Life has been so busy recently that I pushed writing to the back of my mind and now I'm regretting it so much. Why do I always do this to myself? I feel I should pull an all nighter now but I'm exhausted, I hardly ever feel this much anxiety over life

Yall I think my stomach paralysis is getting worse. I’ve barely eaten at all today, but all I did is take a sip of my tea and now I’m so Nauseas and almost 100% certain I’m going to throw up. And I’ve been loosing weight recently which sucks cause it took me like 5 years to put it all on in the first place! Ugh!
