It took so long to think of something for the Kanakos that I eventually just. Gave up and reused them from when I first drew them...

I was originally going to use "Came Back Wrong" for the second one, but that seemed too mean and would sound like their current selves are wrong so I went with Very Very Different instead

for me it’s the fact that hawk said “i won’t” after tim said “promise you won’t write” in 54 and every time they saw each other after that was because hawk reached out. the job offer, the hideout in the cabin, fire island all happened because hawk wasn’t strong enough to keep his promise. strong enough to stay away from tim.

I’ve watched the woods scene over a thousand times but I’ve specifically took a look at the scene where Steve is looking at Eddie’s lips. All I’m going to say is Steve’s eyes were looking down for an insane amount of time before actually looking back at Eddie’s eyes again. Like my boy was MESMERIZED!!! Every time I watch that scene the staring lasted for a very long time and the tension that comes from this scene is also insane to me. If this was a different show a kiss definitely would’ve happened way sooner, I’m still upset about it 🤦🏾‍♀️
