week, but not the last art with them!

august is rich in events in japan, but one of the most interesting for me is the edogawa fireworks festival, because the fireworks are beautiful, and warm their sparks from a distance in the face, making you hold your breath from an incredible sight! especially if they are reflected in the water, like at the festival itself, and you completely fall into this whirlpool of warm sparks!

let's enjoy the fireworks and the hyuga clan together! because both of these phenomena are beautiful 🎇🪭🌸🎆
