Oooh yes! I love questions, especially questions about ships!First Question: I want to say that I got into shipping… when I use to be into Warrior Cats. First ship was Ravenpaw and Barley, not sure why but just happened to like them together. Of course I didn’t really start using the word “ship” until I got into anime.
Second Question: I have sooooo many ships oof. I think I made a post a while ago with all my overwatch ships (and even then it’s bigger then that list), but I can give you some from other games and shows. I’ll start with shows because that will be the shortest.

Yeah I use to run a lot of ask blogs with someone, and they had a lot of these ships, but this blog is the first one that is mainly heavy on just the ship and characters.
Third Question: Yes! I did! I will be completely honest, Pharmercy was the real reason I even bought overwatch to begin with. I just saw so much fanart and was curious about the game. Then as I started playing and figuring out each character I gained more ships. I eventually died down my love for pharmercy (I still love it) and grew to love MercyMaker since my friend picked up Widow and I decided during the uprising event I was just going to pocket him. Honestly its mainly because of my love for Widow, but when I started reading fics and looking at fanart I did love the ship…. untillll Moira was announced and said to have history with Mercy….. I ended up kinda sort of shipping MercyKill thanks to like fanart because I mean honestly that stuff is beautiful… I still really love the other ships, but Moicy is my favorite for Mercy.

Taking the Fall
Sympharah prompt fill for @solivar! Thanks man. It didn’t really turn out much of a first meeting and we haven’t seen that teleporter yet, but I really appreciate the idea. (will post on ao3 when I’ve got a bit more backlog)
It was all, to put it simply, going to Hell.
Pharah grit her teeth and wished, for the millionth time, that Overwatch was still around. That this kind of thing was stopped by someone other than private companies. That the world didn’t have to depend on there being enough monetary threat for big companies to intervene.
But the founders of Overwatch were dead, and so were its ideals, so here they were. Bunch of assholes, telling the prime minister of Brazil that he wasn’t paying them enough money to fix the freaking hole in the world that Vishkar had managed to rip into one of Rio’s favelas. If Fareeha could take any small bit of joy out of this situation, it was that this certainly wasn’t winning Vishkar any city building contracts.
That was certainly for the better.
Not that they weren’t lovely to work with- polite, organized, and focused on their directives- but she’d seen the way they made zombies out of their factory workers. The way the music playing over the speakers wound its way into her head, the way she was warned to wear earplugs when doing security there- it all reminded her too much of the god programs, burrowing into an omnic’s software and destroying their free will.
It reminded her too much of Okoro.
She never wanted anyone else to put a gun to their own head in one last act of defiance.
So she did not like Vishkar.
And she was not happy when Sanjay Korpol stood up from the negotiating table and offered to pay whatever the Prime Minister couldn’t afford to hire Helix to lead the evacuation and take care of any unexpected threats while Vishkar fixed their little “mishap”.
She ground her teeth at the sounds of agreement, and scowled forward, trying not to let her eyes burn holes into the back of her boss’s head.
To her surprise, as she lifted her gaze, she met someone else’s.
Satya Vaswani, Vishkar’s lead architech, staring out over the table.
Why did she look so upset?
Pharah’s frown deepened, considering more deeply. Vishkar’s technology shouldn’t even have been operating in the city. Their proposal had only been under consideration, and yet they’d had a teleporter rip a hole in reality. But more than that- Satya Vaswani didn’t make stupid mistakes. Things didn’t simply go supernova where Vaswani was involved.
Is that why? Was this her failure?
But no- it wasn’t just that Satya’s work was almost flawless, the woman was damningly precise. Fareeha remembered her moments working with Satya. A lovely woman, certainly, but her tech was measured to the last cubic millimeter. Every piece was inspected twice, three times, four.
Something else was wrong here.
Satya looked up, as though feeling Fareeha’s eyes on her. Recognition splashed across her features, and she smiled. Damningly sincere, if only for a moment.
Pharah was surprised into smiling back, despite the road her thoughts had taken. But then someone was clearing their throat and both women focused their attention back to the negotiating table- a price debated and set for people’s lives.
It made her ill to think about.

