notes for fanfic writers from a current metalhead with knowledge about the metal scene in the 80s (my mom was an 80s metalhead):

of course, everyone is free to write eddie however the hell they want! but after reading idk how many fanfics, a lot of them written by people who aren't into metal themselves, i thought i could share a couple of things!

- the fact that eddie deals drugs doesn't automatically mean he uses them. he might smoke a joint every once in a while, but a lot of metalheads just stick to beer and booze.

- i love the mental image of eddie wearing makeup. however, realistically, eddie wouldn't be wearing makeup. not even when performing. the most he would wear is black nail polish, maybe some eyeliner during shows. yes, there's a subgenre of metal where the musicians do wear makeup like eyeshadow and lipstick, however, that is not the type of metal eddie listens to (with the exception of W.A.S.P. who had members who did wear eyeliner)

- eddie would absolutely love a lot of music that isn't necessarily metal, especially 60s and 70s rock, like Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, The Doors, Jimi Hendrix ect. he would absolutely admire David Bowie. and i'll let you guys in on a little secret. a lot of metalheads love the fuck out of ABBA. he might not admit it to his friends (he doesn't want to look uncool), but ABBA is notorious for actually making very technical music, and for using elaborate mixing techniques on their albums. that alone would get eddie to listen to it.

- that being said, there are also definitely bands he would absolutely not listen to. i've seen people mention eddie listening to Guns N' Roses and Mötley Crüe. he wouldn't. eddie listens to heavy metal, trash metal, and the beginnings of black metal. bands like Mötley Crüe are more glam leaning than heavy metal. and 80s metalheads listening to eddie's subgenres of metal wouldn't be caught dead listening to glam metal. i know, it's a weird thing.

- a short list of metalbands that eddie does listen to (both canon and assumptions): Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne, Dio, Iron Maiden, Motörhead, Mercyful Fate, Venom, Saxon, Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, Anthrax, Queensrÿche, W.A.S.P., Judas Priest, Accept. of course there are more bands, but these are just a few i can list from the top of my head!

- and the most important note: eddie is a metalhead, NOT a punker!!! i've seen some writers describe him as punk, or punk rock, or him living in the punk scene. there is a big difference between the two! plus, a lot of metalheads and punkers didn't even like each other that much during the 80s. there was a bit of a musical rivalry.

my 2023 favs

i will focus on books because i don't really listen to music much, when i do lately it's a lot of Mina or some ambient/jazz to study. i also happen to forget about the movies i watch lol. The first book i want to mention is "Le italiane si confessano" by Gabriella Parca, a collection of letters that italian women would -almost always- anonymously send to newspapers in the 50s/60s in hope they'd offer them a solution to their sufferings. It's nothing extraordinary per se (considering it's just an assemblage), but i think it's the rawness with which these letters are presented that impressed me. The author is absent, but her intention is loud. She leaves the readers alone with their own personal and inevitable final considerations. You cannot read this and still think Italy is a sane country. I also loved "Maybe Esther" by Katja Petrowskaja, which i read both in german and italian. Katja was born on my same day and -as stupid as that may sound- i felt connected to her through her writing style straight away. I took that as a sign i would love the book (and i did). She took me with her in her search for her family history. it's an intense work that i couldn't stop reading. i've found in her my same pride in knowing i come from a long secuence of admirable people and just like her i continuously keep track of who and where i come from, without rest. My last mention is "The enlightenment of the greengage tree" by Shokoofeh Azar. I loved the touch of magic realism that immediately made me think of an iranian One hundred years of solitude (intent which the book itself confirms between the lines). I could just connect the dots with my hispanic american literature's knowledge and it was so fascinating. Azar introduced me to persian folklore and gave me a better understanding of Iran's history through the desperation of a family that keeps living after its physical death. She succeeded in letting pages and pages of layered and oblique realities (that i usually cannot stand) be light and pleasurable.

Music history from the 60s-2000s. In terms of what specific period I’ve jumped to at the moment, I’m fixated on mid-late 2000s indie music, twee pop of any era (mid 80s-present tbh), + some of my old favourite scene bands lmao. I’ve been nostalgic for them lately.

Skins UK (yes I know how 2014 and sad of me). I’m a Cassie apologist so leave me alone if you think she sucks lmao. That’s my Blorbina and my adopted little sister who’s currently got a song + a Substack essay series being written about her. In all seriousness though, I find this show to be very misunderstood in general.

