Wilbur had broke up with you over 2 weeks ago, and you hadn’t streamed, posted, or made any presence on social media since then. You didn’t see any point in trying to redeeming yourself, as people would still say the same shit anyway. About how you were using him, how you didn’t deserve your fame, and how you needed to humble yourself.

quite honestly, you hated yourself for not seeing the signs sooner. How Wilbur wanted to ‘Talk’ that one day, or how he became distant for a little bit after you had collaborated on a stream, or when your stream views started to decline. It was so fucking obvious, but you were too caught up in your own emotions to notice.

You hadn’t checked your phone since then either. It had been on ‘Do Not Disturb’ since you went to an old friend, Carissa’s, apartment to stay. The only person who knew you were alive was Carissa, and she was the only one who saw you. As far as everyone else knew, you had disappeared out of nowhere.

But today, for some odd reason, you had the urge to turn your phone off of ‘Do Not Disturb’ and check your notifications.

There were about 2000.

Texts, comments, DMs, and tags had taken over your notifications, mostly people just wondering where you went.

you didn’t know Wilbur stopped posting too. but sure enough, his last tweet was about 3 weeks ago. And his last stream was 15 days ago. He hadn’t been position either, and it was a mystery to you why.

Your vision turned red. after all the shit he said about you, after all the hurtful things he did, after fucking dumping you because of people on twitter, he was begging you to come back. you got up and stomped to your car. Your plan? to go to wilbur’s house and yell at him until you couldn’t yell. or until you passed out.

You pulled into wilbur’s driveway, with nothing but your phone and a lot of angry thoughts. you opened his unlocked door, and found him sleeping on the couch. You got some water from the fridge, brought it over to him, and poured it in his face.

he woke up with a jolt, sputtering and thrashing around like an idiot. he looked at his attacker, who was you, and his eyes lit up.

“YN!” he said, a smile gracing his lips.

“YOU BITCH!” you screamed, wiping the kind look away from his face. "Fucking dump me on the side of the road, then try to get back with me?? cause you realized that your too fucking sad without a girlfriend to stare at? I’m so sorry that YOU brought this upon yourself!” you continued, voice faltering in tears. you didn’t want to cry, but you couldn’t help it. the fact that every single word was true, and not one misunderstood word, made it hurt so much more.

“YN, can i explain?” he asked, eyes looking more sad than anything.

“Explain what? how you-“

you were cut off by a kiss. A gentle, sweet, loving kiss. if you weren’t so mad, you would even admit you liked it. and you couldn’t deny the fact you leaned into it.

He let go, looking at your eyes. “I’m sorry, i shouldn’t have done that. I just hate to see you so mad- and at me, i just didn’t know what to do. can i please explain?”

you let out a loud sigh. “alright, go ahead.”

“Tommy told me that you loved me more than anything in the world, and so did Ran, and Phil too. everyone was saying how much they loved you.. except for the people who didn’t know you. I realized that the only reason people were saying that shit was because they didn’t know you. And if they did, they would never say that about you. Your sweet, smart, funny, beautiful, kind, and an incredible person. and i cannot believe i ever broke up with you. i’m so sorry.” he said everything in a fast paced manner, looking at the floor for the entire time.

your anger melted away. The way he said everything, you knew it was coming right from his heart. he glanced at you for but a second, and you decided to fuck it. you grabbed his face and kissed him, again. this time, it was happy. full of love, and pure joy.

you let go, and gave him a hug, at this point, you were both crying.

“YN, do you forgive me?” he asked, voice cracking.

“Yes, Wil. i forgive you.”

Hey i really love your blog!!! I just plucked the courage to actually send u an ask fhdjhd but GOSH i love your video edits and your gifs and your meta article posts, you're so articulate and you can explain/describe moments in a way that makes me go "oh wow, i cant believe i haven't seen it that way before!!" Haha ANYWAYS i'm just here to say that i completely agree with what all u said, Free creators might do a lil fanservice here and there for the 25 ships that exists within the fandom's circle, but rinharu's storyline is clearly the most romantic one! And i'd argue it's the one closest to being canon esp after part 1, i mean the fact that they put such an explosive emotional outburst right at the end of the second to the last movie means a lot. It's like reinforcing the fact that this series has always been about them, and everything that has happened only happened either because they met or they grew appart and miss eachother. I kinda feel like maybe.. juust maayyybe there's a chance KA wants to make the ship canon, since it's the last movie and they want to end it on a highnote maybe (bcs honestly i think the only reason they've been holding back is purely bcs of the merch sales, since they don't have a problem showing a wholesome lesbian love story in kobayashi maid dragon) butt i could be wrong, maybe i'm just overly optimistic and delusional, they could somehow ruin it and give an ending that panders to all the ships again 😅🥲, but at least there's a clear-cut guarantee that part 2 would dedicate a large portion of it fixing rin and haru's fight!!! Oohh how can i wait another 6 months now!!😭😭 (sorry for the long ask btw!! 🙏🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️)

