Our Story Masterlist Summary: YN and Harry's reaction to Lottie and Lewis getting engaged.

Based on this request

YN was four when her little sister Lottie was born. She can remember their Dad taking her and Louis to the hospital to see their Mum after she had given birth. Lottie was wearing a white onesie and hat on her small head as their Mum cuddled her in her arms.

The two girls were typical sisters growing up. They argued like crazy but loved each other deeply. They had been each others support through the good and bad times. They truly had an amazing bond.

YN’s had the pleasure of watching her little sister become a Mum to her beautiful baby boy, and like everyone else could see that since Lucky was born, Lottie’s smile has only grown bigger. Her light had been turned back on.

From Lottie and Lewis’ instagram story’s that morning, YN knew Lewis had surprised Lottie with a weekend trip to Paris. How romantic! She wished the little family a fun weekend and didn’t give it a second thought.

YN and Harry lived a wild life and were tucked up in bed on a Friday night, Teddy cuddled at the bottom, with Friends playing on the tv. It wasn’t unusual for one of YN’s siblings to FaceTime her so when Lottie’s name popped up on her phone, neither YN or Harry were shocked.

Accepting the call and holding her phone in front of her, YN spoke “Hey Lotts!”.

Lottie didn’t say any words, but her face wore a beaming smile that made her cheeks hurt and she held her left hand up, to display the new diamond that sat on her finger.

The sparkle of the diamond shocked YN and an excited scream left her mouth as she sat up from the position. “AHHH!…ARE YOU FOOKIN’ SERIOUS?!”.

Lottie nodded with just as much excitement. “I’m getting married”.

“Aww Lotts…I’m so happy for you…congratulations babe”.

Harry managed to interrupt to congratulate the couple. “Congratulations Lottie…tell Lewis I said congratulations too”.

“Thanks Harry”.

After saying goodbye to Lottie and blowing a kiss to Lucky through the phone and wishing them an amazing weekend of celebrations, YN began to feel so emotional.

Noticing the change, Harry grabbed her hand with his. “Hey..what’s wrong baby?”.

“I’m just so happy for them…Lottie deserves so much happiness”. Tears began to roll down her cheeks.

“I’m starting to get worried at how quickly your emotions are changing lately”. Harry attempted to make a joke, at how he had noticed YN was more emotional than normal lately.

For the rest of the evening, YN stayed cuddled up to Harry’s chest as she watched Lottie’s engagement video on repeat with tears running down her cheeks and onto Harry’s skin. However, Harry couldn’t help but think there was something more to why YN was extra emotional.

she’s halfway through her first joint when the door suddenly opens and she jerks up from where she was leaning on the mirror. she immediately goes to stub it out on the bottom of her shoe before she gets caught by the home owner and they get upset, but he stops her and asks if he can hit it. she teases him and asks, “hit what?” but then passes it to him and relaxes back into the counter as he shuts the door. he hits it then apologizes for interrupting her and offers to leave, suddenly self conscious over intruding on her smoke out. she shakes her head and shrugs, “i just wanted to get away from the crowd, you’re fine.” he nods and they pass the joint back and forth in silence until she asks why he’s at the party, and he starts laughing and is like, “my friend told me to come, but i haven’t seen him since i got here.” she launches off into a tale about how her friend dragged her out and then ditched her when he went looking for someone, and then she lets his name slip and he starts laughing again, saying that’s his friend he came to meet, and then they’re both laughing over their idiot friend. they start sharing stories as she sparks up a second joint, and they realize they almost met a dozen times through mutual friends, mostly lando when he invites both of them out. one would have started telling a story and the other finished it, both having witnessed lando's idiocy without knowing the other was also at the party.

by the time they're on the third joint, they've moved on from lando and to each other. she's telling him about her studies when he suddenly pulls the joint from his lips and asks if he can kiss her. the question stuns her, and she momentarily forgets to respond before she blinks at him and says, "please do. can i hit that first?" he grins and shoots her a wink before he takes a hit from the joint and steps between her legs. he rests his hand with her joint on her thigh and leans in, ghosting his lips over hers and she immediately parts her lips and sucks in the smoke he lets curl out of his lips.

the joint extinguishes itself as they make out, he notices when he pulls back for air and she tries to take the joint and hit it, and lets out a disappointed whine when she realizes it’s gone out. she pulls him in for another kiss even though they’re both breathless, to make up for it.

can so see them aimlessly making out between joints until lando finds them, and he’s like “holy shit i’ve literally looked everywhere in this house for both of you and you’re hiding away together? unfair. i wanted to introduce you guys.”

