edit: i may or may not have been inspired to write some headcanons based on this, if you're interested

you and hansol weren't doing much. it was another friday night, and while most of your friends were probably out partying and getting wasted, you were both chilling at home, doing your own thing.

hansol was busy on his phone as you read your book, when you looked up. he let out a chuckle just as you you glanced at him, probably because of a meme he saw.

you looked at him...and just couldn't stop looking. his pretty eyes, the way they crinkled when he laughed, his kissable lips, which curved up in the most heartwarming smile, his perfect nose, his cute cheeks, and his casually ruffled hair, all made you want to just kiss him and hold him and never stop.

you admired how his features blended together to make one of the most beautiful souls you knew.

you stared at him and then stared some more, for what must've been minutes but felt like hours, just taking in all the beauty he had to offer.

"noni?" you called out, startling him out of his daze. he hummed back in reply and you felt butterflies swarming in your tummy as soon as his gaze met your own.

"have i ever told you how goddamn pretty you are?" it was a genuine question from your end, but you could see how quickly pink tinted his cheeks and his eyes widened.

"h-huh?" you could see he was lost for words, but in the moment, you couldn't care less.

"like—" you cut yourself off as you got up and discarded your book to a side, settling comfortably in arms, softly gazing in his eyes and caressing his adorably red cheeks, "you're just so ethereal baby, so so pretty. and you have a personality to match! sometimes i just look at you and i—" you cut yourself off again, this time with a frustrated huff at being unable to find words to express yourself.

"where is this coming from?" he shyly giggled and gave you his biggest doe eyes, unaware of the effect they had on you.

you nuzzled in his chest in reply, "nowhere, really. i just feel so lucky to have you in my life baby. either way, you're just really really really pretty." you quickly pecked the tip of his nose and saw his ears getting even redder than they previously were.

"i think you're pretty too," his words were spoken softly and shyly, but you heard them nonetheless. you looked up at him and gave him a smile. it was a smile he returned, and you felt your insides turning into mush.
