I have seen S3!! It cost me dearly (oh god my sleep schedule and body) but I'm so glad I did because I LOVED IT. so much!! I didn't know they had it in them but aaaaaaaa. Spoilers under the cut!

- I loved the relationships. I LOVED THEM. I could come on board with Geralt-Yen, I really enjoyed both Geralt-Ciri and Yen-Ciri (she's her mum 😭) and Ciri-Jaskier was everything I ever wanted. There were other things happening this season (👀) but that was the absolute highlight for me + Geralt actually showing that he cares for Jaskier and their relationship f i n a l l y being portrayed as the deep and meaningful friendship/bond that it is. I watch the witcher for a lot of reasons but mostly for the found family and VINDICATION aaaaa

- this was such a good Jaskier season, my love, me eternal light, the reason why I fell in love with this show - he had a PLOT, he had his wits, he had agency, he's still so anxious but was there as bait (they!! adressed his trauma in the little ways!) and I love that they went the route of Jaskier telling Geralt about Phillippa, honestly guys, I can die happy now, especially with-

- BI BARD BI BARD BI BARD BI BARD (nearly everything has been said about this, just. This fuels me. I needed this so bad, t h a n k you netflix for going through with what you started in S1). I can't shake the feeling that things are going to end quite badly but then I also. like to whump the bard. sooo, if I end up right.. 👀

- I might have sniffed a little when they made Geralt cry because he didn't want his mum to hurt?? Don't do this to me I am not strong enough, that got me. That really got me.

- Geralt might have murdered some people this seasons (and was SO DOWN to kill Stregebor, I crackled, I love himmmmm) but he was such a good moral compass for Ciri this season? Had so much integrity? Did they actually manage to keep him of his path of neutrality? WISE MAN GERALT? EMOTIONAL DEPTH GERALT??

- Ciri really grew on me this season! They really did her good

- Yen didn't need to grow on me, but ohhhh SHE DID. I loved her storyline. I loved her introspection - family goat Geralt I am crying

- the costumes were not perfect but honestly most of the time they were slaying and Geralts armour is now sooo much better, I'd say, improvements there too!

- black horsie is a Roach too (with subtitles on) I can forgive them

- Otto out there with the plague of '21 ??? Brooooooooo

- Fringilla absolutely deserves to live her best life, yes queen. Also Cahirs first little breakdown??

- so many book scenes I enjoyed gosh YES. I already said that but the Jaskier&Ciri one guys I melted-

- the pacing felt at times a little weird? With weird interceptions of scenes at times, like the wild hunt one at the end of episode 3(?). But that was just a minor thing that made me go. Hmm? 🤨

- I LOVE THAT VALDO IS JUST A GUY. He is just a guy! A funny little man that sings the equivalent of medieval, sappy, cliched boyband songs about love, ppfpfpf. Jaskier you PETTY bitch it's like wanting the Taylor Swift of the continent to die and I love him for it - this is the first season that I could just. watch again? right after finishing??? what a quality improvement!!

Guys I finally got to see the new episode. It's finally happened. SIGMA HAS BEEN ANIMATED!!!!!! AAAAAAAA MY BELOVED BABY BOY IS FINALLY HERE!!!!

So, in honor of his anime debut, I present:

🤍🎰 Let's be real here, this poor man is incredibly touch-starved. He was first found by human traffickers, passed around like a bad flu, and almost murdered several times by the people who wanted to use him for his ability. Not a fun life.

🤍🎰 It should come as no surprise that he almost starts crying the first time you hug him. This is the first gentle touch he's ever had. Literally. Within seconds he's addicted.

🤍🎰 Cuddle him. please. And stroke his hair. He'll be so happy. This poor, sweet man works so hard all the time. Just let him relax and unwind.

🤍🎰 Poor Sigma has so much work to do every day that when he can finally take time off, he's beyond needy. He'll cling to you like a desperate puppy. It's impossible for you to say no to his pleading voice and adorable face!

🤍🎰 He isn't very subtle with showing you how needy he is. He'll walk up and hug you from behind, nuzzling into your shoulder. He'll also grab your hand and press it against his cheek. If you're sitting down, he'll sit next to you and practically climb into your lap (even if you're a lot smaller than him!).