Well, you know me, I only care for one ship, which is the only one with confirmed info that they're both actually gay and have mutual feelings for each other. There are some other ships in free! I'm fine with (those do not include Rin or Haru in them xD), but I just mostly don't care, bc after reading all the stuff, you can see that in some of those to one the other one is actually like his second option, which I just do not like. Others I just don't even see, bc again to me who witnessed great close male friendships and having two sisters who I'm very close to, I just do not see anything romantic in that.

It's not just Free! tbh, it's like any sports anime these days. They see two guys walking together, it's a ship. And like no one cares if they're just bros. Like I'd get i they did some fanservice fanservice, but like I never saw anyone in Free! crossing the line the way rinharu do. I can without thinking much name you 10 rh moments that no matter how hard you think can't be explain as being bros, but can't name one when it comes to others. I just find some ppl shipping everyone with everyone weird sometimes. It's like western fans see like some eastern actors or singers slap each other ass lovingly and they're like "oh they're fucking" I'm like "yeah, ofc all 500 of them, you're absolutely right". And Free! doesn't do anything even like that, I just do not get sometimes like what moment even brought on some ships. I'm genuinely confused. Albert and Haru? You fucking fell from a sakura tree or smth? I'm...

I'm especially confused when it comes to guys, whose character type is who I call "I only want this one and if I can't have it, then I'm ok" xD. It just always surprised me, when they try to pair up them with someone else, it's like a complete ooc.

I'm also not into this whole "well, if there are gays in this anime, than everyone there is gay". I'm like... huh. It's like with KNB and MDZS I had same feeling. It's like you have already couples there who are canon/borderline canon, why do you need another 10 who don't even interact or just don't even go there? I'm always so confused in those situations. Or like wangxian is married and some are like "no, I actually don't like it, let me write a fic when they're with other ppl". Lan Zhan... being in love or having sex with someone else? Yeah, that's not Lan Zhan, dude, you're writing about someone else. Might as well change the name at this point.

But last time I went to twitter someone had a thread about how if they make s4 of Free! they should mainly explore there Momo's angst (and no, it wasn't a joke), so I'm already like, I'm just.. nothing will surprise me no more. But I'm forever gonna be confused.

Yeah, I eel you about "going there". I mean seeing part of it, it just kinda cemented my confusion, bc I do not get how it can be considered platonic. We were just discussing since yesterday with @freeseafirefly how I now even more perplexed and do not understand how they will resolve it without going into relationship territory. It's just our point here is that like... no one forced them to go there (I mean its not like this whole fandom has some wild expectations or anything already), we were waiting or our usual friendship and swimming and maybe tiny conflict about struggles of pro-careers and some usual rh implications (maybe all the rh gay in dramas as always). Not some pure fanfiction coming to life here haha.

Like why I'm laughing is bc I twice used in my "fics" bringing up him leaving Haru as a force to push the confession, bc there's no way if he adresses this it won't lead to this. And now we not only have this (bc Haru just basically layed it out there), but an actual scene of him playing on their feelings for each other and a literal image of Rin leaving and "taking Haru's heart with him" to the point when he's for the first time in his life openly crying on the ground. And it's not like this scene can be interpreted as anything else, the whole fandom talks same, bc the whole fight was just about them, what Haru said was just about them, there's a literal boom of his heart getting out of his chest, before he falls and now he's heartless.

So our question is like... why go there?

It's like some say that they might still resolve it with "they're special to each other" and swimming, but still like we already knew that, there was no reason to go that far is what I'm saying. And to think that it was planned since forever giving the clues is like... ???

