Very specific ship dynamic I love: These two dumb losers who are entirely devoted to their respective causes.

Shockwave is told by Megatron to get closer to Sentinel in hopes of getting him to spill weaknesses/information.

Megatron severely overestimates both Shockwave's capacity to start a relationship and Sentinel's attention to details that aren't pertinent to him.

Constant close calls on Shockwave's part convince Sentinel that the other Prime has a crush on him.

It's downhill from there.

She was new, and he thought she seemed nice. People seemed to like her too. At some point, they were paired together for some project in science class and got to know each other better, Cindy writing stuff on her notepad to communicate, and Gaylord eventually asked if she wanted to maybe be his friend and hang out sometime. She just nodded in response. They were just friends up until college when she finally had the courage to ask him out (and talk in general) In short, Gaylord fell first and Cindy fell harder. <3333