This is a very casual one of mine but (in case you can’t tell from what I mostly reblog here) I love fashion! My fashion tastes span the same general group of decades that my music history knowledge does. Much like my current music fixations I’ve been inspired by the late 2000s, but what I actually wear on a day to day basis is never one particular style. I mix and match a lot.

aw man, you're going to expose my musical ignorance!!! 😖💖 i really want to give a thoughtful, nuanced answer to this, but the truth of it is that Mad Mod's stylistic influences and actual relationship to Mod/60s culture are so wild and broad that it's tough to pin down!!!

actual Mods listened to quite a variety of music, ranging from modern jazz, to R&B, to ska, and it seems in quite a short time there became a lot of division on what counted as 'real' Mod music, and what was considered pandering. i invite people who are more knowledgeable on the subject to come in and correct me and/or make suggestions!! here are some potential favourites:

now, given Mad Mod's age (and the assumption that he's part of the original wave of Mods between the 50s and 60s), i wonder how he feels about Mod revival artists, like Paul Weller/The Jam? i believe Paul was quite influential as a Mod style icon, specifically for his suits 👀 Moddy would probably be a fan!! i think my initial interpretation of Mad Mod's character had him as this ultra-traditionalist Mod who probably despised later appropriations of it (like i theorised in my post about his Blue Meanie outfit), but now i'm not so sure...perhaps he's down for all of it, provided it's considered Mod music!! i'm also quite tickled by the idea that he secretly enjoys music from other eras 🙈💖 what's funnier: the idea that he sat through the 80s absolutely seething at how fun the music was...or that he likes to stick on a bit of A-ha or Cyndi Lauper from time to time. pick your poison 😂💖

Monday: 11/7

Enthralment! I spent like an hour or so writing fanfic and it was fun and enjoyable

Deliciousness! I had the Mediterranean food place on campus for lunch and it was good! I even tried falafel for the first time and it was interesting but nonetheless delicious.

walkin around! i walked from the library back to the dorms and on my walk saw people using a vacuum type thing to pick up leaves. it was kind of smart and cool and something i would never have thought of

Tuesday: 11/8

Amelioration! it wasn’t super enjoyable but i did work on my betterment of my math skills by my stats homework. It was kind of hard and confusing but not too difficult.

Wildcard! I got all the assignments that are due by the end of the week done this morning and that felt really nice to check things off the list. And since I didn’t have anything to do this afternoon i got to play the sims for a little bit which is always a plus

Fellowship! Met some new people!!

Wednesday: 11/9

Amelioration! I got myself out of bed and got to my chem lecture at 7:45 even though I didn’t want to and got better at my chem knowledge so sick!

Deliciousness! I tried something new and VERY american: crab Rangoon pizza. And interestingly enough it was delicious?

Wildcard! Music! I got to spend like an hour today reading and also listening to music and it was great. I love being able to spend time with earbuds in playing music as it makes everything feel much more relaxing and not as much. Plus it’s always fun to be able to find pockets of calm in your day for sure.

Walking around! Today was one of the last nice days in a while and I got about 3 miles in of just walking around

Thursday: 11/10

Fellowship! My learning community went to the tearoom today and we had a good ol time with laughter and whatnot.

Deliciousness! I had some focaccia bread today at the tearoom and it was really good. I also had lasagna and I was suprised that I liked it because I HATE lasagna. (It’s a texture thing. I don’t like cottage cheese.) maybe they used ricotta or something idk

Goofing! Seeing people in shorts and a short sleeve shirt being cold because it was like 70°(21C) and humid at like 8am but within the span of a few hours it wasn’t humid, got windy and dropped over 20 degrees and is now 47°(8.3C) but feels like 35°(1.6C) and it’s only getting colder.

Friday: 11/11

Goofing! laughing in class because the professor asked what the caloric content of reduced fat nilla wafers was if it says 60% reduced fat and the regular one has 140 calories and she showed the front of the box where it says 120 calories right on it.

