FINALLY SHOWING OFF MY COLLECTION !!! i finally reorganized a little bit buuut it still feels incomplete... anyway!! it's a mix of one piece and pokemon... ft other things but mostly one piece

FIRST SHELF:

again, mostly pokemon and one piece. i've been collecting pokemon plushies/merch in general since 2018. and to be completely honest with you, i feel like my life didnt start until 2018. i have no recollection of anything at least irl before 2018... i have a bunch of pokemon plushies still that arent even on here or theyre just hiding from sight! (like behind gladion is a steven stone plushie nfmshd) OH AND I HAD MY GLADION AND MIKO PLUSHIE MADE !! i just drew it and then gave the designs to a manufacturer :3 my next goal is to make another two but with their alt outfits this time :D

also on the top shelf, other than the action figures and plushies, are artbooks! for original sun/moon, usum, scarlet/violet, and it's hard to see but artbooks for the great ace attorney/dai gyakuten saiban as well !! also the gladion acrylic standee blends in well with wano zoro jfkdhjd omg do yall think gladion could do a closet cosplay of zoro (miko got him to do it <3)

also im not rlly big on pop funkos, theyre just gifts <3

AND TWO BINDERS OF POKEMON CARDS... i dont play i just collect them bc i like pretty art

SO UM. SECOND SHELF. one shelf dedicated to zolu, asl, and ace and sabo :3 behind the zolu figures are tiny plushies of them and rubber straps but well, its hard to see em </3

i got into one piece since like. early september and now i have an entire display dedicated to one piece 😭 + other things like persona lol

feat my pokemon boxes and unboxed one piece figures. ofc, this isnt Everything i have but it's Mostly everything

the last two things i'll show and the second post wont be posted until i update my stuff more

so heres my poorly made luffy cutout that was literally made with sweat and tears... in fact i startwd this project like a WEEK after starting one piece 😭😭😭 thats how you know i was strapped in for life

and my corkboard!! some cool one piece works and the wano zolu sc :3 it's really cool to have these things hfmhdjd

the ace print, frobin charms, rubber pins, and stickers i just pinned on are stuff i got from a con. everything else from jp mercari !!

tbh, the sealed gladion acrylic standee is like my most prized treasure... not that i dropped hundreds on it but i got it for a lot cheaper compared to the other sealed ones online :'D + his postcards too are one of my most prized possessions... i wonder who my favorite pokemon character is

honestly idk what to fill the empty space in with but i wanna balance out this corkboard with pkmn and OP so maybe i'll try to hunt for more pkmn stuff

Man I can't wait until November for Slappy content. I'm already starved for the ugly green thing. I'm going anemic😭

But anyways slappy thoughts:

I think it would br funny if he was from a poor Victorian working class type family with 22 siblings and work in the mines and half the kids died from tuberculosis.

Now you may be thinking "but SB-connoisseur! What's funny about that?" Genuinely I do not know. The imagery has been stuck in my brain for a few weeks now. I've finally committed them to paper. Hopefully they'll stop haunting me in my sleep.

Slappy def built like those Victorian orphan who worked in the mines. The way they would take lil dashes of morphine in their alcohol to help with sleep. It explains why slappy can eat anything and survive. He dead built like a lung infection 💪

Idk why I see his mom being a seamstress. Idk sewing is cool. She'd make them pickle pie as a treat. They were too poor to afford sugar.

Besides that, idk how old slappy actually is. Like part of me thinks its funny if he's been undead for a hundred years or so but he lives his life like a regular person (mostly) OR if he was freshly killed sometime after The Patrick Star Show takes place. Part of me feels like the 2nd option is more likely (cuz there's a noticeable difference between his behavior in the patrick show vs the main show) But the first option is funnier to me.

Either way I really want an episode focused on his family just because. I kinda hope this is the plot of the upcoming episode Family Plotz. I mean I know he'll be in it and that it takes place in the cemetery and that its Addams Family inspired. Idk what would exactly happen in it but I want him to hang out with his fam underground <3 I wanna see em 👉👈

Also I just want more Peter Lorre fish. I've been collecting them like pokemon cards. Imagine if we get the other Peter Lorre fish as his official family like the resigning fish (Horton Hatches The Egg) and the Staring Herring (the beany and cecil show)

Everytime I watch Gorgeous Freeman I realize I really can't not find any Gordon cute, like I even think Gorgeous is cute and like. I just wanna put em all in my purse. Collect em all like pokemon cards and tuck them in at night and make sure they have sweet dreams.

