Shadows of Starlight #1 spoiler 👉

Despite the fact they made Elzar white (😮‍💨), I really liked the choice of made him bearded in this issue.

We know Elzar is the type of Jedi who seems to take care of his appearance (e.g. he seems to notice that his hair has grown long and untidy in the time he has spent on Ledalu), so it was a very on point details made his beard grown to give us a glimpse of how he is stressed, depressed and busy due to the situation they are. He has no time to take care of himself, to shave, he probably spents most of his time to feel guilty for what happened and find a way to rescue his fellows Jedi behind the Stormwall.

I'm really curious if it was a deliberate choice, and if we'll see more of it in SOS#2.

I know he will probably search for Avar, but I would love to see him working hard to find a way to break the Stormwall. Among the Jedi, he is probably the only one ( with Ram) into technology. We see him almost fixing the Starlight alone; he LITERALLY knows the physics of rain. He is probably the smartest Jedi of his time, so I'm sure he will be one of the keys to breaking the Stormwall.

I have high expectations of him, he had a beautiful character arc in Phase I, and I'm eager to see how his story will end 🥹

This is probably not making any sense, but Build looks exactly like the Pete my mind could never finish drawing after reading the novel, it was so hard for me to project his face in my mind, it was hard to see him , because i felt like no mental image could ever do justice to such a beautiful soul. Build is just as beautiful Pete is. Pete's role was Build's fate. It had to be and no one else but him.