The whole spoon theme also throw me on the loop because like, lets be honest, it's wedding themed. And that part of the interview about part 2 there also made me go...?????? Because I mean, huh?

This is just all in all very interesting turn of events to say the least. I do not see the point of all of this if its not what I think it is, esp after seeing tweets like "even I see a rh wedding and I'm mh T_T". It's just all very unsubtle, that's why we're confused.

Like who knows, maybe we'll really by some magic turn of events get lucky and they really decided that since its the ending, it's okay to go for it. But I also don't wanna to hype myself much, I'm already really happy with it, just bc again, this scene already proves all of my points.

And yeah, I'm sure they'll pander to everyone, bc it's the end and etc and we have to handle everything on the good note and there's a whole line of ppl who's obsessed with us, esp with Haru xD, but like bromance pandering and romance pandering are different things, you know *wiggles eyebrows* and u know who always gets the second one.

alternative title: it’s been awhile since you two broke up and until now neither of you changed your contact information for various reasons and because of this you are still saved as the emergency contact

kageyama:

kageyama would either be working out or sleeping when he suddenly gets a call from a random number in the middle of the night

say like.. 2-3 am

mf wouldn’t even look at the caller when answering cs its either he got interrupted during his sessions or he got woken up

he groggily answers the phone and winces when he hears loud club music from the other end just dampening his mood a bit more lol

“is this kageyama tobio?” he hears the other line ask

kageyama suddenly sits up straight like wtf happened this time

mind you this mf doesnt even go to clubs so why would anyone in a club or some party area call him let alone get his number

“yeah. who is this?” is what kageyama replies

“sorry to bother you at this time but you are the emergency contact of miss y/n l/n and i’m here to inform you that she is passed out drunk at (club location) so if you don’t mind please pick her up for her own safety”

without a second thought, kageyama agrees and grabs his keys to his car and basically pressed on the gas and zoomed at the said location

he doesnt even realize how worried he was til he noticed how his grip on the steering wheel was so tight his knuckles turned white

even if you two broke it off, he still genuinely deeply cares for you to this extent of picking your ass up at some club doing god knows what

kageyama has probably began overanalyzing the situation and thinking it was his fault on why you were acting like this

when he arrives at the club, thankfully you were still there with the bartender

you were slouched on the bar with shot glasses surrounding you

“i just miss him so much” you cried to the bartender. “i mean i gave him everything! he was my first he even took away my goddamn virginity and yet..” you paused, lips quivering, as the thought of kageyama breaking up with you replayed in your head like a broken record

“y/n” kageyama speaks up after eavesdropping at your little rant to the bartender

you whip your head up and lo and behold, it was the guy who broke your heart. the reason why you’re in this club for the 4th time this week

“t-tobio?” you stuttered, suddenly feeling sober

kageyama cringes at the sight. your hair was all tousled, your eyebags are prominent making it look like you’ve cried for weeks or you had no sleep

but he assumes you did both only making him guiltier

kageyama walks up to you and drapes his jacket over your exposed shoulders

“let’s go home yeah?” he says quietly. you don’t say anything but let him take you home

before you two leave the bar, he thanks the bartender for keeping you safe and sound by the time he arrived (tipping him of course)

you woke up with a killer headache the next morning on his bed with a million questions running through your mind

the doctor basically tells you suna just needs to stay at home til his leg heals before he can start playing again and you just need to be with him to take care of him n shit

just missing a lot of practice and you being around again

What made you subscribe to Phil? Dan? they’re just fun, i mean i’ve talked endlessly about their dynamic and why i love them (why we love dan, why we love phil) and i don’t think it was any single thing that made me sub to them both, just....all the things

How or when did you discover Phil? Dan? i found dan first back in july of 2017 bc i saw a pic/gif of dnp on my dash (and i’ve tried desperately to locate the exact one but i Cannot find it, i think it was from a liveshow maybe?) and i’d been well into thomas sanders at the time so i was like ‘cool more youtubers’ so i watched dan’s 5 drunk people vid (i think i literally just typed danisnotonfire or dan howell into the yt search and that was the first one that came up) and i liked it? so i subbed? i was a dannie for a while (like a week lmao) before i figured out phil was in a bunch of stuff too, binged and subbed to the gaming channel next, then did the same with phil’s channel a bit later

Does Phil have a particular mannerism you find endearing? Dan? phil hmm i think his tendency to be touchy is adorable? like

You’ve known Aaliyah ever since she was ten. You were in training to become assistant coach for a local hockey team and one of your many tasks while training was to help out around the arena with the games and players. You hit it off with most of the girls, but there was this special thing about Aaliyah that really drew you to her. She was always ready to practise and was always focused, but that didn’t stop her from knowing how to have a good laugh with everyone. She was one special little girl.