Wildcard! First snow of the year! Not anything more than a flurry

Transcendence! I felt really on top of everything this morning and did some things that I just haven’t been able to do all semester (washing sheets deep cleaning under desk etc)

Reflection:

So all in all I feel that finding at least three of the 9 delights in my day helped make me feel more motivated in doing things and by the end of the week I felt more relaxed and less stressed about the week to come. Most daily lifestyle things are about strengthening your body it seems but this is great for your mind. Even on the days when I felt like shit physically (cramps yay) my focus and drive to get things done was going good, which is interesting because normally my focus is all outta wack during those days as my adhd meds don’t help regulate as well. I’ll definitely continue to stick with finding the 9 delights of the days. However I might change them slightly to fit me more. Like instead of coitus maybe musicality as that’s something that’s more delightful and something I’d see in my day much more than some fuckin.

congrats on making a public inquiry on a line of interest situated in the middle of a venn diagram of like four things i've been thinking about a lot lately, your prize is this ask that is so long that in the time spent writing it and checking info someone less annoying may have directed you to some of it! this is all like easy enough to google but just in case it feels less uuhh to have someone with an approximate knowledge on some things offer you some pointers: here are some pointers

(i AM ALSO a thousands of CD's type of guy, but i've not done any big digital management of them since the last time i was regularly using ipods in the 2000s, n i am kinda Prepping for big digital management around my current standing main hyperfixation (participants of a season of an old korean idol reality competition show, a collection of Too Many Gotdamn People who have made Too Much Gotdamn Music) but i don't actually currently own a lot of the physical media there, so none of this are pointer from like. oh here is a workflow i am using etc, but)

answers to your two questions are 1) file sizes really depend on lots of factors but rule of thumb is that in a collection of 'normal song' mp3 file size averages out to 5-7MB a song, and a 3-4min mp3 file being >10MB is surprising

and 2) re: storage prices, 1TB (~1,000,000MB, so probably ~166,666MB 3min mp3's) in external harddrive will run at about £50 in western digital brands atm (western digital is what i've been occasionally looking at for my data management thing bc i've seen it mentioned specifically as more reliable than seagate, which i have had issues with; anecdotally, my mum's WD elements has lasted her about a year longer than her seagates kick the bucket). prices atm on curry's stack up at £80 for 2TB, £108 for 4TB, £180 for 8TB

refurbished is an option when it's 'rectified' and sold by the company itself; for WD, those prices atm stack up at £30 for 1TB, £35 for 2TB, £55-60 for 4TB (their page for these are https://www.westerndigital.com/en-gb/products/recertified) (i do not know enough about this area and would wanna look up specific reviews on a company's rectifying track record before purchasing myself, so obv do the same)

answers to questions you DID NOT ask but may have later on if you do set out on the CD Digitization Project that i have answered preemptively bc i am ANNOYING:

tagging music with correct info is often the most time-consuming part of this shit, so a tagger is your friend. the musicbrainz database should have a lot of stuff covered, so their tagger picard might well do (https://picard.musicbrainz.org/, also has some good plugins for like formating multi-disc albums etc if you wanna scan through those), but tagscanner (https://www.xdlab.ru/en/index.htm) can also pull from discogs if needed, though you may still need a discogs account + to make an api key do use that

i was like. spike will probably appreciate it if i provided ways in which their dad could still be autistic about music in a digital format, but i'm having a hard time pulling up music players that meet my vision / make it clear if they do re: you can see cd booklet, and also this info seems to not typically be in databases. i'll carry on looking for players in this area bc i ALSO want this, but suggested desktop windows players other than windows media player / grooveshark / vlc (which are all fine, but imo none are the most intuitive for regular heavy listening) are my best friend foobar2000 (https://www.foobar2000.org/, also has a tagger that pulls from musicbrainz and maybe discogs?), musicbee (https://getmusicbee.com/, tagger plugins available), and aimp (https://www.aimp.ru/); deadbeef (https://deadbeef.sourceforge.io/) is created more to get your hands into with the technical stuff, but it's got custom metadata fields. really after you've looked to see if you think your dad would want a particular feature, unless space is a major consideration then it is just well what looks nicest.

file backup! backblaze (https://www.backblaze.com/) allows an external hard drive to be added in an image backup of a machine, which is the only good way to do a (pseudo-)sync backup without paying for cloud subscription or setting up a NAS etc; at $70/year it is obviously A Cost but way less than premium cloud drive subscription, so if it feels useful to know,

if the NAS mention / video at the end of that post wrt turning an old computer or laptop into a media server (so thing that is plugged into a wall that has files on it + a media player --> other computers / phones / etc on the same network (which can be outside the home too) can connect to that player and files) was interesting lmk bc i've also been looking into that a lot mostly as like, storage nerd aspirations, it's just a whole other thing that's irrelevant if you're more interested in just bunging stuff on an external drive (i've send this as an ask with the intent for you to keep it On File, so sent me another or a dm to lmk!)

