So I still have beat the game yet but I know Zelda becomes the light dragon, so I’m assuming she stops being the light dragon at the end. Now, the chain re-meets up with Wild after he’s taken away for Totk, and now not only is Wild significantly more feral, they have to deal with Flora, who is tripple the amount of feral. She still has dragon like tendencies like growing and stuff. Now, her nails are also sharp, her eyes are still dragon like, and she has a thousand yard stare. She’s also noticeably taller than Wild, more so than before. And Wild just shows her off the the rest of the chain like

“There she is! Look at her! My former dragon gf!!! Isn’t she so pretty!”

And then Flora just stares at them all and tries to smile and act normal, but since she’s been a dragon for so long she’s kind of forgotten how to and just comes off as uncanny. Also she has sharp teeth.

look if we’re all gonna be sharing what it is about zelink we’re sane and normal about, it’s the “is it real if it’s destiny?” for me. link’s entire purpose is to care for zelda, to keep her safe. does he love her because he loves her, or does he love her because he’s supposed to, because he has to to throw himself in danger like that for the sake of hyrule? does it matter less if it’s not organic? how do you reconcile not knowing if the love you feel for someone else is there because it’s real, or because someone put it there? just because it’s fate doesn’t mean it’s not real love - what he feels is real, whether by design or not - and even if he only chooses to think that way because he has to in order to keep loving zelda, in order to keep sacrificing everything for her, he’d pick it every time.

there are games that i enjoy playing more and there are games i enjoy thinking about more. sometimes the overall story and themes and blorbos are delightful but actually playing it is a little annoying so i just rotate it in my mind instead. sometimes i get absolutely sucked into the gameplay and the world and the experience for dozens or hundreds of hours and i enjoy listening to the soundtrack but it has little to no lasting impact on me as a person bc something in the story just failed to hit and that’s ok. both are good both are beloved. obviously the ideal piece of media is one i both enjoy actively consuming and thinking about but my mindset is that if a piece of media has any single good thing in it it’s a good piece of media. give me literally anything to work with and i’ll extract joy out of it. i’ve literally never played a game i didn’t like btw

#first category includes games like skyward sword and og twewy #for the record i do love both of those games even as actual games i enjoy a diverse variety of gameplay styles #but compared to some other stuff i’ve played yeah it’s not my absolute favorite #but the THEEEEEMES. the stories of those games give me brainworms #the kh mobile games fall into this category (<- has never played them per se but knows enough about em) #(in terms of gameplay i mean) #(also it is true that watching 6 hours of cutscenes isn’t always appealing) #second category is like. hyrule warriors age of calamity and tears of the kingdom #i bet you’re surprised to hear me put those in the same place #neither of them had the best writing in my humblest opinion but MAN did i enjoy playing both of those sooooo much #i got so sucked in they’re both really fun. in completely different ways lol #this is not to say i didn’t get driven crazy by totk’s story but just compared to other games maybe not as much #and that’s ok!! #oh also neo twewy is in this category. they kinda dropped the ball on the writing (even though i do have blorbos from that game) #but it is a really fun and cool game #botw does both things for me. beloved fav game #most perfect piece of media in existence #every pokémon game i’ve played has done both for me #well idk platinum didn’t have a Blorbo so it loses story appeal to me. but it makes me smile a lot i enjoyed playing it #even if it doesn’t like Live In My Brain like the others #i uh. can’t rank most of the kh games bc i haven’t played most of em 🫠 #someday… #twilight princess is hmmmm ok so like the gameplay and music and world experience were PHENOMENAL #midna HARD CARRIED the story is the thing. i didn’t generally like the writing but she alone makes up for it. #in my view it still deserves to be docked points for that but like they did pop off nonetheless #peach rambles #this is the reason i have so much joy in my life btw #it’s because i simultaneously have a very critical eye and i have the ability to put into words exactly what i do and don’t like #AND i have the ability to turn off that part of my brain and optimistically embrace everything in good faith #i give everything the benefit of the doubt and focus on the good

This man, SCREAMS AroAce to me. AND I HAVE MY REASONS, HEAR ME OUT:

First of all, I don't think he....can have sex. I'm entirely convinced it's just Barbie Doll under there. Demise would *NOT* give his sword a dick.

Yes, he absolutely like, would use/uses physical touch to make people weirded out and shit, but- I don't know if he's ever felt, like...horny? I don't think he physically can, either. He's a sword.

Since he's a sword, his main purpose is to...well, kill. That's why he was created by demise in the first place, more or less. I think personally that the only "lust" he feels is *absolutely* just for blood.

Yes, he's a sadist. Sure. But the "pleasure" he gets from causing people pain is like...fulfillment? Because that's what he was made to do. To harm. And I like to think that that's why he acts the way he does.

I don't think he feels physical attraction, or attraction to people in general, solely for the fact that he was created by Demise to be a sword.

And...a horny sword is kinda useless, right?

I like to imagine like if you mention anything about like, sex or relationships in front of him, he'd absolutely call you disgusting. Like...girly.

A NOTE:

Yes, he acts like a slut. Of course. But the ACT of being a slut, and the VIBE of being a slut is like, incredibly different.

Thinking so much about OOT Impa and how she’s the such a gorgeous buff tall woman but also how despite being one of the last Sheikah and her culture and people has been wiped by the Hylian Royal Family, she still cared for Zelda/Sheik and put so much love into her teachings about the Sheikah culture and fighting style that Sheik proudly wears Sheikah clothing and declares himself Sheikah and cherishes everything that Impa has taught him. And how Impa was able to give Zelda/Sheik a life away from the castle so they can learn more about who they are as a person rather than being told that they are the princess and that’s the role they must live by all their life

How Impa cares for Kakariko despite being an execution site for her people because before then, it was the home to the Sheikah and despite all the dark ghosts and spirits that reside there, she does her best to care for the town and the dead and living who reside there

Also did I mention how beautiful and buff and tall she is and she’s so strong and it’s a crime that they removed her muscles in other young adaptions (except for oracle Impa I love you so much oracle Impa)