🤍🎰 If he could, he would cuddle you for HOURS on end. It doesn't matter if you're watching TV, talking, napping, or just enjoying each other's presence. He just wants to be held, or to hold you. Either works, so long as you're as close to him as physically possible.

🤍🎰 Tell him how wonderful he is and how much you love him. He will melt.

🤍🎰 Force him to take time off from his work sometimes. Heaven knows he needs a break, but he always pushes himself way past his limits. Literally drag him away if you have to.

🤍🎰 Make him a nice dinner (if you can, otherwise just procure nice food somehow). Afterwards, just smother him in affection. Snuggle him on the couch or bed and kiss every inch of his face. Stroke his hair and rub his back. Make that boy feel loved and cared for!

🤍🎰 He's going to fall asleep in your arms. All the time. He's so tired, and being cuddled up against you makes him feel so relaxed. I don't see why you would complain, he's simply adorable!

🤍🎰 Please just give him the love and affection he deserves, he's such a wonderful man. He needs to be loved on.

he was pretty much the most annoying asshole you've ever met–he never took anything about you seriously, pestered you a lot for your height, your grumpy face, your sour mood, your little huffs and puffs in response to his provocation... it was all too cute to him when you'd pick fights with him and be all angry and aggressive as usual. he loved the little banter you two shared, the sleepless nights you two would spend together just running your mouths off at each to sleep–and being pampered yet teased by him all the same. he was the best, worst friend you ever had in the history of ever... and you didn't want to lose him, no matter how annoying he was.

"you know that i'm bad... but you're spending the night with me."

"back so soon?" you ask him as he climbs into your window with his spider suit still on, only taking the mask off once you let him in your room and slumps in your bean bag, smirking all the while. "your room's pretty comfy, like how... good little girls keep their rooms as." he teased, making you pout and puff your cheeks up. "is that supposed to mean something, hobart?" you asked with extra emphasis on his name, making him smirk and shrug. "hey, now, it's up for interpretation." he said with a chuckle, making you groan loudly. "well, at least let me play your guitar. maybe... smash a few simpletons' heads in with this." you murmured as hobie gently took your hands in his, correcting your finger positions on his electric guitar.

"what do you want from my world? you're a good little girl..." he asks you, with slight rhetoric, knowing you were never one to disobey the rules and let alone wish to play loud, 'obstructive' music that would bother the neighbors. you sighed and followed hobie's lead, strumming and playing the right chords he taught you.

"bad little boy... that's what you're acting like."

"can't i choose to have fun, hobart?" you asked him with sarcasm in your tone, making him laugh. "of course, you can have everything you want–that's what good little girls like you deserve, right?" he said as he gently let go of your hands and let you figure out how to play a melody you came up with on the spot on your own. "it's just that... i never thought you'd be rebellious. never did, never will." he joked as you gave him a flat, fake laugh, knowing full well he was serious about what he said. "like, i can be the intimidating-like, 'rebellious' bloke or whatever for the two of us, at least outwardly. i'll take the trouble for you, that's enough, innit?"

"i really don't buy... that you're that kind of guy."

"nah. besides... that kind of hobie everyone else sees isn't the hobie i know." you said as you tuned his electric guitar. he raised an eyebrow at you in intrigue. "go on, dear." "well... you may be a little brash, loud, and you love telling assholes in authority to kiss your ass... but you aren't a total blockhead. you have a heart, you care, and you... you aren't as mean and scary as everyone thinks you are."

"and if you are... why do you want to hang out with me?" you asked him in a partly rhetorical way of your own this time–making hobie pause for a minute to look at you, and soon, burst into a sweet smile on his face. he gently pecked your cheek and wrapped his arm around your shoulders, bringing you closer to him with a satisfied sigh. "i just love to be around my good little girl... can't that be enough?" "then you're lucky i like being around my bad little boy..." you said with a sly smirk as hobie grinned and kissed your lips gently.

Little Nightmares III, huh???