“So.”
Fareeha didn’t bother looking up from her datapad. Nothing Saleh said in that tone of voice was going to be good for her mental health.
“Sooooo.”
He was undeterred, sitting directly across from her and drumming his fingers on the table. She looked up, leveling him with her worst glare.
“Yes?” She tried to tap back into the old days when her team thought she was cold and aloof. He grinned at her.
Damn it.
“You and the Vishkar broad certainly seemed happy to see each other.”
She rolled her eyes.
“Did you learn English from old westerns? No one says-”
“You’re not denying it!”
She scowled, realizing her mistake.
“We’ve worked together. I’m sure she was just relieved to see a familiar face.”
“Sure. So why were you giving her the thousand yard stare? You were really staring. Like, staring like she had a map of the world in the lines of her cheekbones. Or like you were trying to memorize the way her hair fell around her shoulders.”
Fareeha snorted.
“Writing romance novels now, Saleh?”
He waved her off.
“I dabble. Stop avoiding the question.”
She’d opened her mouth to ask for further clarification on Saleh’s budding career as a romance novelist, but he shot her a glare that had her closing her mouth again. Dammit, she was supposed to be the captain here.
She took a long swig of her coffee, a small act of defiance, and then folded.
“As I said, I’ve worked with her. She’s very precise about her projects, and the fact that she was on this one makes the whole ‘tore a hole in the world by accident’ thing even more unbelievable.”
Saleh, bless him, sat back in his chair, in business mode.
“So Vishkar did this on purpose.”
Fareeha frowned.
“No, not quite. I don’t think they meant to do it to quite this proportion, they certainly didn’t want the bad publicity. Maybe-” She stopped. It dawned on her.
“...Maybe they didn’t mean to take the fall for it.” Saleh finished her thought, his expression grave.
Fareeha scowled.
“But we have no proof.”
Saleh drummed his fingers, eyebrows pulled together in thought. Then, all at once, his expression cleared. He grinned, and Pharah had a premonition. This was going to be trouble.
“Not yet, we don’t.”

A little update for my little fans !!
Hey microgamers !! Your favorite giant gamer girl here to give you a bit of an update about some . . . things lol !! I know I dont talk about the blog itself a whole lot but im sure youll forgive me ;) this is just some maintence kinda stuff sooooo consider it like the patch notes to a game XD
1. you guys are sooooo lovely and fantastic and i have like over 100 messages in my inbox left unanswered !! OMG you guys are too much !! but those messages are really really old now so answering them feels kinda weird !! alot of them are anons and stfuf so i dont even think the askers would see them lmao and the non-anon (nanon ?) asks are like, well, itd probably weird to answer them now !!! XD and since i get few asks everyday anyway i dont think theyll be missed !! or maybe ill answer them all for this years vore day ?? hehe i probably wont
2. i seriously L O V E all the asks I get <3 it means a lot !! but a busy idol like me can get a lil overwhelmed lol (i know its hard to believe) so two things about this . . . ONE. I’m probably not gonna answer some of the asks that aren’t really asking for my interaction X( I know that sounds rude but some of these asks already do the role playing for me !! where’s the fun in that, right ?? and if an ask is way too basic, like its something ive answered a thoussand times . . . . . . sorry !!! I have a lot of asks and want to give all my fans great content and attention !! :) . . . 3. I know most of you probably dont care lol but I figured some of you might be a little curious about what kind of D.va I am !! I’ve made references to being in Overwatch, haven’t I ?? “oh but D.va was never a part of Overwatch !! wtf !!” I know I know XD for some of you this might come as a surprise but . . . I’m part of Overwatch !! (trust me lol) specifically some stuff happens in the near future and Overwatch is formed again !! ALOT of new recruits joined and that was me !! Some of those new recruits are Pharah and Symmetra and Lucio , but also some of the vets like Reinhardt !! Buuuut its a bit more complicated than that and theres still a bit of fighting going on haha XD soooooo for the sake of the role playing parts you can just assume my canon is like , whatever !! Sometimes Mercy is a cute lil angel that I keep as a cell phone charm and sometimes im tearing up Hollywood looking to crush her !! lol this was weird to explain but its all true !! Please believe me !! ^_^
Okay phew that took me awhile to type up huh !!!! Im just really excited to be back to getting attention from you sweethearts and I’ve got BIG plans for the future !!! I hope you all are loaded up and ready !!

i rlly think the meta is slowly changing and thats why nyxl have been called out djshdjks like they play goats to a T and even tho brig jail is still a Thing there have been slight changes (like more pharah/mercy combos and widowmaker) and i hope nyxl can adapt to that,,,,, like some of their control maps have been sooooo shaky bc they have been constantly running goats against teams that change up their style and it just throws them off (also i dont mean to be Rude but like nenne is only good for goats i think once they move to more dps heavy they should bring in pine or flow3r)