Just gonna ramble a bit about what my ideal Digimon game would be like.

It would definitely need to be a jrpg but not a monster collector. I feel like the comparisons to pokemon are the main reason for why that's the go to concept for a Digimon game. But whereas pokemon's thing is "gotta catch em all", Digimon's is something different. The core point of Digimon has from the very start been the bond between digimon and their partners. Therefore to stay true to that theme in a videogame would to me mean a focus on narrative, where instead of playing as a blank slate silent protagonist you'd control a fully fleshed out character. I would also want the partner digimon to be a proper character in their own right (personally I'd love Veemon who evolves into the Veedramon line). You could still have a choice of who your partner would be like in the Cyber Sleuths but then they'd all just be written as the same character. Only the model and names would change.

I believe Digimon would lend itself well to being a traditional story driven jrpg with set party members. Now if you really need monster collecting in there, I'd have it as a slapped on side thing and have the story be about needing to build an army to revolt against the villain who's a ruler of some sort. I'd definitely write a Digimon story with heavy anti-capitalist themes. But I think ultimately the story should have a simple plot and be mostly character focused. Characters get isekai'd to the digital world, get partnered up with their digimon, explore, a problem is presented (ie bad guy is doing bad things), they solve it, shit gets fucked, more bad guys, stakes are raised, maybe go back to the real world cuz villains go there, solve that, get back to the digital world cuz gotta take care of the big bad, the end.

Dialogue choices and branching paths would be cool but not necessary. Maybe a social link type mechanic that unlocks side quests or something. I wouldn't wanna tie evolutions to those though. One of many things that was disappointing about Survive was that evolutions past champion were these missable side things. Evolution scenes should be hype pop-off character developing moments but taking them out of the main story and having the writing be flimsy and just bad (I mean all of the writing in Survive is bad), ruins one the most fun parts of Digimon. They didn't even have voice acting.

Gameplay-wise I'd take heavy inspiration from SMTV, at least with the exploration. Open world is a recipe for disaster, so multiple open levels is the way to go. I'd also love to see environments in the digital world that we don't usually get to see like a big city. Exploring jungles, deserts, ruins and then going to a huge busy city could be a great moment.

Combat should have some kind of a gimmick. I'm often disappointed by turn-based combat systems due to them being too simplistic to me. I have a bunch of ideas I'm not gonna list here, but something that encourages you to use all of the tools available and keeps you on your toes. The last thing I want is just using your strongest attacks over and over, and the only strategy to keep in mind is some rock-paper-scissors weakness system.

Also the vibes should be Y2K heavy. I'm talking trance and prog house music, late 90's-early 00's style fits on the main characters.

When it comes to videogames the Digimon franchise has so much to offer, which is why it's so sad to me to not see that potential realized. The Cyber Sleuths are difficult to go back to cuz they don't respect your time, Survive is a badly written visual novel, and I doubt whatever comes next will quench my thirst for a Digimon game that I could love. It's great to see how much effort they're putting into the card game, I just wish Bandai would take a chance and put a similar amount of effort (and money) into a videogame. I mean the Cyber Sleuths, despite not being very good, got a lot of attention on them for being better than what had come before, having a bit more mainstream appeal and good old fashioned word of mouth. Imagine how a game that's on the level of, say Shin Megami Tensei V (but with a better story pls) could do.

So yeah, here's hoping one day a Digimon game can rock my socks off.

“Did you seriously just wipe your popcorn fingers on me?”

"Yes, Lachlan?" You sigh, answering the phone from your car as you drive to the supermarket.

"Don't answer me in that tone, missy." Lachlan scoffs, making you let out a laugh. "Alright, I know you just left, but Emmett won't stop pestering me. How long until you're home?" He asks.