When and what was your first exposure to Elvis Presley?

Honestly can't remember but it would have been sometime when I was a little kid. I love music and my tastes cover multiple decades and genres. My mom introduced me to music at a very young age. I jokingly say that while other kids were watching Sesame Street I was watching music videos and listening to records. But my love of music originally comes from my mom introducing me to rock music from the 50s, 60s, and 70s. So Elvis was mixed in there with all the other artists she loved.

And what was your first impression?

I loved how powerful his voice was, I remember being very impressed with his vocals.

Oh, it's hard to pick a favorite because there were so many things that were just phenomenal about the movie. It was amazingly well done. But if I *had* to pick a favorite, I would say scene by the elevator in the parking garage. That scene absolutely ripped my heart out and stomped on it but that's because it was so well directed and acted. I honestly think that's the clip they should show at the Oscars for Austin's nomination. Because if he's not nominated I will fight someone.

Well, I am an athlete, I'm a runner and I box/kickbox and do functional strength training so I might have a chance to at least hold my own for a decent amount of time. He obviously is taller/heavier than I am, but size isn't the only important thing in a fight. Speed and ability to dodge and slip are also important factors. So I'm going to go with I'd be able to put up a good fight but he'd probably end up kicking my butt in the end.

If you could meet Elvis and have enough composure to tell him something, what would it be?

I'd tell him that he had such a lasting impression on music and pop culture in general and that he is so loved even all these decades after his death and will continue to be loved going forward. Basically I'd tell him that he will never, ever be forgotten.

Ah, I think it was E, because I remember my first thoughts being "Ok this movie was honestly way better than I thought it was going to be. I'm impressed, well done Baz." And then as I processed what I had just watched it started to hit me how amazing of a movie it was and I got emotional at that point. I had a D reaction during the second viewing.

And we won't talk about how many times I've watched it total. I finally had to buy myself a copy because HBOMax was going to get tired of my ass and eventually and cut me off. And I don't want to get cut off, I need HBOMax for other things.

Every Record I Own - Day 756: Okuté s/t

This is an album highlight of 2021.

There are still so many great albums from 2021 that I’d love to talk about here, but I also feel like great music deserves great writing, and great music writing typically requires a bit of a gestation period. I figured by doing my End of the Year round-up six months into the next year, all these albums would further ferment in my mind and I’d have even more potent thoughts to share about them. 

For example, I’d love to have something more in-depth to say about the debut album by Cuban music collective Okuté. A friend of mine suggested their album towards the end of last summer and I immediately snagged a copy, hoping to wrangle as much enjoyment out of it as I could during the season’s final throes of hot weather. 

I am by no means an expert on Cuban music. I don’t know the difference between rumba and son Cubano. Okuté also pride themselves on referencing Arará, Abakua and Lucumi religious music in their sound. I don’t know what any of that means. But what I do know is that the album sounds like a wild street party on a hot, humid night back in the ‘60s, and that energy is contagious.

There are no modern flourishes here. The dense polyrhythms are all played by live drummers. The guitar sounds like it could use a tune-up. The shouted vocal harmonies are a little pitchy. The tape machine compresses the full-throated voices to a point of slight distortion. In fact, everything sounds like it’s pushed into the red on the mix, giving the album the feel of a band playing at a volume to be heard above the din of the dance floor. It’s a record where it sounds like the performers were dancing and sweating while tracking it. 

On one hand, I feel like a cultural tourist listening to Okuté because it’s so far outside of my usual listening habits. On the other hand, the songs and energy are so undeniable that it doesn’t require any background knowledge or context. So maybe it’s better to not have a lot to say about Okuté. Maybe it’s better to just throw it on the stereo, turn it up loud, pour a boozy beverage, and dance around the living room.

and thank you for the compliments on my blog omg those made my day, the truth is i'm a perfectionist and a big control freak in some areas and then just a mess in others (you should see my room rn... lol). but my biggest wish with this blog is to provide a little interactive lookbook of my favourite artists' career so that hopefully someone finds something new or has easier access to their history <3

for the question about fashion, i started out as a lover of mod and hippie fashion as well! then my taste expanded to other decades and styles, until i finally found my home again in the sixties and seventies. i find these two decades' style to be very "experimental", for lack of a better word, and just a lot more fun than other decades! i also like how it reflects young people's political ideals and beliefs at the time of its conceiving because i find those to still ring true in this day and age.

