I put off drawing him for so long because idk how to draw people but I actually like this doodle a lot tbh. my first time drawing him evar teehee

some HCs I have on him below because I love him so much and. I know you also suffer from The Disease

played HD reno with my mom and she named him Freddy. so I just call him that now. Idk if he has an actual name but in my mind he will always be Freddy

probably a resident evil nerd. he also just likes fps and horror games in general, like half-life and doom. his favorites were always RE though (he is very salty about the bad remakes). prefers console to PC but he doesn't mind too much

can't cook. can't bake. do NOT let him cook

got into vlogging through his love of games. probably went into a bunch of haunted/rundown buildings during his career, and I like to think he'd make stupid references in his vlog posts (like "wow! what a mansion!"). I picture his vlogging medium to be a mix of Ted the Caver (but the spooky parts are instead cheesy references for laughs) and those urban exploration channels on YouTube

probably freaks S14 out when he makes a gaming reference like they genuinely cannot picture that senior citizen picking up a controller and not spontaneously combusting

speaking of S14, he kind of bullies them in the older brother way. like he doesn't really mean it. at first when S14 became a specimen though, he DEFINITELY did. I think their dynamic is either "older brother & sibling 15 years younger" or "long lost father you met at a Walmart buying soggy cabbage that treats you more like a friend than a child" to be honest

I think he has serious anger issues and possessive tendencies from S12, but at his core he's just kind of a rugged nerd. not a very social person but can hold himself in a conversation

probably gives good hugs and falls asleep drooling in his leather recliner like SNNNORRRRRKKKKkk. exhale SNNNOOORRRKKK. exhale

She is like a PEAK little girl gender to me, it's what younger me would have wanted.

Now I don't know if you've actually SEEN Ruby Gloom but it is THE Baby Goth/Emo/Scene show. As in it is a show about and for Baby Goth, Emo, and Scene kids. There are hijinks and shenanigans and mild dark humor and usually no moral at the end of the episode.

She's a mummy, probably. The show is about like Monster Kids but what they are and where they come from never comes up. There is no plot, just kids being friends.

I imagine she can't talk with all the bandaging, and this show isn't the type to bust out actual sign language, so she just mimes and charades her way through conversations, like Doom Kitty. And like Doom, it has varying results. Skull Boy and Ruby can usually figure her out and Misery has a knack for charades and basically always knows what she's saying, but Iris can basically never figure it out, and Frank and Len and Poe all just Assume they know until someone else corrects them.

Sense she can't talk, and her bandages cushion her steps, she tends to accidentally sneak up on people and startle them, mostly Scardy Bat. There's an episode in my head where she keeps startling him, so he puts a bell on her so he can hear when she's coming.. and then she drops the bell somewhere and doesn't notice until it's completely unraveled her, and no one recognizes her unwrapped, so her and Scardy Bat have to backtrack the entire mansion together, avoiding getting seen by anyone else, to find where her bandage trail starts to rewrap her.

She's a lot stronger than most anyone else in the mansion, and can pick up and carry pretty much everyone with ease. Sense Skull Boy's commonly precariously up high and Iris is always seeking wild thrills, this strength is mostly used in catching those two specifically when they fall, though sometimes Poe ropes her into doing hard work for him.

I self ship with Skull Boy with her but they're probably not actually dating in current canon. He, She, and Ruby are in this Love Triangle situation where they all three have a crush on one another, and they're also all like 8-10 so navigating romantic feelings is really hard. So they're all still friends, and will probably stay that way till they're all a bit older.

SO MANY things ghfg #Even being aware of my particular-ness I was still surprised to see how many were in the 'dislike' and 'not care' categories lol #Also it is so so so hard being an Action and Romance genre hater YET being a Fantasy and Historical genre lover ghhjb #EVERY fantasy story is also an action romance.. every historical story is a romance.. ouch oof taking psychic damage always #KIND of like how I LOOOOVE point and click mystery puzzle games but I also generally dislike the horror genre #but many point and click puzzle games I used to see would have horror elements or be 'scary' in some way #and it's like HHRgghh.. I just want to navigate a creepy old dilapidated mansion collecting secret codes from books but NOT in a scary way!#just like I want fantasy & historical content but NOT in an action romance way!!#Also.. NEOPETS.. I think my two favorites are both one of the most common choices and also one of the least lol #like EVERYONE loves aishas pretty much. I think they even won a favorite neopets poll on tumblr. But then nobody talks about vandagyres #or even cares about them (seemingly) and they have like so few clothes or good options because they're just irrelevant apparently #also I know it seems very uncharacteristic for the neopet that's basically A Cat to not be in my favorites but I just gjhjhbj #the eyebrows of the wocky bother me. it doesn't match everything else. Even in different paintrbsuh colors it will be #nice and cohesive and pastel or something and then two big dark lines. I aesthetically love thick dark eyebrows on people it just looks wei #rd on a cartoon cat. dont really use piper that much but i had some thoughts about him so here are some doodles. thoughts are below cut

i know ghosts probably dont need eyepatches (it goes against my own hc of regeneration/healing and stuff) so it doesnt really make any sense so . um. yep! (i still wanna keep though)

piper prides himself on his image and cuteness. his looks are very very important to him. so for cherry to cause such irreversible damage on his face.... oohh.... (oh yeah btw cherrys the one that caused the eyepatch situation LOLDFJKD not sure how or what she did yet though)

i wanna give him eyelashes too since i think its cute and/or suits him but im not sure if they look out of place or too goofy. also experimented with his colour palette a bit, just took that regen ghosts are pink and ran with it