Yay, I’ve finished my second Mass Effect: Andromeda playthrough, this time romancing Peebee! I was just going to do the - ahem - Zero-G no strings option and quit there but it turned out that the save point I jumped in at was literally right at that part so I decided to keep on playing, just to do more of the flirting etc. Then I got to the scene where we - AHEM - locked in the romance and that was so near to the end of the game by that point that I decided to finish it so I could get to the movie night, because that was something I loved in my initial playthrough with Jaal!

I really think they should’ve let Lexi (the blue Asari lady on the right for those who don’t know 😉) sit next to Drack (the big Krogan fella on the left). Nobody’s ever going to convince me that she’s not at least a little bit sweet on him, d’aww. 😉

Sadly, you don’t get your honey with you during movie night when you romance Reyes but I guess that much sexy sitting on a sofa would’ve caused a spontaneous combustion! 😇😉

D’aww, and here’s Sara and Peebee! And Vetra behind them on the left who seems to be napping, like Cora is on the right, lol! Well, the crew of the Tempest had a hard day, after all. They don’t need a nap, they need a full-on good night’s sleep! 😴😇😉

Now, for my next trick... I want to do a playthrough with Sara and Vetra before I switch over to Scott. I haven’t gotten into modding so all of my Sara’s looks are basically just changing the color and style of her outfit, though I did think to give her a different hairstyle with Peebee. I honestly love her look with Reyes, I think the outfit and red and black coloring really suit her! 💖 (My Sara x Reyes vid ‘cause I really love them a lot, your honor 😉)

I’m not sure if I’ll keep her hair red (I really do like the red hair, though, so I’ll probably just try for a different style) and then may do a different color variation on the red and black outfit. I want her to be all spiffy for our best Turian girl, after all! 😇😇😇

For Scott, I actually like the default look for him, so am not planning on changing his face like I did with Sara. The Sara default face is one of those that can look nice from one angle, then a little weird from another, so I went with preset 5 or 6, can’t remember which at the moment, (edit: I went back and looked and that is NOT preset 5 or 6, I’m not actually sure which preset she is, oops) and made some minor makeup changes between all 3 romances.

Scott and Sara’s default looks. Annnnnd now I feel bad for dissing her default look. Okay, new plan: I’ll do a playthrough in her default look once I’m done with my Vetra romance. I wanted at least one more playthrough to romance Suvi, so... here’s my chance! *pats default!Sara*

Anyway, Scott is definitely going to romance Cora first for his full playthrough, then we’ll back up and switch to Gil because holy moly, I really ended up caring about Gil and I’d love to see how it’s going to work out with Gil having a baby with his friend Jill once he’s in a relationship with Scott! 🤔 Scott also needs to romance Avela because, as I love to remind y’all...

I know it’s just a tiny little quasi-romance but it’s KATE KENNEDY and if I can romance Kate frickin’ Kennedy in a video game, then, by Jove, step back and watch me get my romance on, yeahhhhhhh mannnnnnn!

(I feel like Vannak is representing every single person reading this right now... 😮😂😂😂)

This playthrough took me about 60 hours instead of 120 like the first one because I dropped several of the side quests this time. I also knew to place the forward stations right away so you can fast travel and such. I honestly think I can cut the time in a half again just because I have a better idea of which quests you need to do and which you don’t. I’m still really loving the game, even more as I get more comfortable with everything.

Ahhh yeah, look at how comfortable Sara is with her Pathfinder duties now! 😂😂😂

What I Love About Iruma

When Azz picked a fight with Iru and almost injured himself AND Eiko, Iru saved him. HIS BULLY. HE SAVED THE GUY WHO PICKED A FIGHT WITH HIM.