"Tell Em that I'm not sure, me and Gray haven't even arrived at the supermarket yet." You laugh, checking on your three year old as soon as you mention him through the mirror. With Grayson just turning three, your daughter Briella is approaching her sixth birthday. Emmett, your middle son is eight years old, and your oldest son Sawyer has just turned eleven. You only brought Grayson with you on your errand run, being assured by Lachlan he could handle your three older children.

"Shit, I mean shoot, alright I'll tell him. Bye, babe." Lachlan says, another laugh escaping you as he hangs up the phone.

"Daddy said bad words." Grayson informs you as you pull into the parking lot of the grocery store.

"I know he did, Gray. We'll have to yell at him when we get home, yeah?" You ask, grabbing your purse before getting out of your car, walking to the backseat to grab Grayson from his car seat.

"Be nice to daddy. Daddy buys toys." He laughs, a dimpled smile falling onto his face.

"Alright, we can be nice to daddy." You sigh dramatically, walking to the stores entrance. "Wanna ride in the cart, or walk all by yourself?" You ask, knowing Grayson loves exploring but you're hoping he'll choose the cart.

"Ride in the cart, mumma." He says, reaching for the first cart he sees from your arms.

"Good choice, little dude." You hum, placing him in the sitting part of the shopping cart. You give Grayson your phone to watch an episode of Paw Patrol while you grab groceries, getting through the first few aisles before Grayson's handing you your phone because of a FaceTime request.

"What's going on, Lachlan?" You ask, handing the phone to Gray so he can look at his daddy while you continue moving through the aisles.

"Listen, (Y/N). Don't get overwhelmed or anything, but Briella just fell down the stairs. I think she's gonna be fine, she was just rough housing with Em, but where's the band-aids? I swear it's just a little scrape." Lachlan promises, preparing himself for the earful he's going to get from you.

"In the bathroom by the kitchen, Lachlan." You sigh, deciding not even to bother scolding him for letting the kids be rough with each other. "Here, Sawyer talk to your mom. I'm gonna grab some band-aids..." Lachlan trails off, handing the phone over to your oldest.

"Hi, mum. Hey, Grayson!" Sawyer laughs, looking at his brothers face upside down.

"It's Soy, mumma look!" Grayson squeals, almost dropping your phone to show you his undoubtedly favorite sibling.

"What the heck is happening in my house right now, Sawyer?" You say, grabbing your phone from Grayson to look at Sawyer.

"I don't really know, mum. I was playing pokemon and then Bri started crying and daddy was calling you because she has a cut." He explains.

"Bring the phone to Bri, please." You sigh, grabbing a few things from the aisle you're in before heading to self-checkout.

"Mumma, Emmett pushed me!" Briella cries as soon as Sawyer hands her the phone.

"I did not! We were playing, and she fell down the stairs, Mumma. I didn't push her." You hear Emmett huff from somewhere off screen.

"Listen, both of you. Daddy's grabbing you a band aid, Bri. He's gonna clean up your booboo and then after that, I don't want you two playing rough anymore unless it's in the basement, in your playroom. I don't think he pushed you Bri, I doubt he meant it. And Emmett, you know better than to play rough by the staircase." You sigh. "I'm in checkout at the grocery store now, I only have a few more stops. Be good to Daddy please, all of you. I love you, I gotta go though, okay?" You tell them, listening for a few mumbled 'I love you's' from your two grumpy kids, Sawyer taking his dad's phone back to tell you he loves you before hanging up.

"What happened?" Gray asks, little brows furrowed as he sees your mood drop from what it was in the car.

"Briella just got a booboo, buddy. Daddy's gonna fix it right up though, he's the best at that." You tell him, giving him a smile before you start scanning items and bagging them. As you place bags back into your cart and pay, your phone goes off again. You groan, letting it ring as you go back to your car. You get Grayson buckled in and put groceries around him, pushing the cart to cart return before getting into your car.

"Should I just go home at this point?" You sigh as you call Lachlan through your car, exiting the grocery store.

"No! Don't do that. I just, I have a quick question, okay?" He says, and something about his tone of voice eases you.

"Alright, what's the question?" You ask, driving down the street towards the Kohls for a quick stop.

"So we wanted to make popcorn, but none of us know how long to cook it. Do you happen to know?" He asks hopefully, making you groan.

