Fantastic premise, shit execution, wish we had more episodes to pace things out better✌️😔 Feels like this show needed to be at minimum Gravity Falls length yknow? (at most Steven Universe length maybe)

And I know a lot of people are saying the designs are objectively bad and yeah it does suffer from same body n face syndrome but man. I actually like the designs + style a lot.

Creator's weird af but watching these silly guys finally in motion after damn near a decade is something special :')

The writing itself is okay, when it's mid it's mid but when it's good it's good. But even some moments have me feeling the same type of way I feel about poor jumpscares in a horror movie: just because it got me doesn't mean it wasn't cheap. Definitely saved by the soul of the character personalities and songs which are all BANGERS

Thinking about how if Inki was in a bad mood, Magolor’s not one who kind of. Knows what to do immediately, especially if he sees his usual scheming/pranking won’t help, he would just sit by her and listen. Or just keep company, and might throw a small little joke here and there to get Inki to crack a teeny smile.

Or vice versa, Magolor would normally distance himself when he’s huffy and prefer to keep things to himself, though Inki is quite observant of behavioral changes. She won’t push, but will try to give some small gestures to show she cares, like give him a little sundae she made. He struggles to say it, but he’d be very appreciative and makes a mental note to return the favor one way or another.

Haha yes I really do need to get cracking on official ref sheets again! I really hope to eventually pull that off. The closest to ref sheets currently is the big oc illustrations I’ve been doing, and that’s less pictures with good visual references for drawing and more pictures that tell my ocs stories! I find ref sheets the most hard to do since I get a bit bored with them after awhile since it’s just, character standing there. I also struggle to format them if that makes sense? But if it’s something a lot of people want to see, maybe I should get to work on them!
