“But eagles can fly much better! They are definitely way cooler and best-er!”

The discussion became what you wanted to be instead of a bird

You had no idea, you only wanted to be a bird because you liked birds

What else did you like? You liked food but being food wouldn’t make sense

“I want to be those people that make nice food because I like nice food.”

“Oh, in that case I want to be a monkey because I like climbing trees.”

“Oh wait, I can choose another animal? In that case I want to be a stone because I like to do nothing. Wait, that isn’t an animal.”

You struggled to think of anything other than birds and stones

One of the nicest thing about little kids and toddlers is they're entertained by my tics and my stimming. They smile with joy when they see my hands flap. They do it too.

We both display our joy without restraint. Or I try not to restrain myself anymore.

No one judges a baby for the way they twist and rattle and wave their arms and feet.

I wish that carried over to people expressing their emotions as adults.

It makes me happy to be met with a smile instead of distain or judgement. Even confusion is better.

I was going through a strange period of not accepting myself. what helped me accept my behavior was awareness of myself as a child. I am not a child in body! but I have to go through a long journey of growing up emotionally and mentally. I think I'd be much better off embracing my inner child and helping her grow rather than 'give up the childish cringe part of me'

a couple of years ago I woke up every day with the thought of hating myself. I felt that I had not lived up to my childhood hopes. I felt that I had disappointed not only my family, but also myself.

Today I wake up with complete acceptance of me as a fool. I like being a fool. I'm happy being who I am. I have a hobby, I have a daily activity, I have friends and for some time now I have support from the Internet!! I love myself very much and I can finally say this with confidence!!

I'm happy. thank you for your attention!

Two adorable little boys on the train today saw my Batman backpack and ran over because they wanted to talk about Batman with me and their mom was like 'oh my god, I'm so sorry they're bothering you!' Meanwhile, my autistic ass just sat right down and spent the rest of the train ride going 'You're right, Penguin does sound silly! That's such a cool Batmobile toy you have, do you want to see mine? Yeah, some of the Batman movies can be pretty scary, but the cartoons are a lot of fun. They're my favourite.' One listed out all his favourite moments from Spongebob, while the other explained in detail how one of his toys worked.

Getting lost with Muichirou as kids

Before:

Were playing hide and seek with Yuichirou

Took things too far (literally)

“Look Mui.! This is such a cool plant! Why haven’t we seen it before?”

“It is cool! Let’s go show Yui.!”

And this is when they realised they were lost

During:

Were scared at first and starts to cry a little

“Are we going to die here?”

Found more interesting plants and forgot

“Oh look, this flower is really pretty.”

Decided that big girls and big boys solve problems instead of crying over them

Turned them being lost into an adventure

Wanted to explore everything

Muichirou wanted to pluck some plants he found interesting and wanted to show off but you told him not to bully plants

“Hey you can’t do that! What if the plant beside it is its mother and she has to watch her child get plucked away?”

Muichirou ends up apologising to the plants

“I’m sorry mama and baby plant, I promise not to bully you guys and your family again.”

You accidentally stepped on a grasshopper

You thought you had stepped on a crunchy leaf and only realised when you heard Muichirou scream

“AHH! YOU KILLED IT! EWW!”

The both of you dug a hole and buried it

“May it rest in pieces.”

“Pieces? I think it was in one piece so we should say piece.”

“Ohh you’re right, my bad. May it rest in piece.”

After:

Yuichirou found the both of you

He dragged the both of you back to the house by your ears

Makes sure to scolds the both of you while doing it

“I’m never playing with the both of you idiots again.”