[Overwatch] Season 4 Goals
S1: Zarya S2: Ana S3: Soldier: 76
While I didn't pick up each of those characters at exactly the season start, I spent each of those seasons using that character as my primary weapon for climbing. For S4, I wanted to jump on a bunch of new characters. Right now it looks like this (based on playtime)
Mercy, Lucio, Reinhardt, Mei.
I always loved playing supports in Overwatch, but lately my Ana aim has degraded, and the Mercy buffs have made me re-fall in love with playing her. It doesn't help that everyone else wants to play Ana anyway.
Of course, Ana has a primarily direct effect on the match, while Mercy has an indirect effect. Other than rez, Mercy gives similar in combat healing without the higher burst potential as Ana, and she helps build -uber- ult charge for other characters using her damage boost. She pairs well with any character with high burst potential or lots of consistent damage, so either Pharah/Junkrat or Zarya/Soldier. She helps you win shield battles even when you only have one high or consistent DPS on your team. But all of this is very invisible, and even I don't know for sure how much I'm actually helping vs. the opportunity cost of not just playing Ana more. Ana being nerfed hurts too, because while boosted Ana could take out Pharah (and any 200 hp character) in just two shots. Of course, much of this is theory, but Mercy has had the most playtime this season in order to see how much of this theory shakes out.
Lucio is fun. And he's getting his rework. Even I don't know how the changes will shake out for him, as despite the increased heal per second his healing numbers will go down to Zenyatta levels. But, moving around with Lucio is sooooo much fun I'm not sure I'll care. He's my go to for King of the Hill though, which stands to be hurt the most by these changes.
I'm an aggressive Reinhardt. Of course, I try to be intelligent about it. I track the enemy Reinhardt's ult charge relative to mine, I know how to pressure players who aren't quite inducted into the Club of Rein, and I don't charge unless I have a wall close by to end the charge and get back to my team. I have the golden Eichenwalde skin that I feel like I can finally wear proudly. I get money Earthshatters. And I'm still improving.
Mei is for those times when Reinhardt is taken, both healer slots are filled, and someone already locked in Soldier: 76. My problem with Mei is that I really need to work on her aim; at one time I used to be able to consistently hit Tracers, but then again I was bad then and so were the Tracers. Playing Mei is constant mental game; on offense I use her to wall off parts of chokes so my team can safely reach the point and get into close combat. On defense her ult can singlehandedly end any overtime situation in your favor, as long as you have enough players up for the damage. But I've gotten so bad at simple mechanics with her that I often lose the Mei 1v1 and get frozen first.
What usually happens at the beginning of a season is that I pick a bunch of characters I want to play, like I did with the four above, and focus on playing them the most to get better. Eventually I realize I want to shove all my time into just one character, and by the end of the season I'm auto-locking that character every match and only switching if the resulting team comp is horrible. It's still too early in the season to see which of these four will win out. It doesn't help that in two days, there's going to be a fifth character on that list:
Orisa. Everyone who complains that she can't replace Reinhardt is often using her as a 1:1 replacement. What Orisa excels in over Reinhardt are the compositions where you have 1-3 members of your team acting alone or flanking. Orisa can then sit back with the other half of the team and lay down suppressing fire. With this style, the other tank on your team is often Winston or D.Va. Alternatively, if you want to run a high damage comp that can quickly drop into an area and fire a ton of bullets, play with Orisa to help augment this damage. You tend to have Soldier, Bastion, or Junkrat with this type of team and would generally be able to win the Rein shield battle or come close anyway. You also want Zarya on this type of team, especially since you won't have Earthshatter for the huge CC. Of course, there's still the option of just running Orisa with Reinhardt.
Right now, the only two main tanks in the game are Reinhardt and Winston, and they run extremely different types of team compositions. You can run them together, and it causes your team to often switch gears between turtling and jumping in, and in that style Orisa should make a better choice over Reinhardt. Some others have said Orisa's potential is in "squad" comps, but everyone has slightly different ideas of what that means. All of these words are really just to say I'm excited to explore her possibilities.
As for ranking, all I want to do is stay Platinum and possibly peak Diamond just for rewards. I came off a recent win streak and reached over 2900 as my season and career high, but I'll talk about that in another post.
