why do i always have to be overstimulated or understimulated. is it too much to ask to just be stimulated

#i have been in a perpetual state of understimulation for like 2 weeks and i’m going to start tearing things to shreds #definitely doesn’t help that my room is white and barren and empty bc i just moved in the summer and i’m moving again in the spring #and also my house is brand new in the middle of the most hellish suburb and all the houses are like. that midwest ‘modern’ style that is #actual hell. and everything is plain and white and dull and i’m just begging and pleading to move to an older neighborhood next time tbh #i genuinely don’t get how anyone can like a modern suburb like. there are no trees anywhere. everything is flat. the houses look exactly the #same. they’re all packed so close together you can barely fit a lawnmower between them. there are just endless km of repeated houses. like #it’s so genuinely dystopian i hate it here #anyways! that’s done then #adhd #actually adhd #nd #neurodivergent #actually neurodiverse #actually nd #actually neurodivergent #autism #actually autistic #oh also i’m like 90% sure i have autism btw. so that’s fun #100 #500 #1k #2k