Azz then committed allegiance as a bodyguard/servant type deal, and treats him like a king -- but Iru hasn't once used that to his advantage (only for moments when he wants to save other demons). He's never let it go to his head, and has never even thought of Azz as his "help" only his "friend"

When he met Clara -- the "weird" girl who was only ever taken advantage of -- he still chose to play with her, even though it tuckered him out

When Clara offered snacks and anything else Iruma could ever imagine, he felt guilty, and refused them, and told Clara he only wanted to play with her 🥺

Sullivan spoils Iru beyond compare, and yet he's still such a good, humble, and grateful boy

His smile is the cutest most genuine ray of light, and I never want it taken from him

He has a giant appetite, and for some reason, I find it super comedic, and SUPER PRECIOUS NGHGGGGGGGGHHH 🥺🥺🥺

He's also oblivious to the fact that Azz, Clara, Keroli, Ameri, and Eiko are all in love with him 😆

He sees the best in everyone -- even Kiriwo -- the demon who tried to explode everyone in the school 🫠

He has the most adorable gestures like... When he was so happy he had a new friend he was smiling from ear to ear twiddling his feet in his bed 😩

He always looks adorable, but when he ties his hair back I can't 😩 so handsome so handsome. His ponytail "slays me" as Azz would say 😆

He has a good attitude about everything

He finds a way to befriend everyone so preciously 🥺🥺🥺

He used to draw shoujo manga 👌🏻

I could keep going on with scenarios that made me love the boy even more, but you can see that they're all along the same lines: ahem, so, in summary, Iruma is a selfless, innocent, benevolent, hard-working, fun-loving, adorable cinnamon roll who deserves EVERYTHING he's receiving in the Netherworld -- even the Demon King's throne -- which we all know, is gonna happen 🙃

What I Love About Yun

Yun grew up in an even worse situation than Iru 🥺☹️😔 no idea what happened to his parents... Maybe they died from starvation? (I have a feeling y'all are gonna tell me what happened to them in the comments lol). Anyways, this poor baby had to fend for himself in a starving town with anyone ready to shank anyone. This baby had to toughen up and try to be able to shank people himself just so he could find any means in helping him survive ☹️😔 but when that moment came and Ik-su showed and he knocked him out, and he had nothing, he could have left him to die, but baby Yun treated all his wounds AND didn't want him to find out?!?! Guys. We see Yun's TRUE nature right there. He loves and cares for all, but tries to play tough and act like he doesn't gahhhhhhhh. That's what I love and admire most about him

His cockiness cracks me up. CRACKS ME UP. idk why 🤷🏼‍♀️

I just find it absolutely adorable that Yun had this fascination and love for books from a young age, and was determined to find all the books, and gain all the knowledge to be able to do anything he set his mind to. And when Ik-su found him a bunch of books -- he did just that 🥰

Yun is just absolutely amazing -- yes the dragons have their powers, and for some reason Hak is inhumanly strong and fast 🤣🤣🤣 but Yun can do LITERALLY EVERYTHING ELSE the others can't. THAT'S A LOT.

I find it insanely attractive that a boy is confident in his "pretty" side, and that he can cook and clean, you know? Stereotypical girl stuff. But he OWNS IT. YUS.

The feather in his hair 👌🏻 yes please. Yes.

His blushes 👌🏻

I LOVED WHEN YONA CAME BACK FROM THE SENJOU HERB TEST AND HE WAS THE FIRST TO RUN AND HUG HER HE WAS SO FLIPPING WORRIED. YUN WORRIES AND LOVES HARD.

I love that even though he's always said he wanted to travel, he chose to stay in the middle of nowhere to take care of Ik-su -- his best friend and parental figure

Yun sees his own faults, and tries to better himself

I love that he's constantly trying to figure out life's mysteries and how things work. He's constantly trying to gain new knowledge. Asking others to teach him how to do things.

I love how he can do something once someone has taught him -- perfectly ☺️

I love how he's the youngest in the group, but the most sensible and mature mhmm

It's humane to feel pain. Pain shall come your way, take it. All of it. But just don't let it eat you alive. Don't lose touch from what's left because of what left you this way. If you've been abandoned, it doesn't mean that you're left hollow there, not knowing what to do. Life has to go on and you've gotta understand that being alone isn't the end of the world. Do not lose your shine because of the rust someone left on you.