I was trying to avoid being excited about it because no solid release date and 2024 could be a few months from now or a year from now and Idk how long I can handle being so fuckin hyped for this game YEEHAW

BUT I CAN'T, I KEEP THINKING ABT THE GAME AAHAHHGAGA

so here are my thoughts, if you wanted to know

FIRST OF ALL, i am so glad that after we saw LTNM II we thought it'd be co-op but it was just an AI, that we finally get co-op! AND ONLINE TOO, i spent the first day worried it'd be shared screen same room situation since i wasn't trying to get my hopes up but then I realised I can just.. google it.. AND IT IS!!! ONLINE!! IDK WHO I AM GONNA PLAY IT W FIRST AAAAAAAA

anyways, you can definitely tell it's a new studio working on this game, the world feels mostly the same but the character designs themselves are definitely stylistically similar, but not the same. With Six especially, the MC designs were very simplistic and realistic but used colour (or for Mono, a single design quirk being the bag) to stand out against their backgrounds and against the enemies which are largely neutral colours. But these new ones feel... "over designed"? On their own they definitely aren't, but in comparison to Mono, Six, Seven, and even NPCs like the flashlight girl, they have a lot more going on (especially the little wrench kid, Idk which one is Alone and which one is Low yet btw OOP)

Despite it being a new studio and you can tell, new puzzles and environments, they're still doing their best to have the OGs vibes and whatnot to feel familiar, namely in the trailer they bring back the fuses, and the additional gameplay video there's a short scene with an environment with all the shelves you can find in LTNM 1s gnome section (the one with the cart that is affected by the Maws swaying).

But regardless, it still feels different enough my brain is still nervous about it. I also feel In A Way about Tarsier having LTNM II explode and their franchise getting the attention it deserves, only to have it stuck with Bandai and now it's going to likely explode again and they aren't involved. Idk how anyone on that team feels about it, but if it were me omg.

Also the only boss we've seen so far (i hope they add more and i def want some to be a surprise so im not gonna assume this is the only one for now) feels... out of place? it has the design qualities of a LTNM boss, but the size of it makes it more of a spectacle than a warped/corruption of an adult. All the previous bosses fit in their environment, we are the small ones and they are scaled to the world around them. This is the first time, outside monster Six who imo is a bit of an outlier anyways due to her circumstances, we're getting a boss who is this huge and doesn't even fit their own environment. I hope we get a lore reason for this in some way, because currently the boss doesn't have the same vibe as the others and it's throwing me off a bit. Don't get me wrong, it'll be terrifying, but looking at the picture as a whole they are sort of out of place for me rn. I don't hate the bitch either, I'm not gonna be like omg get rid of it or change it, but it does strike me as odd seeing it for now.

And yes the tall man is too tall for a lot of things, but he's not THAT big. He's more like yer tall guy who hits his head off doorways, which happens irl anyways LMAO

Little Nightmares primarily tries to capture the feeling of being a small child and how everything is big and scary, but a doll that huge is out of the realm of reality set up for us already. It's gone from scary corrupted animal to godzilla, if that makes sense.

OH AND THE MIRRORS ARE VERY LTNM COMICS OF THEM TEE HEE < 3

#while i find the MCs designs to be a bit much for now they're fast growing on me as characters #they give me indie movie vibes more than little nightmares MCs vibes #but hey if we get a 4th installment then it goes from an outlier to part of a trend #my brain will get over it eventually anyways these are just my initial thoughts #oh and as long as they either dont bring back the flashlight or change its controls im mostly fine w the puzzles and whatnot #like suuuuuper minor gripe but i loved in the first games that when you had a weapon it was too big and too heavy #they had serious weight when you swung them and the mcs clearly struggled #and it really helped you feel powerless even when armed #i know the masked kid has a slingshot btw but i just hope it isnt used as an easy weapon and more as a distraction #having any kind of upper hand in this world sort of diminishes the initial scare factor they were going for #being that youre a small child helpless in this world #outside sixs ending but aside from the hallway you literally dont play w her power at the end #text #long post #little nightmares 3 #ltnm 3 #ooc

It was a pretty slow day at the spider society. As usual, there was some new Peter, some old Prowler, and some everyday disasters. Nothing they'd need their "small elite strike force" for, though. Starving, Gwen made her way over to the cafeteria to find some spider-themed delicacy to wolf down.

"Spider-donuts, spider-cupcakes, spider-popsicles... hm. I feel like that one might be a little offensive." Mumbling to herself, she grabbed a few spider-sandwhiches and started inhaling her first one.

BUZZZZZZZ!!!

