Now doing A Matter of Life and Death, which is the inspiration for one of the most striking parts of "I Left My Body" and I've been curious about ever since I found out what the movie was. John sez:

"There’s this movie with David Niven where he dies in a plane crash and goes to this enormous, bureaucratic, Kafka-esque heaven where people are going up and down escalators. I love this trope that you have to go to talk to somebody behind a desk and go through all this red tape for a second chance."

Only a couple of minutes in but based on the end of this opening scroll I think I like it already.

★Self love will always be the best love , if you have a want or need for a person it's because you don't have enough Self love. Of course it won't fix everything but fixes most like girl lemme tell you. Everything you do depends on how much you love yourself and uplift yourself. It affects your thinking and affirmations . ★

Affirmations- You keep thinking "oh I can't do this' ' or "I'm so ugly" than yeah you are. You can't blame no one but yourself because at the end of the day, whatever your mindset is , is what's gonna happen to you. You have so many negative thoughts, you think that's gonna help? It won't

Positive affirmations help and manifest for you, you think "Oh i'm so pretty" or "God I'm so powerful" then you will become pretty and powerful. Everything depends on your mindset and what you think, it affects everything even your manifesting. Do you have Self doubt? ok lose it , it's basically useless in this world , you second guess yourself? That's useless, any form of negative energy is useless and not needed for what you want to accomplish. Always remember that.

Self love- Self life helps with everything, believe and love yourself. Trust , I've manifested a glow up, and yeah it might have been a small glow up but I still got it cause of what? I believed in myself. I had a class I wanted to skip and guess what? an assembly was in that period but it was originally for the class before. I get what I want and you can too, just love yourself and believe cause there is no reason you shouldn't. Insecurities? Ok get over them , it seems so hard but it's easy when you have the right mindset , help yourself out cause no one in this world will be forever with you. The person you have to live with is you , so love you and embrace you.

The mindset will not always come and yeah negative thoughts can happen but remember you are the shit and always will be , no matter what people think. I am the shit , I am the baddest bitch I know , and everyone loves me and things happen in my favor because I love myself and manifest my shit.