"It says on the box that you cook it for three minutes, Lachlan." You sigh, pulling into the Kohls parking lot. "I'm at Kohls now, Gray and I are just gonna run in and get some new bathing suits for the kids, because it's almost summer break. After that we're running to Dunkies, and then we'll be headed home after I quickly stop at your mother's. It should be within like, an hour, we'll go quick. Can you handle that?" You ask, already unplugging your phone and getting out of the car, quickly unbuckling Grayson to carry him.

"Yeah, we'll be fine babe. I promise, thank you. We're just gonna watch a movie and have smooth sailing from here." He promises, though you don't believe it for a second. After exchanging 'I love you's' you hang up, speedwalking into the Kohls and grabbing a basket as opposed to a cart, knowing if you do you'll shop more than you need to. "You need to hold my hand, okay Grayson? We need to be quick." You say to the toddler, who eagerly nods at your words.

You find your way to the bathing suit section, letting Grayson pick himself a green dinosaur swim shirt and bathing suit bottoms. You go to the little girl options, grabbing Briella a black and white striped two-piece. Though you want to grab Sawyer a set, you know he's at the age where he prefers just swimming trunks, so you grab Nike swim trunks and decide to do the same for Emmett. Though you know you're on a time crunch, you quickly grab Lachlan a new set of trunks, along with grabbing yourself a one piece before forcing yourself to go into line.

"My legs are tired, Mumma." Grayson whines, reaching up for you to hold him. You struggle but successfully lift him, holding him to your hip as you empty the basket onto a conveyor.

"Seems like you've got a full house, huh?" The cashier laughs, making small talk as she scans your items.

"Oh, do you know it. Four kids and a husband that's just as bad as a kid." You laugh, taking your credit card out to be ready to pay.

"Gosh, it is a full house. I'm guessing he's home with the other children?" She asks, noting just you and one child.

"Yeah, he offered to watch the other three while we went on an errand run. It would've been easier for me to take all four with all the calls I've been getting." You confide as she bags your items, handing her your credit card after she finishes.

"That always seems to be the case. They always mean well, but they're a lost cause without the wife home." She smiles, handing you back your card before giving you bags.

"Here he is calling me again." You sigh, making her laugh before you excuse yourself, walking out of the store.

"I know I promised we'd be fine and -Hey! Did you seriously just wipe your popcorn fingers on me?" Lachlan yells, letting you watch his face form to one of disgust through facetime.

"I'm gonna guess it was Emmett." You laugh, putting Grayson in the car and the two bags go in passenger seat beside you.

"It was actually Briella." He sighs. "Anyways, my mom just called me and told me she'd meet you here, so don't stop at her house. Are you already out of Kohls?" He asks.

"Yeah, you called while we were finishing checking out. We're gonna stop for coffee and then head home, huh Grayson?" You say, including Grayson in the conversation.

"Can I get a coffee?" He asks, making Lachlan laugh.

"No, but since you're being so so good for Mumma, I'll get you a coolata." You say, making his eyes light up. "What do you want from dunks, Lachlan?" You ask, pulling into the line for the drive-thru.

"Just get me a medium iced, cream and sugar please." He says, and immediately your kids are all shouting at him. "Jeez, alright I got it. The kiddos here all want a donut, and are demanding they also get coolatas."

"Tell them it's a no go on the coolatas, Gray's only getting one because he came with me. I'll get them donuts though, I suppose." You sigh dramatically, making Lachlan groan.

"You're really gonna leave me here with kids who aren't getting there way?" Lachlan gasps, making you laugh.

"Sorry babe, it had to be done. I love you, and I'll be home soon!" You say, exaggerating a "Muah!" before ending the call. You move through the drivethru, ordering half a dozen donuts and your coffee, Lachlan's, and a small coolata for Grayson.

Once you pull up to collect your order you thank the staff, pulling away and handing Grayson his drink. "Drink that before we get home, or your brothers and sister might try to steal it from you." You tell him, pulling out of the Dunkies and driving off to your house.

"We're home!" Grayson cheers, almost done with his coolata by the time you get home. We sure are, bubs. Let's go get everyone to come help with bags." You tell him, taking your key out of the car and grabbing him from the backseat, leaving the doors open while you walk into the house.