now my style is mostly inspired by jimmy page, david bowie and brian jones. i particularly enjoy taking inspiration from jimmy because his 70s style was not only inspired by contemporary fashion, but was a mix of many different hidden inspirations and interests of his, dating back to the mid 1800s, up to the then present day. he's always been quite the mysterious, captivating guy, tempted by the unknown, fascinated by all sorts of esoteric arts, forever passionate about mysticism.

fashion was one of the very few ways you could - even if never entirely - almost read him, read his mind, get even just a slight glimpse of his alluring, untold secrets.

and since me and jimmy share a lot of the same interests, when i first found him i knew i wanted to be like him and look like him... so now a good part of my wardrobe is inspired by him.

as for david bowie... he was one of the greatest fashion innovators of his generation. while not having created the glam rock genre altogether - he had always considered himself as a "sponge", meaning he could quickly pick up a specific quality from someone he was inspired by and make it part of his own character and artistic persona - he was responsible for widely spreading that type of music among young people and revolutionising early 1970's fashion. his colorful, provocative outfits, both ideologically and sexually, and irresistible swagger are still extremely revolutionary through the eyes of a young person who turns to rebellion as a way of surviving mundane, monotonous life - such as me.

(other glam rock fashion icons i find myself inspired by as of lately are the entire sweet band, marc bolan and todd rundgren!)

and lastly, brian jones. him and jimi hendrix, together the most outrageous-looking hippies of all rock and roll, have made quite an impression on me ever since i started getting into 60s music. their bold, dandy-looking clothing choices reveal them as firm believers in the left-leaning youth movements of their time while also highlighting and uplifting individual taste, simply making them look like charisma from head to feet.

i could go on forever talking about all my style icons and inspirations but it's better if i stop rambling now haha, thanks for the question santa! talk to you soon :')

But those questions were so exciting so I let myself get carried away. Thanks for asking! And I hope this is what you meant by the questions.

Top five pieces of clothing!

My ripped 501. My stepmother gave it to me when I was in high school because she didn't wear it anymore, too small and holes around the ankles. She got it when she was in high school herself so it should be just a bit older than me, maybe 25 years old? It was my first good pair of jeans even though they were already a bit worn out. Time (and maybe not-so-legal high-school shenanigans) tore holes at the knees that now go seamline to seamline, below the back pockets and at the crotch. I wear them with boxers because you can see the bottom of my butt when I bend down and my crotch when I sit cross-legged, don't know how long they'll last but I won't stop wearing them until they're just tired threads. Plus, in 2018 I found a jean jacket (1€) that perfectly matches them and cropped it so it looks like an ensemble.

My control birefs+bralette Impromptu ensemble. It was my mom's and when I stumbled upon it (yes I go through her clothes a lot) she told me she didn't wear it anymore, hadn't in at least a decade. Considering she didn't wear bras before maternity, the size and the fact she started wearing different types of bras when she started working again, I'll date it around 1997/1998 or 2001-2003 (couldn't find out much about the brand but I did find a brand with that name that was in business between 2002 and 2012, so, maybe this one?). So now I wear it. And I do my best to make it visible.

My pink slip dress. I found it in the trash and yes, it is a bit worn out. I can't know for sure but between the style, other pieces of undergarment and a top I found with it (all together), I get very strong 80s vibes from it? It's definitely not 21st century, and also definitely post 1950's, at first it made me thing of the 60s but it seems a bit too short (it is very short on me but it's a size too small), so... Also, yes, I wear it as an actual dress as much as I wear it as an underdress. Make sure to have nice underwear because it is quite see-through.

My loose knit long sleeved top. It was my mother's, and she stopped wearing it because it got torn and the hole is impossible to miss. It's see-through so I get to show off cool underwear with it.

Okay, the award goes to this one train ride. It’s a trainline that goes from the big city to the smaller cities in the region, so there’s several trains every hour and some people take it every day, but it’s still less frequented than subways, streetcars or even other trainlines (like RER, don’t know of equivalents outside of France), and it has its own rules. Before the prefecture decided it was a major problem to be solved, the last car on this train was unofficially the smoking car. It is common knowledge and I have rarely seen people stumbling accidentally upon this car (twice exactly) and being taken aback by the pot. So it’s a loud, chill and convivial car (well used to be), we borrow lighters, or tobacco, and if I just wanna smoke my cigarette and listen to my music I know no one will bother me. This one day we stopped. For a long moment. With no explanation. And I mean, like... five minutes into the ride. We barely had left the station. So people started chatting, mingling even more, borrowing phones to call and say they’d be late, asking if anyone had news or making up theories. Normally, the motto is: in the winter, the tracks are frozen, in the spring, animals are barring the road, in the summer, it’s too hot, in the autumn, there are leaves on the tracks, but this normally happens further into the countryside, not there. The girl across from me was an art student, the others didn’t mention, but when we got the news. Someone was riding the train. Not inside. Nope, some guy had almost missed the train and had decided he lived in a movie, and so he jumped on the train and held hard and had held on for a good five minutes before he was spotted. He was fine, by the way. But the collective laughter. Most calls after that were on speakers, and we’d observe a silence when another passenger announced “The train is late, someone jumped on the train” and we’d laugh at any reaction. I miss the smoking car.