Remember, you never have to be an option for anyone. Frickin' anyone. Because how much ever it hurts to be alone, it's nothing in comparison to feeling alone even when surrounded.

Be conscious of who you let in your radius. Stay away from people who are too engrossed in themselves to think about others or dismiss your problems as unimportant. Toxicity is better avoided than dealt with. (kinda hard if it lies in your parents, though)

Never stay when you know you should leave. Do not justify every goddamn wrong thing a person does. They are loved, doesn't mean they are worthy, though.(I used think that all people are mostly good. Wrong. Some people just suck, assholes they are.)

Do the right thing, even if it hurts. Even if it feels excruciatingly painful. For the nonce. But saves you a hella lot of pain later.

I don't, for a second, say that pain is easy. It feels as if every ounce of you is being compressed and being sucked out of its life. All at once. It isn't easy. Physical pain looks alluring then, but Don't. I can never imagine the excruciating pain one goes through which makes them succumb to death. Never looking back to stop for anything.

Anything.

We may not fathom the power that time has in possession, but time does heal.

To forgive? We might not be up for it. Although, time does make the stack of misery less easier to access and the memories less painful. Things may or may not be alright in the near future but you sure as hell will be.

You're gonna be just fine.

Find a passion, preferably which isn't alive (kidding, not kidding). Listen to uplifting music (for heaven sake, the one which does NOT remind you of your ex-partner's padosi ka doggy, smh).

And ahhh frickin' involve yourself in physical exercise, cause nothing feels better than a good body of your own.

Ahhh, I have such conflicted feelings about TLOU2. 😩 There are things I love about it! And there are things I…emphatically do not love lol.

Putting this under the cut because I don’t want to spoil anyone who hasn’t played. This is your warning that major spoilers are ahead!

The things I love:

Game design and mechanics - simply so stinking good. The graphics are incredible, obviously but the damn mechanics are just…fun. Like, yeah, the rope mechanics were cool, but even more I loved how expansive they made the world by the ability to break glass and squeeze through cracks — and all the implications of those choices during gameplay. The first time I was hiding under a bed or something and an enemy yanked me out? Blew my mind (and scared the shit out of me).

Likewise, how frickin realistic the game’s Seattle felt sometimes. There was one point during the game when I was wandering around (near the first Scar attack in the park) and I was like “I’ve been here before. I KNOW I’ve been here before.” And after a little I realized I was wandering around post-apocalyptic Pioneer Square. Bananas.

Accessibility - I’m really interested in this stuff so maybe this seems random, but the accessibility features on TLOU2 are next level. I think they won awards for it too? Just an incredible feature that I hope more games adopt and that Naughty Dog continues to improve.

The new characters. Dina, my beloved. Jesse, love of my life. sweet angel Yara. 🥺 And personally, I liked Abby and thought the relationship between her and Lev was one of the strongest parts of the game.

Getting to see how different communities reacted to the outbreak. Really interesting world-building stuff.

Gays

Things I like significantly less:

The plot — okay, I do give them credit for not taking the easy way out. They could’ve just cranked out a basic story and people would’ve eaten it up, but instead they decided to try something daring, alienating a huge portion of their fan base. Props for that! Narratively, the structure was really interesting! As previously stated I liked the Abby stuff! I didn’t even hate that Joel died. What I didn’t like was what they did to Ellie. It was just…..miserable. I get that that was the point, and they had their whole Vengeance Bad! theme, but like…idk a lot of the time it felt to me that the characters were in service to the theme rather than the other way around. Like, the Vengeance Bad! narrative at times felt so on the nose as to be annoying. Like at one point in a throwaway bit of (optional) dialogue Abby talks to another Wolf about reading the Count of Monte Cristo. That’s not an Easter egg, that’s beating your audience over the head with your theme. We get it!!! Vengeance is bad!!!!

And I’m sorry I just didn’t think a lot Ellie’s choices made sense. I couldn’t understand why we (we being me and Ellie) were doing any of this. Why we would risk Dina, why we would leave Dina. Ellie whose biggest fear was ending up alone, essentially choosing to end up alone.