"Honey, I'm home!" You sing, placing Grayson down in the kitchen as soon as you here a stampede running towards you.

"Mumma, you're home!" Briella says, jumping with excitement.

"I am home! Can you three go get the bags from my car? I could only carry the little guy and the coffees." You say to the three older children. "You can each have a donut after." You add, which immediately gets them all running to the yard.

"Thank god you're home." Lachlan sighs in relief as soon as he enters the kitchen, immediately pulling you into his chest to hug you.

"Couldn't hold down the fort for a few hours?" You tease, pulling away slightly to look up at him.

"Not at all, next time I'm gonna go shopping, or have you bring at least two of our gremlins." He sighs. "I don't know how you do that all week, even with school, that was a shit show." He complains, making you laugh.

"You did great, Lachlan. Only one scrape, it happens. Everyone survived, so I'd call that a win." You praise him, planting a kiss on his lips.

"I'd call you a win." He mumbles, pulling you in for another kiss, only pulling away when Sawyer walks in and gives an audible 'ew' at your current position.

What is todays date? Thursday, September 5, 2019. Do you have any plans for tomorrow? Hmmm, nope. Probably just gonna make my daily Pokemon Go run into town. Do you wear perfume or cologne? Yes, but rarely. What kind of computer are you using? I have no idea. My dude built it himself and it’s very powerful, but that’s about all I know about it. What color is your mouse? Black.

Is it sunny outside? No, it’s 9:37 P.M. What has the weather been like lately? Hot and humid.

When was the last time you cried? I can’t remember, thankfully. When was the last time you sincerely smiled? Yesterday. My mom got so tickled at her own joke, I couldn’t help but smile. When was the last time you laughed freely? Yesterday, for the same reason. Do you eat breakfast regularly? Yes and no. I eat cereal nearly every day, but I don’t eat until like noon. Do you take vitamins? Women’s gummy vitamins. When was the last time you took aspirin or some other pain reliever? Sometime last week for a headache. When did you learn to tie your shoes? Sometime around Kindergarten, I think. Since I’m the only left-handed person in my family, no one could properly teach me. My parents concocted a weird practice dummy made out of paper bags and shoelaces for me to work with. What was your favorite grade in elementary school? None, hated school. Do you like clouds? They’re alright. Pretty to look at when you’re over them.

I wish I could hug y'all!

