So this is it. I’m at my gate. My flight leaves in 20 minutes and it’s so hard to get on this plane. It’s not like the movies at all. They don’t come running after you, and you don’t expect them to. We each have our own individual obligations that need to be taken care of before we can come back together. That being said, I would give anything to just curl up into their arms again. I don’t know when I’ll see them again, and that is the hardest part.
