Canonically they r both interested in women but idk when I first watched the show cooper instantly struck me as homosexual before I began season 2,, this is probably not a popular opinion but idk shoving Annie in there and a woman he was in love with in his past kinda seems like a move to make him less gay djdndjd

I know a lot of ppl hc him as bi which is neat and I’m biromantic myself but idk some block in my brain is like ‘behind the scenes they probably just added Annie and Caroline bc he is too gay and the gays aren’t allowed to win bc it’s the 90s and homophobia exists’ - i am very cynical when it comes to queer rep in media especially when it’s from 30+ years ago.. help me
