Y’all I just read a marauders era wolfstar bake-off AU (yes, go ahead and laugh it up, it was fantastic and I feel no shame) and now I’m convinced that I can bake.

So hear me out: a chocolate layer cake (thin layers) with orange and cardamom marmalade between the layers, coated in melted dark chocolate and orange-zest whipped cream, decorated with candied orange slices.

I think this would be delicious and no one can convince me otherwise. I am a genius.
