so it turns out that what i need from season 3 is for ava to completely lose it

the very incomplete list of ava’s trauma that she did not work through:

1. car accident that killed her mother and left ava orphaned & quadriplegic 2. 12+ years of emotional, verbal & physical abuse 3. literally being murdered for fucks sake 4. being dead and KNOWING FOR SURE THERES NOTHING ON THE OTHER SIDE can u even imagine

lets not even get into the whole halo responsibility, interdimentional travel, suddenly becoming ablebodied, friends dying, friends growing wings, mother figures dying and being resurected, cool unkle figures betraying you etc. etc.

those four trauma points from before The Halo™ are more than enough for her to have a full breakdown, just bawling her eyes out and screaming that shes scared and doesnt want to die again

Had an idea for a palisade scene I want.

I want Brnine to convince Gucci to stay on Palisade. I think Gucci is gonna want to leave (bc explosion, yknow) and Brnine is gonna have a whole speech about how if this revolution is worth doing it is worth getting blown up for. And crucially they are NOT going to think about valence until after. And then they're gonna ignore that thought because if they don't they'll lose it. :)

He'd be terrified to realise that he suddenly loves someone again. But then again, I feel that he went through exactly this kind of thing with Megumi too.

He was still a teenager when he took Megumi in, but after all he grew very fond of him, like the kid's actually his son in some sort. Can you imagine the kind of inner turmoil he must have faced? He must have been terrified, even if Megumi was a child, but he must have been absolutely terrified to let anyone in again.

Hey you know what would be really messed up? A modern AU where Naruto dies young during the “sasuke is being an asshole because of his trauma” stage and never knows that Sasuke loved him too and it took losing Naruto for Sasuke to realize the same thing.

Imagine a scene where Sasuke reaches this realization and breaks down in Itachis arms sobbing because “He didn’t know. He didn’t know I loved him. He didn’t know that I cared. He died thinking I didn’t.”.

Just begging for his big brother to find away to make the pain go away but this is one thing Itachi can’t do and it breaks his heart to accept it.
