i was thinking about earlier james dating a mexican girl and meeting her family in a super family party and when she's speaking with some of her relatives in spanish he goes all confused and stand at her side asking her ALL THE TIME "what did he said??" or stuff like that.... i'm going crazy.

Early James is the perfect guy to take to meet your family, he would be all lovely and perfect so I imagine something like...

He would be very nervous to meet your family, of course he didn't expect a party with ALL your family, from your aunts and uncles, to your cousins, the house was full of family everywhere. That made him more nervous but he was very nice and everyone welcomed him with open arms, your aunts kept saying what a nice boy he seemed and how handsome he was, some even took the audacity to pinch his cheeks with affection.

"Aw, mira que atento parece contigo mija, te conseguiste uno bueno" They said with laughter, congratulating you on your good fortune to have him, he seemed so confused as he didn't understand what they were talking about.

"What uh, what did they say?" he bowed his head like a lost puppy, you could feel your heart full of affection for him, you shook your head and kissed his cheek.

"Nothing bad babe, they adore you."

And it was true, all of them, even your own mother were amazed at how gentlemanly James was being, offering to clear the table and eating every single thing that was offered to him.

He also got along great with your cousins and uncles, keeping up with them over beers and sports talk, of course everyone around him was speaking spanish and he just frowned and looked to you to translate everything for him.

James was also fascinated to see you speak in your native tongue, always staring at you in rapt attention.

"You're going to teach me spanish someday, right?" he asked you once they were heading back to their own place, with your parents saying goodbye and inviting him to the next family party.

"Anytime, mi amor, I would love for you to understand all the compliments my aunts gave and will give you" you squeeze his hand and lean in to kiss him lovingly, the rest of the night, a wide smile graces James' face.
