so last night, on a call, i desperately tried to convey how pink diamond’s gradual development toward redemption was literally just the plot of the bee movie & exactly what barry was going through

being; pink/barry initially want to be in higher rankings to their respective communities > manage to get their wish but it doesn’t work out as well as they’d hoped > they ironically both get tangled up with humans; seen as taboos on both ends > eventually stray from their original lives FOR said humans > both undermine the humans to some degree & both temporarily hurt the one human they give the biggest shit about > but then more or less win out in the end & set things right to their respective, now more expanded communities

So. Soo. Rae found a book that should've been in (and was previously in) Vo'lète, that's now in English-

he sure did that. But.

I do want to point out that this isn't (technically) the first time something that should've been in/spoken in vo'lète, wasn't.

At the end of Will's Finale, after the reset, Will and Alerion are on a little hill/mountain, and it goes like this. before they both remember, Alerion goes 'Who are you,' entirely in English, no vo'lète to be seen. And after the remember, the ENTIRE following conversation is had solely in English. It's entirely in English. All of it. Both sides.

Now, at first, and like, up until *right now* I figured it was just so we could like, understand it. but all things considered. I don't think so. I really don't think so.

I love just about every anime characters' laugh. Even the stupid, awkward ones. But there is ONE type if laugh I CAN NOT STAND. It's called the "Ojou-sama" laugh. (OHOHOHOHOHOHO) That laugh gets on my nerves. You guys probably know it. When the girls put their hand next to their face. That's typically the way the laugh goes. GODS, I HATE THAT FUCKING LAUGH.