There goes the 11:30AM alarm. Miguel likes to keep things orderly, so he has bells every 30 minutes to keep track of time in a "neat" way, as he describes it. Gwen's hair messed itself up as she snapped her head to look at the clock. "Shit!" she whisper-yelled, she was supposed to meet up for Pavitr's lunch break 15 minutes ago!

In a split second, she was travelling to his dimension, sandwhiches in hand. "He doesn't even LIKE tomatoes..." Grumbling as she tossed the sandwhich abominations into the void, she prayed that he wouldn't mind her tardiness. Despite his occasional sarcasm, he was still a pretty forgiving guy.

Out of breath, she finally reached his school roof, their unofficial "meeting place". There was a surprising quietness in the air, meaning there was no way Pav could even be in Mumbattan, let alone school. The dude has pretty chaotic energy, okay?

Gwen doesn't have to look around to know this. While she thought it was odd that he'd be even more late than her, she found it in herself to wait. After what felt like an eternity, he finally bursted through a portal, still wearing his spidersuit.

"Woah, Gwen! I am SO sorry you had to wait for me, I had some spider stuff to take care of and on top of that I have, like, 4 papers due and-"

"No, no, no! I totally understand, dude. Besides, I just got here too." She didn't mind lying just this once, it was for Pav's sake after all. "You sound exhausted though... you alright?"

"Yep! Totally alright over here! Don't worry, Gwenny. I know how to manage my duties!" His totally-not-stressed tone might've fooled her, if he didn't have that weird grin on his face. Gwen knew, whenever Pavitr Prabhakar pulled out that fake smile that didn't even show all his teeth, something was up.

"Pav, are you sure? You know you can talk to me about this sort of thing, right? You really don't have to overwork yourself with all this, especially since you're still in school. I don't have anything on my plate, let me handle the spider stuff for you, it's the least I could do"

"Bro, I swear! I don't need to take a break from anything. I love what I do, it's almost too easy! Besides, even if I was overworking myself, there isn't much you can do to- EEK!"

Alright, she had been provoked. Gwen started clawing at his belly, pinning him to the hard, concrete roof with her free hand. Pavitr's loud, airy laugh filled the city's sky.

"Gwhhehehehen!!" Out came his smile. The dorky smile that showed all his teeth and truthfully, looked kind of stupid. But that smile was his, and he wore it proudly.

"Pavvvv!" Gwen whined, mockingly. "But seriously, dude. You gotta relax for once. The first step is realizing that's what you need!" Sensing this wasn't going anywhere as is, she quickly flipped him over and started tracing his lower back.

Pavitr almost turned into jelly at this. Even though he quieted down a little, his attempt at a backwards fetal position spoke volumes.

"Plehahaeeseeee?" Barely being able to form words at this point, he tried his best to look up at the Spiderwoman and make a sort of frowny face. Gwen snorted at this. "Puppy eyes aren't gonna work on me, pal! All you have to do is let me take over for you for a little bit."

Wanting a little more of a reaction, she gently flipped him back over and tried scratching at his underarms. Nothing could have prepared her for the borderline HELLISH shriek that came out of that boy's mouth.

"HEHEHEHELPPPP!!!! GWHEHEHEEENNNN I'LL DO ANYTHIHIHIHING!!" This was a lie, and Gwen knew it, obviously. If he really meant it, he would've told her to stop by now. Staying at his armpits, the Ghost-Spider switched techniques to vibrating softly. If before's screams were considered hellish, she wouldn't even know what to call these ones.

"EEEEEEEKKKKK!!!" Feeling bad for the guy, she moved her hands upwards to the little spot under his chin. Going back to melt-mode, Pav tried his best to get his words out. "Fihihihihineee!! I'll let you tahahahake overrrr!"

Pulling her hands back, Gwen helped him get up. She was glad he could finally relax, now that she'd be replacing him for the time being.

Pavitr's break ended with him and Gwen, drinking tea and spending time in eachothers presence. They didn't talk, and they didn't need to. Because they knew that no words needed to be exchanged for them to be as close as they were.

Actually I lied I don't have any willpower at all and I'm going to be angry about cGeorge again. "Your charm is like plastic wrap. Its thin, and because its see-through, it doesn't cover up what a jerk you are"

cGeorge's character is incredibly passive, and yes, Im very aware its because ccG didn't do a lot of lore, and that we don't know how much of his sleeping problems were him or Magic Induced Bullshit. It doesn't change what we have. What we have is someone who is bitter, who didn't get what he wanted and who's story consists of him sleeping and being depressed and angry about it.