A few months back I hit a bit of a rough patch and so I screwed around and spent money I didn’t have, so, yikes. On my way home from school there were people skip diving and I was hungry, and I knew I didn’t have food home, and there was so much. But I am middle-class, like, I know if I asked to borrow money from my mom or friends it would be okay, I even had emergency savings I could unlock (but for some reason food didn’t feel like an emergency???), and I knew that the people that were skip diving needed this far more than me, so I stood there, looking at the vegetables with envy and thinking I’d stick around and help keeping the skip up, open and leaning, and if there was anything left I’d take that. Some woman asked if I wanted anything and I froze in place, and just shook my head. I couldn’t speak and barely muttered anything but this one guy saved a bundle of leek for me, tried to give me other things but I knew I just had to get through one week so it was enough. After that a lady in a bakery came to give us bread that they would have thrown out, and I accepted one, and damn, she was heaven-sent. Everyone was so bloody respectful and mindful of everybody else. I got through this week delightfully, and can never thank them enough for that.

Okay, a shorter one. Nothing really happened that time. Just. I was on the subway, and I saw someone sit next to me. Looked up by reflex and they looked up at the same time and our eyes met. And their eyes were a bit wide so I was wondering if something was going on, if someone was scaring them. We didn’t exchange a word but I observed them a bit, they were looking around, and then back to me. And I don’t know what this meant but it sure as hell meant something. We stared at each other like we were trying to remember when we met before. Then something made them jolt and they got up, but on their way they looked back at me, it was weirdly intense. We shared another two looks before they got off the car, I have no idea what happened, but it happened.

One night I was walking home around maybe 4AM, I had gotten bothered/whistled at a bit too much and was in a mood. Dressed in all black leather, face tight. And I spot a guy and a girl from the distance. They’re drunk, especially the girl, and they are half making-out but she doesn’t look like she can stand straight without leaning on him or the wall. She’s laughing but still shady. They’re on my way so I keep walking, observing a bit and pausing my music so I can hear what they are saying. Nothing alarming, but I must have looked quite pissed still because the moment the guy spots me he steps away from the girl, holds his hands up and says “everything is alright”. He looked scared it was the funniest thing. I didn’t answer him and just looked at the girl, made eye-contact, and asked if she was okay. She looked drunk but like she was thinking straight and when she assured me she was fine I lingered just a second to make sure then nodded to her and to him too and walked away. This is one of my funniest memories.

On the day after Valentine’s day, I found a white rose in the trash. I took it and put it in my hair. One guy spotted me. We made finger guns at each other. Short, delightful, satisfying interaction.

𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬: I may have a slight introverted tendencies and awkward nature, I describe myself as fiery, swears like a sailor, confident, jokester, and, passionate. Religious, super talkative, sometimes hyper (because of excitement), giggly (I always laugh for stupid reasons), nerdy, actually sweet and nice though I can be aloof, intimidating, and scary when I get so angry. I tend to become really fiesty, stands boldly on what I believe (claiming myself as a realist though some of my views doesn't makes sense), and unbothered to be true to myself, clumsy, stubborn, young-at-heart, unfortunate and inattentive. I have "no bs" towards the people that I hate, sarcasam and savagery is my main language. But on the other side, I overthink a lot and cry over small things many times, small mistakes leads me to provoke me even more that sounds like a drama queen, yet recognizes a soft spot for dumb jokes, cheesy pickup lines and prefer people with a good sense of humour who see myself as equal. Chill in academics, but very competitive that manages to the top even for my dreams---I'm very dedicated on what I want for my life, and have modesty towards some people that deserves respect. One notable feature about her is her multi-potentiality due to being naturally gifted in artistic fields (this includes singing).
