Wait is the erina secret baby plot also a fake marriage or marriage in crisis (that eventually becomes a HEA) plot?

It's based on the film What A Girl Wants so it goes like this:

Girl and Boy meet on vacation. Girl nearly falls to her death, boy catches her. Love at first sight- they get married a week later.

Fast forward three months and BAM- boys father dies and he's forced to come home. His family disapproves of her, concocts a lie to separate them both and girl leaves heartbroken. Boy is also heart broken.

Fast forward three years and boys brother is taking his new girlfriend to Paris and who does he find? His sister and law and SURPRISE a niece. He snaps a picture to his brother like, dude what the fuck is this?

and boy uses airport security to detain her so she can't leave.