In fact I think I will make it A LIFE GOAL I really really wanna someday be able to visit all my friends who live in different countries! Its something good to save up for, even if it'll probably take years. So.. lets randomly ramble in a journal about Plans!! IDEA THE FIRST TRIP THE FIRST FIRST THE FIRST: THE SEQUEL I think it'd probably make sense to go to america first, since i have a lot of close friends living there and I don't need to learn another language. (I am notoriously dumb...) But then afterwards I could set another goal to save up and visit another friend in another country! IT WILL NEVER ENDDDDD, THATS WHY ITS CALLED FRIENNNNDDDDD So far all I have confirmed is that two of my friends would be happy to see me if I was able to visit america, @darkeiya and @summon-daze But its not like I've exactly asked everyone else, so I dunno really how many people I might be able to visit. And it depends on time constraints too, i might only be able to spend a full day or two with the closest friends and maybe then if there's more than three of us we could all meet up together and hang out en masse? Depends on how tricky it'd be for everyone to get to the same place! SO! PLANS AND THINGS I NEED TO PREPARE! workin to figure out a precise money goal im gonna save for * Become Fab * no but srsly i wanna look my best if im meeting friends in person for the first ever time. need to acquire Cool T-Shirts * figure out what exactly you can and cannot take on an aeroplane, and how to deal with anxiety if i cant take electronics. Nothing's as distracting as videogames when you're freakin out! * DO NOT SCHEDULE ANYTHING ON THE 11th-14th OF THE MONTH. i have a bad history of my period landing on these days ONLY when i have to do something important. Or when its my birthday :P I dont need even more reason to feel nauseous on a plane! * figure out how many days the stay will be, and how many clothes etc I need to bring. probably a basic thing, but this is my first time going on a holiday alone so i need to write stuff down to make sure i remember! * figure out how long exactly I want to spend with each friend, and how long I can afford in hotel fees. And does a plane ticket cos more if you're staying for longer? * find out what kind of luggages are easiest to carry and how to carry three luggages when i have two hands. Can you tie them together and make a luggages train??? * Find some sort of secure way to carry large amounts of money. I'm gonna have to do that since I need to get all my currency converted before I go. I was thinking maybe a little matchbox tin chained to the inside of my coat or around my neck? Something where you couldnt get it without roughhousing with me, and it'd still be hard to pull it off the chain. Gives me a precious few extra minutes to yell for help/possibly bludgeon a guy with a suitcase * Figure out hotel(s) in different areas of america, depending on how far I'll have to travel. And figure out affordable ways to travel the difference if its not a situation where the friend can pick me up. And make sure they are cool hotels, not just the absolute minimum! i wanna make a fun tourist experience of the hotels!! I havent been in a hotel since I was a kid! * Possibly schedule it like a 'safehouse' thing? Returning to home base! I need to make sure I schedule around the potential anxiety of doing so much travel in a new place. So maybe schedule it out so I have a period of me-time in between visiting each friend? Itd probably cost too much to rent a hotel room for an entire day in between so maybe just schedule it out so I have half a day at least. I dunno if hotels allow you to sleep in all day tho, are there rules about what time you need to be up and out? * I'm kinda looking forward to using hotel beds and showers cos theyre like luxury compared to my house XD man, I wonder if I could get a place with a hot tub?? or the fabled mini-bar?? (which i would drink nothing of, but it would be fun to take photos!) And it'd be so cool to see what american breakfasts are like! And lol all my friends have just been like 'YOU NEED TO SEE OUR LOCAL RESTAURANTS' and im like... dude, i dont need to get fatter XD lets limit it to ONE! * I dunno if my friends would just wanna hang out in their local mall or something, or if I could visit their house and say hi to their family? that might be going too far. i'll still bring gifts they can give to their family tho, i wanna show my appreciation to everyone!! * are you allowed to bring extra empty suitcases onto the plane with you? I'm anticipating that knowing myself im probably gonna buy enough souveniers to need one. I'm planning to basically have half the money be for travel and then half again is just for buying NOVELTY HATS! * need to make sure to finally get a passport, and also consult heavily with my support worker and friends to make sure i have every form of travel documentation in order. I know stuff is... not good, in america right now. Thats probably why it'd be good that it'd take me years to save up for a visit, hopefully i'd be there after the next election. But I need to prepare anyway, in case border control is even more stringent. * Prepare the 'ol misgendering, because getting strip searched and treated as a suspicious threat is a very big reality for trans people. Having the wrong gender marker on your birth certificate is treated as 'this passport must be a forgery' rather than.. yknow.. transgender people exist. And then you need to be invasively handled by the guards to make sure you aren't packing explosives down your goddamn pants, they have to inspect the parts of you that you're most self concious about. *shudder* I've heard a lot of horror stories. I dunno if america is any better about it. But yeah I'm probably gonna have to just pass as female during boarding and hotels and stuff, and not wear my binder til