Over time, you and Aaliyah became really close friends and the age gap of four years didn’t matter at all. It also helped that your cousin Grace was friends with Aaliyah at school. You didn’t expect Grace to blurt out one day that you could sing. You always hated singing, you used to have a passion for it, but when some people began to make fun of you for your horrible voice, you became quite insecure. So, when the three of you were hanging out at the arena one day after training doing homework was when it all started.

“You guys want to play secret spill?” Grace looked up from her algebra. “What the hell secret spill?” Aaliyah asked, her eyebrows knitted together. You knew all about secret spill, Grace made it up when she was eight and now at the age of thirteen she had improved massively, even if it was her own game. “Basically, you have to spill a secret about someone else who’s playing, then the other players will decide if it’s worthy of five points all the way down to one. After five rounds whoever has the most points wins” Grace explained. Grace reminded you of a snake in a way, sneaking around, she knew everything about you and that’s why she was so good at the game. “I personally think this game is stupid and immature” You shook your head, continuing with the science questions in front of you.

“That’s only because I beat you every time” Grace argued, “Do you seriously think that kinetic energy and joules are more entertaining than getting to know each other better?”. See? snake. “Come on Y/N, don’t be such a party pooper” Aaliyah poked your upper arm. “Fine” You sighed. After three rounds, it was Grace’s turn again.

“Okay, I’ve got one about Y/N” She began. “Here we go” You raised your eyebrows. “Aaliyah, did you know that Y/N can sing?” Grace turned to the girl. “Boo! One” You shouted, hoping that Aaliyah would agree on the score you chose, so you guys could move on. “Wait you can sing?” Aaliyah’s eyes went wide, “We’ve known each other for three years and you never told me” Aaliyah’s mouth was slightly agape. “Well, it’s not a big deal” You shrugged, wanting the ground to swallow you whole. “Yes, it is! If you don’t want to sing here, you have to come back to mine and we can jam” She suggested. “I- Aaliyah I don’t know if that’s a good idea” You tried to decline politely, but Aaliyah wasn’t having it. “Seriously, we’re going back to mine.”

Going back to Aaliyah’s that afternoon was probably one of the best decision’s you’ve ever made, well best thing you’ve ever been forced into doing. The two of you got back to her place and headed up to her room which used to be her older brother Shawn's. Over the three years you’ve been friends with Aaliyah you have also had the pleasure of meeting Shawn. You two got along and he was always nice to you whenever you came over, the three of you would always camp out in the lounge and have movie nights together while Aaliyah would make jokes about how the two of you should ‘get together’. Shawn was as nice as he seemed and you liked that, he was one of those genuine people.

“Okay, what song next,” You asked, quickly strumming up and down twice, before stopping the sound with your hand on the neck of the guitar. “What about Treat You Better?” Aaliyah glanced over at you before looking back at her laptop. “Are you a fake fan of your own brother?” You laughed at her basic song choice, even though it was an amazing song. “Ha ha, you’re so funny” She rolled her eyes playfully. “You give me the tab notation and I can try,” You told her. Aaliyah quickly googled the chords for the song and then set the laptop right in front of you. “Here we go” You began to pluck the strings for the first notes, while Aaliyah ad-libbed over the top, you wondered if being a Mendes automatically gave you the vocals of an angel because Aaliyah had a great voice. What you didn’t know is that listening in on the other side of Aaliyah’s bedroom door was Shawn and he was recording everything you were singing.

