Here's a prompt mayhaps.

Din and reader snuggling in the bunk. Dins face is in readers chest because he likes being held. Reader tries to get him to get up n do stuff (like repairs or cleaning) but he just asks them to give him attention like petting his hair or scratching his back. Lazy snuggle day and I hc Din as a touch starved maniac who prefers to be held rather than doing the holding

 of course his first instinct is to care and protect but when you make him see he doesn't have to all the time? this man goes all soft.

Maybe it's really late in the morning and both of you are aware of that but instead of acknowledging it din pretends he's still asleep just to get to be with you a little longer.

The walls of the crest creep up the cold from the outside weather, your skin is warm against din's. And though the bunk is tiny, he doesn’t mind being cramped in here with you forever. As you run your hand over his middle from behind him and nuzzle your nose into his dark soft curls and into the nape of his neck to try to wake him up, you whisper a little "good morning" into his shoulder. He doesn't reply, only hums contently as he takes your hand from his side and intertwines it with his bigger one. You giggle at his clinginess in this beautifully half-asleep state as he wiggles himself further back against your chest. You kiss his shoulder softly and give his hand a little squeeze as you lift yourself up in your elbow, ready to hop off the bunk, “I'm going to go make us caf.” 

Din half groans and half whines a “no,” taking a grasp of your wrist and moving you back to lay down. He starts shifting, his movements slow and awkward as if his body wasn't as awake as his brain. You lay back in the bunk, your hand still trapped in his as he finishes his writhing and turning by settling down on top of you. You almost think he’ll hear your heart fluttering as he rests his head on your chest and his hand drops yours over his back. You smile at the sight as din tucks and nuzzles his face in the crook of your neck like it’s the only and safest place in the galaxy. 

“Comfy?” you ask him amusedly while cupping his neck, your other hand rubbing the relaxed planes of his back like you knew he liked. 

“quite.”

You give in a breathless giggle as din mumbles something like “m’ hair.” onto your shoulder. Of course you comply, hand climbing to his hair without hesitation. Din smiles against your skin and you mirror it with a smile of yourself, marveling at how you’d never get over the fact Din had let you in his life this way.  A while passes as you finally leave your thoughts, feeling din’s soft breaths turn to light snoring again. You leave a kiss atop his head as you shake him a bit, “My love, we gotta get up.” 

din shifts, lifting his chest up in his elbows to look at you. 

“Karga must be waiting for you in town by now.” You remind him. 

You laugh at din's eye roll, “I’m a bounty hunter. I could be dead by now.” He says, voice raspy with sleep as he rests his chin on your chest, “ ‘shouldn’t wait.”  

you laugh at him, your hand still running through his hair. “Bounty hunter?” you lift your brow dramatically, “more like sleep chaser.”
