Obsessed with the concept of Kal'tsit promising Theresa that she'll make tonight's dinner and Theresa is like "ooooh exciting" and then when Kal'tsit is done Theresa comes back and finds out that Kal'tsit has made edible cubes. After her initial surprise (and perhaps a ????????? directed at Kal'tsit) she does end up very much enjoying the cubes though (they're surprisingly both tasty and nutritious!).

Yesterday Heathen B and I made tamales: soyrizo and onion, Whipple beans from the garden with onion jam, roasted squash peppers and corn. I also made green chili sauce with roasted Anaheim peppers from the garden and a red ranchero sauce with dried chilies from the garden.

Heathen B had some pink fleshed apples that we pressed into cider. It had a surreal watermelon smell to it. We added bourbon and drink it by our first fire of the year.

might have found an Irish dance school that I can attend cuz all the classes are virtual and lessons are sent via videos once a week and get feedback by recording a video dancing and sending the video back

the teacher is based in Oklahoma but anyone in the world can sign up since in-person classes aren't required... it's only $25 a month so it's not too bad and over 18+ dancers are welcome to join 😊😊😊

omg I'm excited about this! I get to dance again 😭😭 it's been almost 6 years since I took classes... I just have to move the stuff around in the basement so I have space to dance in

hopefully this is a permanent thing cuz I don't think I'll be ok if I have to quit for the 5th time