After the song Shawn thought he would make himself known, so he knocked on Aaliyah’s door three times before he was answered with a ‘come in’. “Hey” Shawn walked into the familiar room that he used to own, “Love what you’ve done with the place,” He said sarcastically. “Well, I didn’t like the colour of the walls so I re-painted” She shrugged. “No hug? No, wow Shawn you’ve been gone for a couple of weeks now, I really missed you” Shawn shook his head. “Nope,” Aaliyah shook her head. “Oh, I see, Y/N is here, so you’re too cool for me now?” Shawn laughed walking over to you. “No hug from you either, wow I’m really feeling the love now guys” You laughed at his words, getting up from your seat and giving him a quick hug that he returned. “Get a room!” Aaliyah shouted jokingly. “Calm down, it’s not like we’re kissing off each other’s faces” Shawn shook his head while letting you go. “But, yeah I love you and all. But can you go? Because we’re busy” Aaliyah told him. “I’ve been back home for five minutes and I’m already getting kicked out of my room” Shawn emphasized ‘my. “Sorry to break it to you Shawn, but I don’t think this is your room anymore” You shook your head slightly. “You’ve changed this girl, Aaliyah” Shawn pointed at her before he walked away. The two of you laughed as Shawn exited.

The next morning your phone was blowing up with all sorts of notifications, some were texts from your friends, some were emails from companies, but most of them were social media notifications of people giving their opinions about your voice. You woke up a lot quicker than usual, unlocking your phone and looking at the video that people had been tagging you in.

Shawn had recorded some of what you sang last night and posted on twitter to his 12.2 million followers. Some people were tweeting about how amazing you are, most were hating on you for either being a so-called ‘shit singer’ and being Shawn’s supposed girlfriend. People knew that you and Shawn were friends through Aaliyah, most loved you, but there was always that line between love and hate. People were saying exactly what you feared. That you couldn’t sing, that you were possibly one of the vilest singers they had ever heard. You hated this and you were going to let Shawn know. You switched all of your social media to private and it got to the point where you reported the video Shawn posted, part of you hoping that it would just disappear.

That day you trudged to hockey training, hoping the world would just leave you alone. You knew that all of the girls at training would have seen the video and probably have the same opinion as the rest of the world. You pushed open the arena doors with the same amount of energy that you had, almost none. The girls were already stretching, something you made it a point for them to do once you became assistant coach last year. The truth was you didn’t know how to feel. Should you feel mad? Probably. Should you be happy that there were some people who actually liked your voice. You didn’t know.

You walked over to the girls and they all attacked you with praise and love. You were shocked at how much they enjoyed the video when most of the people online hated it. “You sounded amazing Y/N!” Eliza, your right wing hugged you. “Thanks, Liza,” You said, your voice quiet. More praises kept coming from the girls from left, right and centre, it made you forget about the whole the entire internet hates me right now thing, it made you feel better. You went out to the spare hockey sticks out of the shed outside you saw a familiar blue jeep.

“Hey, Mr superstar, you and I are gonna have words” You raised your voice when you saw Shawn leaning against his car, he must be picking Aaliyah up, but no matter how cute of a brother her is you weren’t about to get side-tracked. “Ah, did you see my video?” He smiled at you. “Yeah, yeah I did and so did all of your fans that now hate me, so thanks for that,” You said, your voice was dripping frustration. “Look Y/N, I’m sorry, but I thought you sounded amazing so I thought everyone else needed to hear it,” He said, trying to persuade you. “Everyone else should be a group chat or something, not all of you freakin’ Twitter followers” Your voice became louder, “I don’t like singing for other people, Shawn, it was one time thing for Aaliyah” You tried to make your point clear, “I don’t need all of your fan-base telling me I’m shit at singing, because I know, so if you were trying to get the message across, I got it, twelve million times” You referred to his amount of following.

“Who cares what some people on the internet think?” He asked. Shawn’s words took you aback. Who cares what some people on the internet think? And you hated to say this in your moments of anger, but he was right. “The only opinions that should matter to you are the people who love you and are close to you and from what I could see from in there is that all of those girls look up to you, their opinions should matter. Not some trolls who couldn’t care less about you, okay?” Shawn told you. “Shawn I- Shawn I’m really sorry” It took you a minute to get the words out, but they got there eventually. “It’s okay, I should be sorry, I mean I did expose you to every one of Twitter” He laughed slightly, his eyes meeting the ground. “If it means anything,” Shawn’s eyes met your briefly, “I thought you sounded wonderful.” He told you. “Wow, thanks, Mr International Sensation, it means a lot” You laughed and you swore you saw a blush rise to his cheeks.