If XD is responsible for his Sleep Problems, it once again becomes yet another thing about Dream Needing To Save Him. George has no goddamn agency in his own narrative. He doesn't do things, he reacts. He thinks about Dream. He continues to not do things. This is somehow Dream's fault. Why can't George save himself. Why can't George do things on his own. Why does cGeorge have to be an extension of cDream when he has cSapnap and cKarl and cTina. What is cGeorge as a person outside of cDream.

Personal opinion. His focus on Dream is only charming if you like cdnf. I don't.

ccGeorge and cGeorge are not the same person, but because we have so little of cGeorge, a lot of ccGeorge is made to be cGeorge. HD isn't even a real character, but the entire fandom made him up and gave him and George a bunch of lore. cGeorge is just. kind of a dick? I mean all the characters are dicks in some way, so this isn't really a fair criticism, but the constant pressure to think /pos about him because He's Just So Important To Dream just makes all the things I don't like about him feel starker. He fake cried, he made a scene, he essentially ruined his supposed dearest love's reputation because he was Mad. So Cute So Quirky. Why the fuck am I supposed to like this guy.

What Does He Even Give cDream. cDream would move mountains for George. George demands it. Cool. I want George to do it for Dream.

cGeorge and cdnf is a lot easier for me to write or read if it comes with the context that Dream's love and affection is a privilege, not a right. There are so many interpretations that act like cDream should bend and lean to his whims, because cGeorge deserves it. Its awful. Its so many shades of awful. Its so uncomfortable. Affection and love isn't something owed to him.

cGeorge thinking he owns Dream and his affection would be cute except its often treated. Unironically.

Seriously if a lifelong friendship and deep love is destroyed by a crown and an argument, what kind of fuckery were they on. they were doomed from the very start if all it took was George not getting his way

1. It's a tie between Natalia and the man I put on my 15th birthday cake. Clive is the reason I got into Heart Fragment but I'm so head over heels with Natalia that I kind of drawn my artsona with her aaaAAAAA

Really excited for Book 3! Clive is forever in my heart but I wouldn't be surprised if Nat took his place <3

2. Coming in close is Shannon!!! In my opinion, her route is the best written in terms of exploring feelings so far plus I feel I relate to Shannon so deeply on a personal level about a lot of things. Shannon you are best girl ♪(^∇^*)

3. My favourite route to play so far is actually Lana's! Which I find surprising since romance is my go-to but there's just something about cherishing the validity of platonic and familial relationships. I'm so up for playing ACNH with Lana so she deserves this spot

4. And cutting it close is our protag Xani >:3 (all genders. Xani is Xani) Despite my pathetic lack of experience in VNs, I adore how customizable their personality is and how their choices affect the plot. I enjoy a set protagonist because when it comes to story-heavy media I'm not too eager to self-insert (•ө•)♡ (see above: mention of artsona x Natalia)

Also how can I forget that I literally bought fem!Xani's charm?? Her outfits are sooo cute ESPECIALLY that purple blouse!😭

5. I feel like Jasper and Kay should be higher up on this list but I simply have a preference for the others ^^" Nevertheless, Jasper is the route I'm most looking forward because I really enjoy his dynamic and interactions with the protag (the kidnapping in Shannon's route doesn't count. NO. SHOO).

Enemies to lovers(?) doesn't describe them enough. The trope doesn't do them justice. One has wanted to murder the other for TWO DECADES and the latter has been in the dark about it until now. The fact that Xani/MC and Jasper have a lot of things in common (dare I say more than MC and Clive) but they want to rip each other into pieces is making me jump up and down excitedly omg.

AND KAY. Kay I don't hate you but I just like the others more than you :( But I really really hope that we get to see him again in Book 3 because he deserves a happy ending just like everyone else.

