Push yourself to restrict for atleast a week, one week and you’ll naturally eat that way. I promise you it will be worth it so get yourself together and just put the food down.

1. Taking pictures with a low angle without having a double chin
2. Never having to waste time on eating because you’re never hungry or your stomach is so small that you’re full after a few bites
3. Being the pretty and skinny friend
4. People are not going to speculate about your weight when you refuse to tell (not in a bad way at least)
5. You can take as many sweet things as you want at buffets and no one will judge you as the fat pig who always stuffs herself with unhealthy things

i was around 187 in the first photo. i am now 115, ish.