You made a mental note to thank Grace later.

so something (refer to the song he said suits myday) happened with jae recently and ive seen fans trying to defend him by @ing him and saying that they love him which is fine - great even! but what i dont approve is how everyone’s basically forgotten about the whole matter because they had concerts so instead of @-ing him and asking him to explain himself, they tell him what a great concert it was which is also great bc their concerts are honestly amazing. basically my pet peeve is when ppl dismiss the problematic action of some people just bc they like them.

another thing is that there were some fans who started guilting others for wanting to drop day6 completely because of what jae did and in my opinion i think it is totally cool to want to drop a group if they did smth bad like??? its ur life???? u can choose who you want to like. what is not cool is pulling out all the good things the person has ever done in their entire life and try to remind others about the positive sides of the person. yes. they’re an encouraging person, etc. but that does not cancel out the bad things they’ve done until they explain/apologise. what is infuriating is just the manner some people took it?? they literally went ahead and tweeted shit like “would your parents drop you if you did smth wrong?” and “you’re seriously gonna drop someone whos been nothing been nice because of one incident?” yes. people will and you dont have any fucking right to stop them? so dont go pulling out receipts.

another thing. its also okay to want to stan the whole group even if someone has done smth problematic. like? to me youre cool if youre able to see and acknowledge the bad shit someone has done and still stand by their side while educating them at the same time its nice to have faith in your idols. however, i wont say much when your idols dont respond and/or respond in a way that shows absolutely no remorse. its cool if you want to support them too, despite that.

tldr; dont fucking excuse someone’s behaviour/action just because youre so far up their fucking ass. dont pull out shit from before either, be it good or bad. and lastly, its okay to want to drop/continue supporting them, its your life.

brand new- soco amaretto lime. Youth! I don't know, it makes my heart swell a little, the lyrics could almost be a happy song, we’re young and it reminds me of walking in the dark when I'm tipsy after a party The front bottoms- the plan. its a nice little fuck you society song that its easy to jump around in your room to, also weirdly inspirational the world is a beautiful place and I am no longer afraid to die- Wendover. a good song, a bit Sad John lennon- imagine because you know, I'm That champaign socialist. but this was also the first song I learnt on the guitar (also the green day cover version bc that one makes me wanna start a revolution) vampire weekend- unbelievers - its fun And makes me think about god and shit 2. favourite bit of theatre you’ve seen/read/heard

3. if you could get any job, no questions asked, no qualifications needed, what would you chose?

ah I don't know, you mean right now at this point in my life or in the future. I guess I feel like if I couldn't deal with the questions and qualifications side of a job I wouldn't be ready to actually.... do it. idk, I guess id love to go into research. 4. someone you want to talk to again? i never want to talk to anyone lol. idk a few months ago i had a rather difficult conversation with one of my friends and we’ve grown apart since and i think I'm almost at the stage where ill want to reach out and talk to them again. but idk, if i want to talk to someone i message them, and i have a tendency to... not want to push reaching out again to people i used to be close to- the memories are there. when i was in yr 9 i remember wanting that friendship group to meet up again at the end of yr 13 to see how we’d all done but now I'm here i don't feel that desire at all really. 5. something good that happened recently!

yeah I like this book! ive only read three of the stories but they've been good so far, I'm keeping the rest for uni bc I find it better to read short stories than novels when I'm busy.

i actually wrote half of the answers to these questions yesterday including the above one and i thought id check out the book beside me today which is my Sylvia Plath journals. it begins ‘july 1950- i may never be happy, but tonight i am content’ and i thought that was worth writing here. i tried to read all the jounals a number of years ago but gave up half way. putting aside the weirdness of reading someone’s diary, its an incredible read. she was fascinating. 7. do you believe in a higher power or a God?

no. Well, sometimes but not really. I am fully ready to accept the possibility that there is a God, I'm a bit of a classic agnostic in that I think its absurd to think anyone can Know either way. And sometimes I do rather fall back on the idea, and I Do have an affiliation with the Christian god. But in terms of true belief, in terms of faith, no. 8. a choice you wish you could have done differently

I don't have any specific regrets, there are some things ive done or said at various points (or not done or said) where life would be better if I had acted differently. But I’ve recently succumbed to the belief that the way we act is the only way we could have acted. I’ve acted the way I thought best at the time at any given point. I also think ive learned from every mistake ive made, if I avoided making it at one point I'm sure I would have made it again later. and I'm happy with where I am right now, its my choices that lead me here.