Ok so like Kaito and Luka are my 3rd/4th favorite vo/caloids and I really love their colors and their aesthetic and I guess one day I was thinking about them and I was like "You know, my faves deserve each other" and the spiral down kinda rarepair hell started there lolol and since they're vo/caloids, that means their personalities and stuff like that is pretty much free reign baby!!!!! I've said this before but seeing them next to each other does genuinely put a smile on my face. I don't know why but they do. They make me feel happy! Like I would go through videos on Youtube trying to find songs and covers that used their voicebanks and just listen to them on a playlist on repeat. And now with prsk, we have more content with them. When they finally shared a sekai and had an area convo I got so happy bc!!! aaa!! They're talking!!! to each other!!!!!! this is happening!!!!!! aaaaaaaa!!!! My go-to interpretation of them is Kaito is this reliable but goofy guy who chill to be around but is always there to lend an ear if you need it and Luka is like this cool responsible i guess/ "big sister" type who's smile can brighten someone (mainly Kaito's) day. They're also both bi bc i said so (this is where a good chunk of the self projection comes in) I've wanted to draw them and write things about them but ive been so busy I haven't had a chance. I've made up a whole ass AU with them and the other vo/caloids (I don't think I'll share it bc it's very self indulgent and probably makes no sense to anyone but me lolol)

A Business Proposal is not yet available in my region or I would have started with that one after seeing you post about it (it's coming tho and I already added it to my list for when it does release here) but in the meantime I am still looking for something to watch so maybe you can help me out?

A romantic kdrama rec list? Okay, guys, THAT'S MY MOMENT AAAAAAAAAAA <3

Okay, idk where you're exactly from, but where I live (Brazil) we also don't have many available kdramas on N*tfl*x, so I usually watch them on brazilian fansubs (when I'm watching them with my mom) or internation fansubs (english subtitles and tbh they get translated real fast - on the same day).

So I'm gonna list some kdramas that may not be on N*tfl*x, but I'll also tell where you can watch them for free... okay, here we go:

Doom At Your Service: this kdrama is simply a masterpiece, really. It's so pretty and sad (and also happy)... it's a mix of feelings that in the end makes you want to live and makes you fall in love with their love. I really recommend it, you're not gonna regret it (be aware that you may cry, I did).

↳Synopsis: A terminally ill woman finds herself at the breaking point, and wishes for the end of the world. In answer, a mysterious man who acts as a messenger of doom between God and humans appears at her door. The two must live together for 100 days.

Crash Landing on You: this one is literally amazing (and it's available on N*tfl*x, yay). Tbh, when I first heard of it, I thought people was overestimating it and that it wasn't THAT good... and I couldn't be more WRONG. This one makes you get addicted and you're only gonna stop when it ends. The main couple has so much chemistry that they got married irl now (March 31st).

↳Synopsis: It is about a successful South Korean businesswoman and chaebol heiress who, while paragliding in Seoul, South Korea, is swept up in a sudden storm, crash-lands in the North Korean portion of the DMZ, and meets an army captain in the Korean People's Army who decides he will help her hide. Over time, they fall in love, despite the divide and dispute between their respective countries.

Descendants of the Sun: this was really hyped when it aired (2016) and I understood why when I watched it. It's so good and really funny (some people don't like it tho).

↳Synopsis: A love story develops between Captain Yoo Shi Jin, from South Korean Special Forces and Doctor Kang Mo Yeon, who works as a Surgeon at Haesung Hospital in Seoul. They will find themselves in the middle of great events and deadly dangers, both in their Motherland and in the fictitious, war-torn country of Urk.

Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo: this kdrama is so cute and sweet that makes me wanna cry aaaaaaaa srsly, the main couple is so cute and perfect together <3 this kdrama is good if you want to brighten your day!

↳Synopsis: Kim Bok joo, a young woman chasing her dream of weightlifting on an athlete college campus, develops a crush on her friend Jung Joon-Hyung's older brother, Jung Jae-Yi .

+BONUS:

Happiness: okay, this is a zombie kdrama not focused on romance, i know... BUT THE MAIN COUPLE IS SO PURE (BUT ALSO BADASS) AND DESERVE THE WHOLE WORLD (yeah, i love them so much... how did you found out? ) Okay, I really think you should watch this if you want to feel the power of love .

ps: I usually HATE everything related to zombies, but this one is AMAZING (but I'm already warning you: you'll be frequently pissed off bc of the residents).

↳Synopsis: Happiness tells of a new virus outbreak that spreads throughout the city and an apartment that causes residents to be trapped in their homes
