Great thing about wearing masks at work and other places (besides, ya know, germs) is that nobody can tell that I have a wad of Kleenex shoved up one nostril pretty much daily for the last week or so because of nosebleeds.

Seriously, tho, every time I sneeze, it's like the elevator scene from The Shining.