And yeah okay! I get it, we make bad choices for ourselves, the self-defeating cycle of trauma, revenge, etc but like

Look I love gritty depressing stories, I do. But I need just a touch of hope in them. Even if that hope is an entirely destructive love, like in the first game. Joel’s hope was Ellie. Abby got that hope in Lev. What did Ellie get?

Ooooooo my main p/razr head canon is they only get together because of Purple. That's in all three variations.

Maybe Purple's jealous Red's attention is on Zim instead of him and ends up accidentally pushing them together.

Maybe Purple sees how much Red loathes Zim and it makes question his own feelings about the defect he's known since they were in an education plug. Then it clicks and he gets super pissed at himself. But being as indulgent as he is, he has to pursue this.

Other headcanons Purple is the romantic. Red has to clean up all the messes and has the worst luck out the three with the calamities that follow in Zim's tracks. Zim gets more self conscious about his height when around them for prolonged periods of time, but refuses to open up about it. Hell he doesn't really open up out anything, but the Tallest being kinda shitty partners don't really realize when Zim is upset. Zim however is very attentive to their moods, doesn't necessarily do the right things, honestly more likely to do the wrong things, but can definitely tell what's up with them.

That's about all the writing my groggy brain can handle right now and this is probably rambly, but I'd love to hear about your own.

Aaaaaa I love these headcanons! Purple being the one who gets them together? I never thought of that but it's sounds frickin intriguing I like it 👀 Jealous Purple is so funny I can just hear him go "if you hate him so much why don't you marry him >:T" because he didn't receive sufficient attention when he wanted it. Lmao. But Purple questioning why they hate Zim so much is YUMMY I love some introspection!!

Hahaha yess to Red dealing with the biggest consequences, bad luck bastard. And Zim (all of them really) being emotionally constipated. Love that. All of them would rather blow something up than talk about their feelings and I can relate to that. The Tallest being bad at paying attention to how Zim feels seems so right. They're so privileged and they've never had to worry about hurting anyone's feelings before.

"THE" MOMENT

Anyways, to kill the tension while we wait, I remember the first time I went like "WaiT A MiNuTE" when a super obvious Ryuumo moment happened that made me go all hyperventilating and fascinated with them.

Funny enough, it was with this scene.

The moment I saw this I went "Wait, wait, wait, wait, WHAT?!" This cute shit? This fricking love declaration right in front of my frickin salad?!?!?! I was like when, how, what?? I-

I really stopped reading that moment and went back every chapter to look at every single interaction they had and I was omy, they really had a whole relationship development and I didn't even notice?!??

When I read a manga, is mainly for the plot, but I stay for the ships ghssdjhdsjh. I mean ._.

Not really jaja, of course I keep reading for the plot but that is something I have been aware and submerged since day one so is not something that keeps me connected and giving me dopamine almost every minute of my day. Compared to when I analyze my favorite character(s) or my fav ship.

When I saw this scene, I really went "Excuse me, this is a whole a$$ declaration of love", IDC what everyone, including Shima. Shima gave me the irks everytime he made or said something to Izumo, she always looked so done with him AND, funnily enough, Ryuuji was always close to him to stop him or tell him to calm down. I have a whole post planned to show all those moments but I gotta get the panels ready first.

Either way, when I read this scene I was surprised to see such an obvious display of ejem, romantic interest, IN A SHONEN MANGA.

I read it a whileeeee ago tho, when I was still a smol bean and my knowledge with manga genres was a bit lacking.

Now I'm a bit more familiar with the whole thing and have been able to read and look for the hints for romantic interest/development on at least my favorite mangas. BUT STILL, this was one of the cutests things I have ever seen and since this moment onwards they became my OTP on this manga, even way above rinshi sorry T.T, Ryuumo is one of the best pairings with character development I have seen in shonen manga and I really need to make another post dedicated to why I like them so much.

