would it be more or less of a gutwrench for nosk to have the appearance of a different vessel as opposed to the one you are

#many skins replace nosk's luring sprite with the player's base sprite #and some go the extra mile and redraw nosk's sprites as well #but would it be worse to see a different vessel waiting for you? #i knew about nosket before i got to it because i pretty much spoiled myself on everything godhome related #since i didn't think i could beat p5 anyway. of course i've proved myself wrong many times over on that #but still. seeing hornet waiting there for you and you go up to her and her neck Snaps #but that's hornet. you sort of know her already #so. entirely new vessel. someone you don't know but are aware is probably related to you #and you follow them to a cave and their head cracks and their body contorts #and you look around and there's more bodies #like following yourself is bad enough but ? is it worse to follow your sibling? #i'm thinking about looking into modding (at least for skins) once my finals are over #and i really want to use the greenpath skin #and i wondered about whether it'll still be greenpath vessel when i get to nosk #or if it's going to be ghost's body #anyway i'm just rambling #hollow knight
