Tim, Jason, Dick and Damian arguing, their voices over-lapping each other.

Stephanie joining in: okay so the book opens up to Stepan bringing his wife a pear and she starts confronting him on his affair. I can’t remember her name right now-

Jason: Because it’s relevant information! - her name was Dolly - and if you would -

Jason stops talking and stares at Stephanie as she continues.

Steph: thank you- and meanwhile she has a sister named Katie who has just come of marriage age. So she’s like 18 right? and Stepan has a friend who wants to marry her and he’s like in his 30s, which ew, but also-

Me writing for exercise:

Stephanie Brown couldn’t say she was surprised to find the four arguing, she had fallowed the raised voice into the kitchen. She was also not surprised to quickly realized that the raised voices were arguing over nothing.

No, seriously nothing!

It was complete nonsense as Dick seemed to be defending his right as a “decent cook,” and Tim was complaining about the others hiding his coffee beans. Jason and Damian seemed to be having an actual argument but it was over the best way to effectively stab someone.

Well, Steph shrugged, might as well join in. “Okay so the book opens up to Stepan bringing his wife a pear, but she starts confronting him on his affair and he admits to multiple, I can’t remember the wife’s name right now-“

Jason, mid rant to the youngest Robin (who was also mid-sentence) answers,”Her name was Dolly for short - speaking of short, it’s no wonder you can’t angle the knife right!” The left side of his face appears to spasm before he stands up a little straighter, and quietly turns to face the still rambling blond.

Steph, on a roll, continues, “Dolly! Right! Well she has a sister! Katie has just come of marriage age, so she’s like 18 right? Well Stepan has a friend who wants to marry her and he’s like in his 30s, which ew, but also-“

Damian, having realized that Jason was no longer entertaining him, turned to see what had shifted Todd’s attention. He watched as the older girl continued, getting more animated.

“-there’s the name sake of the book Anna Karenina and her lover Vronsky. Who has the same first name - Alexei- as her husband. Like that’s just wild.”

Dick, who paused for breath during his speech of “why I should be allowed in the kitchen again” forgot what he had been about to say. Instead he asked, “wait did she call them both Alexei?”

Steph looked over, “No, she only called them both by their last names but that might have been a cultural thing or something? I don’t know! Anyways, the point-“

“No,” Jason interrupted, “she did call them both by their first name but the narrator went by last names so the reader could differentiate.” Stephanie waved her hands, “shhh, not the point, as I was saying!”

Tim, who had stopped talking right after the other teenager had joined the fray, chimed in, “you know you’re missing so many central themes. Did you mean to come in here and give us a water downed briefing of Anna Karenina?”

It was silent as Steph answered, “no, but you all were going on about meaningless things so why couldn’t I?”

“Anyway, Anna is still married, has a son, and now she’s pregnant.”

Dick gasped.

i can’t even lie to myself no more im gay asf. 😭😭😭 i just ain’t wired to date anymore guys at ALL im done wit em!!! honestly when im thinking about it, i never really like actually felt anything for the guys i dated, and in my head i wasn’t like in the best mental state so having a form of validation and someone to tell me i was pretty ig. 🤷🏽‍♀️ when i was in my first relationship, i was so head over heels by this guy and i should’ve listened to my friend when she told me that he dates everything that moves. not even like a month into dating him i find out he’s only dating me cause he (basically) thought my body was tea!!! unbelievable right?? then the second guy i think i kinda got pressured into dating him. he wasn’t like, bad, he was just arrogant as hell and honestly not even rlly that good looking. literally the girl i used to be friends with (who i cut off) was jealous that I was dating him bc she cheated on him and well.. i gave him a second chance at life. the second relationship felt more like peer pressure than it being my own choice bc everyone thought i liked him and honestly i didn’t rlly like him that much and the communication was dog shit. anyway, just came to my senses and realized what i actually am!

So gonna rant about the bosses:

First is Mr.Pepper who is a cop, he isn’t the best one but he’s trying his best to stop crime anyway he can. He’s close friends with Director and Skatter(well he’s not the best friends with her but can tolerate her because Direct is her best friend).

When he first encountered Gunther and Rick he’s under the impression that their criminals (thanks to a certain someone) so his first instinct is to try and stop the duo.

(Off to the next boss)

Second is The Director who’s well a film maker and wants to get on the big screen. His dream is to become know by a lot of people for making amazing movies but he has a short temper and lashes out a lot.

The only people he’s chill around is Skater and Mr.Pepper. He REALLY doesn’t like Gunther (he doesn’t like Rick either but he definitely hates Gunther). He only tolerates Theodore along with Pepperika, he did hire them to be actors but fired them immediately.

Third Is Hazey Skatter (Ik Skater is spelled wrong). She’s extremely ecstatic and energetic, she’s a fast talker and is jittery. She likes to bother Gunther because she thinks that their friends ( their not ).

She gets along with Pepperika, the two sometimes hang out and Pepperika even babysits Dez. She loves Theodore and they are a stupid energetic couple who loves their son.

Director is her best friend and they make it known, Director often lets her chill on the set and even lets her be a guest star on set.

Finally there’s Gus

Gus is a weird robot that often stays in the vents and usually spectate others from a distance. It’s voice consists of different peoples voices because it usually mimics voices and uses that to form his own sentences

It is extremely skittish and hides a lot. Pepperika was able to convince Gunther to let Gus stay because he felt really bad for it and even saw that It was just like Gunther is someway. Gunther doesn’t like Gus but he doesn’t hate him as much as before, Rick is scared of It and doesn’t like being near it.

What if the Mewmans from Star vs, instead of being basically humans with some butterfly things and cheek marks, were like a species of butterfly monsters that imitate humans in appearance? Like they look like humans for the most part, but are in fact caterpillars/butterflies?

I know that the Mewmans are basically a magically evolved form of humans, and I’m not sure how these Mewmans would come to imitate humans since they don’t live on Mewni, but it was a thought I just had while thinking about Star vs

i saw the hair that used to get pulled back in braids when we would swim in the pool for hours on end,

i saw the eyes that would alight with joy at the simple things, the small things, all things,

i saw the freckles i used to tease you about, but that you eventually embraced,

i saw the face that never could quite get as serious as you wished, always breaking out into a laugh,

i saw the mouth that used to give me whatever ridiculous nickname your brain could conjure on the spot,

but now when i look at you,

i see the ruins of a girl i once knew, torn apart by her own doing to fit the mold she crafted for herself,

i see the hair that you care too much about, sure to never miss an appointment,

i see the freckles you once again hide, valuing other people’s opinions more than your own,

i see the eyes that simmer with all the feelings you force onto others,

i see the mouth that spits vile names and phrases at people for the fun of it,

i see a face akin to a chameleon, blending in to whatever situation suits you best,