9. what brought you to tumblr in the beginning?

idk, i looked on my old blog and my first post was a reblog of that tyler josep tweet telling people to stay alive or smth. i was emo and sad and questioning my sexuality and from what i heard tumblr was the best place for being all of those things 10. somewhere you’ve never been and want to see?

Up to a month ago I would have said Florence but ive been there now :’) so next on my holiday pining list is probably st pertersburg, might take a few years.

11. what are you most proud of?

how far ive come in the last 2 years in terms of my self confidence. less abstractly, i independently researched and wrote an essay and presentation last year on art history and art theory and i put a lot of effort in and it was good

Those feelings are perfectly valid. It doesn't make you petty just because you still feel this way while some have moved on; people feel and deal with things differently. I don't know how you feel about these feelings of yours, but try not to beat yourself about it. Hopefully he'll apologize if he gets the chance. If he doesn't, I hope these feelings leave eventually.

For the Jae situation (if you’re talking about the song) I think it’s unfortunate that the song he recommended has such problematic lyrics. My stomach was twisting the whole time I was reading them and to know that he thought it was appropriate to recommend it didn’t make that it any better. I try my best not to blindly love bands or idols but a part of me thought that he was going to apologize. It’s been almost a week but I don’t think I’ve seen anything yet. This has me feeling torn at this (1)

point. This might be biased but I suggest having a bit of faith in him perhaps? Based on his personality (from what we can see anyway) I feel like he wouldn’t leave a topic like this untouched on purpose, especially if he knew that my days were upset about it. I understand that it can be unsettling to have one of your favorite people do something that rubs you the wrong way without any closure to disappate those negative feelings. Even if you do continue to feel badly towards him, know that (2)

okay update its been a day and i havent really thought about this but im kinda conflicted now bc jae still hasnt talked about the song and im probably just making a big deal out of smth that will never happen again but it really doesnt sit right with me knowing that jae recommended that song to his fans and said it suited mydays?? bc looking at the lyrics… i SURE hope not… idk i have neither forgiven or forgotten but he’s okay now.? i cant stay mad at someone for that long anyway ill never forgive him 4 it though lmao petty ppl only

jae’s still an amazing person to me with all the encouraging words he says to mydays but this one incident is just soOOOOO hrm

ive already said this but thank you so much for coming to my ask to talk (? though its mostly to reassure) about this with me because on twitter where i follow more mydays, i barely saw anyone talking about it and as i mentioned above it really bothered me :-/ everyone has different ways of responding to it so ill let that slide because there may be people who still want to enjoy day6′s music without having to deal with anythng “problematic” idk i cant speak for those fans who keep quiet about it but this isnt about other mydays its about jae and

the fact that he’s been active on twitter since the release of the november magazine but has yet to speak about it also bothers me and its not smth i can just brush aside because like you said the lyrics are fucking terrible and has upset at least 2 people??? (which is completely understandable, the lyrics are trash along with the artist but i doubt jae knows about the shit the artist has done) from what i managed to catch on twitter idk about others and i posted a message on fans here because he has said that they do check fans so im hoping he ends up seeing it soon assuming he doesnt know about how the song distresses some mydays (i think most people have stopped @ing him about it at this point) and ill try to keep tweeting him??

i check the jae_day6 tweets and there are barely any tweets about the whole thing which is sad :-( so im just giving him as you said, the benefit of doubt and i believe that once jae finds out he’ll speak about it because jae is still the kind, encouraging person to mydays and i dont want something like this to change my opinion of him although it did eventually since i cant look jae (and pictures of him) the same way :-/ it probably has to do with the fact that i get influenced really easily by what others think?? and this time bc of what i think i ended up reacting negatively/not at all to jae things and i mean it sucks??? but i know that its okay to feel the way i do since we havent gotten any sort of explanation whatsoever

anon i hope youre doing much better and even if you harbour any negative feelings towards jae too i want you to know that it’s really alright to feel that way like you said!!!! it makes me a feel a bit better that i have done my part to try and get jae to notice the mistake he’s made and i just hope he’ll talk about it eventually because he has so many opportunities to apologize/discuss the matter (vlive, twitter, fans) theres also music access which i will try and tune in to next monday so i can leave a comment (id feel bad for bernard though since hes the main dj)