i get to meet my friends. Saves trouble... Man, I might have to even go buy some more cliche feminine outfits or something, to make sure. Itd be fun burning them afterwards, I guess... * BRING GIFTS FOR FRIENDS N FAMILY! Figure out what is and isnt allowed to be transferred between countries. As far as I know I cant bring any form of food or drink right? I'm only allowed to eat the in-flight meals? Thats a shame cos I wanted to bring welsh cakes, theyre the only one of our local delicacies that's not a super acquired taste. (I tried bara bryth for the first time and DIED) And I dunno if anyone would be interested in silly souveniers of my country but I could get a pile of em if you are! Want an eight foot tall lovespoon? Want a giant inflatable daffodil? Want a bazillion ceramic dragons? * I am determined to bring at least one personalized super awesome gift for each person! It might just be an expensive merchandise of their fave show, it might be some form of handmade handicraft of one of their ocs! whatever I'm able to do! ^_^ * BRING SKETCHBOOKS SO WE CAN DRAW TOGETHER. LEARN THE WAYS OF THE AMERICAN MASTERS. * hey does anyone wanna trade trading cards yo. They'd be like the single easiest thing to bring with me, but I only have a handful of pokemon ones and i only really have one friend that I know likes yugioh. (And she's in england) * WE CAN FOOL AROUND LIKE DOOFS. God willing, if anyone wants to join me I will play water balloon tennis or jalapeno roulette or any sort of insane friend activity you can think of!! Gotta make up for the fact im a boring teetotaler. Tho lol I probably already act more drunk than the real drunks at a party XD * TAKE A LOT OF PHOTOS!! And possibly try and acquire a portable video camera? I'd only photo/video anyone if they gave me permission, and I wouldnt post it online unless I also had permission for that. I just wanna make a lot of memories and record them forever! Whenever I feel down, I can remember this amazing trip!!! * remember to get one of those plug adaptor thingies cos american plugs have one less prong. Gotta trade the pokeymons!! I know I can already do that easily online but BATTLING IN PERSON WOULD BE EPIC * ...bring an Ash cosplay? XD * no but seriously if i could schedule this right to coincide with an american convention or something that'd be awesome! EVEN MORE SOUVENIERS! And I could actually try cosplaying!! I'd have to find a character that suits me tho, I dont wanna get laughed at like everyone always does with fat people cosplaying thin characters. (Like... almost every character is thin, yo. let people do what they want) * possible idea: magma admin tabitha from pokemon? he's like the only fave I have who's chubby but not like... inherantly a comic relief ugly guy or a seventy year old grandpa. I wanted to do quina quen from final fantasy 9 but I dont think I have the charisma to pull it off. I'd get paranoid if people just treated the character how they treat the character, my brain would twist everything into an insult on my costume or myself XD also I kinda already look like tabitha, tho I'd either have to go without hairdye or like... wear a wig in my natural hair colour. Also his costume is super heavy and sweaty in a convention setting, according to what I;ve heard from other team magma cosplayers. (Makes you wonder how on earth they all wore it on a volcano!) * WHAT IS AN AMERICAN BISCUIT. They look like savoury welshcakes??? Learn about all the language differences! Man I wish I could bring food souveniers back with me, I'd never be able to try every single different foodstuff in america in one day without DYING. AND DYING AGAIN. * Collect product wrappers and advertisements! Its always really interesting to me to see the differences between countries! A friend mailed me an american cola once and the bottle was a whole different shape??? (he also mailed me a bunch of spent shotgun shells, which was kinda terrifying cos I was currently in a christian homeless shelter and I didnt exactly wanna cause trouble XD Apparantly it is totally legal to own unuseable bullets tho, as long as you dont have a gun.) * I dunno if any of my friends would be equally interested in similar things? i could take requests for weird british stuff to bring with me! * for summon-daze specifically: since we are both cuddly honest goofballs of childlike joy, maybe bring some of my plushie collection to show her? I'd usually just bring one as an emergency anti-anxiety measure. Tho the embarassment from having a full on meltdown in public and having to be seen hugging a plush toy to keep from crying means its not 100% effective. Only works good when I'm with people who arent judgmental. Secret pocket gengar plush is good for other times! (I've been squeezing that thing during doctors appointments and nobody noticed!) * extra reason why I'd love to visit my friends: visiting my friends's pets. I have been absolutely blessed by images of dazy's pet cat Pam, and apparantly her family has a few other cats and a dog! O_O WHAT AN AMAZING LIFE YOU LIVE. I always tell her to give pam a hug from me, and I know pam probably wouldnt like me very much when we first meet cos she's shy, but still I'd love to at least see her. I wish cats could somehow know that they give joy to people through the internet! * ...are you allowed to bring medications across the border? is there a procedure I need to go through to be allowed to bring my antidepressants? Would painkillers be allowed too? If not, is there anywhere I could buy plane-bring-onnable headache meds in the lobby or something? Just anticipating that I might get a stress migraine on the plane, cos it'd be my first time ever flying. * are you allowed to take photos out the plane window, if you use a non electronic camera? i know you cant really see anything but panning landscapes but it still sounds awesome!