bday anon back with more shenanigans headcanons bc sof’s ferris wheel post and delete gave me buzz!! 🧁

ok so i could totally imagine that the whole gang are released for thanksgiving break and this time miss jenn decides not to give them an assignment like last year but instead encourages them to get out and have some fun (because best believe she will be working them hard when they return from break lol) and there’s this local Autumn Fest so the gang decide to meet up on its opening night to hang. and like imagine they’re still kinda secret dating so they end up wearing coordinating outfits but play it off to the gang as a wacky coincidence. by this point they seem super sus but everyone keeps quiet when they act up, instead sharing comical looks (ahem WDYKAL callback) and there’s montages of them all playing fair games together like cornucopia hole (hehe see what I did there) and that stupid strength game trying to get the turkey to hit the top bell and whack a pilgrim 😭 . and imagine there’s a bobbing for apples game in which the gang loudly cheers on our favorite himbo Ricky and he frickin wins and he’s excited so we get a callback to the 306 celebratory hug ahhh!!! and ofc Ricky and Gina hug a little too long for “friends” and another hilarious 👀 ensues. the evening continues with them all doing various rounds of photobooth photos and Gina sneakily presses her cheek to Ricky’s for the last group pic and does a peace sign while he cheeses because they could play it off as this silly goofy pose. and we get to see the gang walking together (the girls ahead of the boys) laughing and enjoying fall themed fair food which includes Seb holding up a humongous turkey leg that Ricky hilariously jokes about being dinosaur meat and bless his heart seb would believe him 🥺 and Carlos is like ‘oh honey no its not actu—nevermind eat up’ /fond sigh/) and they all laugh and they’re all munching on different stuff like kettle corn and candy apples and Gina is like ‘I’m gonna get a cotton candy, anyone want anything?’ like the generous queen she is and Ricky offers to come with and they share this look and head off while the gang hangs off to the side by some fame booths having fun and while no one is paying attention, they lock pinkies as they head up to the candy counter. ‘1 cotton candy pls’ Ricky will say and pay for it because he’s a gentleman and loves how Gina’s face lights up when the carney hands it to her. And she holds the fluffy orange confection next to Ricky’s face and laughs ‘it looks like your hair’ and rips a piece off and Ricky makes sure the gang is still preoccupied before stealing a soft kiss from her, making them both blush and is like ‘We should prob head back now huh?’ and they have to act they weren’t just being the cutest couple for 5 mins. more fun group stuff happens like bumper cars and the water-balloon shooter thing’ which Kourt is surprisingly amazing at and collects like four giant plushies and Gina wins her own little bear, thinking to herself that now Franklin has a little girlfriend too 😭. The night sky settles in and the wind picks up so they agree to call it a night and give each other hugs and wishes to have a nice Thanksgiving and ‘text me! see you next Monday!’ all around. Ricky and Gina and Seb and Carlos hang back and they wait until the rest of the group is out of earshot and off to their separate ways before Carlos is like ‘okay you two, spill it. You’re totally dating aren’t you? My straight-dar is never wrong. Besides you know what” as a S3 callback to them mistakenly thinking Jet and Maddox liked each other lmaoo. And so Ricky and Gina sheepishly nod and then Seblos start squealing in joy for their friends like ‘oh Thank God! I had a reputation to uphold whew!’ And so Gina tells Seb a rundown off what happened over the summer while Carlos pulls his bestie Ricky to the side and is like ‘Bro I’m really happy for you two. I knew you would end up together eventually’ and it’s just really sweet to imagine all the support they would get from their friends :) . They all agree to have one final ride and then head home and ofc their eyes light up at the sight over the towering Ferris wheel(1/?)

Literally WHO, and I mean WHO gave you permission to write this. It is 10 at night. I am going to have to go to bed and all I keep thinking about is stolen kisses with shared cotton candy, bobbing for apples, and a Ferris wheel where gina is talking about a beautiful night and he’s just staring at her saying “yeah it is” with the biggest heart eyes… EVERRRRR???

And of COURSE seblos would be the first to know. And omg can you imagine if CARLOS helped RICKY write a song since ricky did that for him and seb?? 😭 naurrr it’s chew much for me mate. Chew much!!!!

Literally this was 10 out 10 for headcanons and I loved every second of reading it. I totally get coming up with stuff out of nowhere because I found one picture of Sofia and I am pretty sure I wrote an entire rina fic off of it to so I. Get. It.
