Hello! Can I order up a Jotaro x childhood friend(he has a crush on her ahdhhehshda) and she's kinda like Microphage from Cells at work? Motherly, a stand user(so she tags along on the journey), and she's busty so she accidentally smothers the joot in them? Not nsfw, but maybe something a bit light hearted and funny bc theres so many angst and we need more silliness. Hope you're okay with this, and hope this isn't vague or anything! Bye~!♡
One order of Jotaro x busty lifelong friend reader coming right up! I got carried away oops
I’ve never seen Cells At Work but the fandom wiki + your request being not-vague = I think I got what you’re going for and I love it for Jotaro fkkdfkskfkskfk
Tumblr media
You were friends with most of your class in elementary school, but that changed once you hit puberty. Jotaro was the only friend who didn’t care that you suddenly had boobs, and you were the only girl in the class that didn’t have a weird crush on him. You valued each other as people and had a deeper bond than most people even realized.
Holly loved you and often made comments when you weren’t around about when you two would start dating. Especially while he was still in high school, Jotaro always shrugged her off, insisting that you two were just friends.
When his Stand awakened, you were there for him. Along the way to Egypt, you’d explain to him how you were born with yours but no one could see it and, as a child, your parents and teachers just dismissed it as an imaginary friend so you never brought it up to anyone. Your bond only grew deeper, and as you joined him on the quest to defeat Dio — he tried to tell you it would be too dangerous, but you refused his refusal — you two just grew even closer, especially over nights of you dressing his wounds and grieving lost friends. Your Stand, called Macrophage, took the form of a stark white woman wearing a maid outfit and would often cuddle with Star Platinum during these intimate moments.
You both shared your first kiss during one of your Stands’ cuddle sessions after you helped patch each other up. It was in a hotel room in Egypt and you both weren’t totally sure you’d live to see the next sunrise. Neither of you ever spoke about it again.
Ever since returning from Egypt, Jotaro started to wonder if there was any merit in what Holly was suggesting: should he ask you out, or was it better to not risk ruining a decades long friendship?
He decided against testing those waters. He convinced himself that kiss you shared was just the heat of the moment and from a fear of dying. But over the years, he noticed you denying men left and right — just like how he’d deny women. He knew why because he experienced the same thing: people tended to not care enough to look beyond the surface.
Josuke Higashikata was still trying to figure out the enigma that was his nephew when he saw Jotaro heading to the train station. Was he leaving already? It didn’t look like he had a ticket. Josuke, alongside Okuyasu, followed Jotaro in from a distance, but before they could approach to ask, a train pulled up and the passengers departed. They decided to linger back and wait.
You spotted Jotaro instantly: he was hard to miss due to how tall and broad he was, so you always knew to look up and go wherever you saw one of his signature hats. Josuke saw Jotaro smile for the first time when the gorgeous and large-chested (HC) woman ran up to him and jumped up, her arms wrapping around his shoulders.
Jotaro was quick to lift you up into the hug, strong arms wrapping around your torso. This wasn’t his style, but it was yours and he knew by now to just let you have your moment of affection. There was no stopping you and resistance was pointless.
“How’s my favorite marine biologist?” You asked.
“I’m the only marine biologist you know, (YN),” he replied as he set you down.
You ran your hands over the lapels on his jacket, then one up to cup his cheek. “You look good. But have you been sleeping?”
“Trying to,” Jotaro said. “It’s good to see you, (YN). I’m glad you came.”
“Come on, now. My best friend tells me there’s some weird, potentially-Stand related activity going on in a normally quiet town and you think I’m not gonna drop everything and catch the next train?” You said with a laugh.
“Do you have any other bags?” Jotaro asked.
“Just these two. I tried not to overpack but you know how well that works out for me,” you said with a nervous laugh.
“やれ やれ だぜ,” Jotaro said playfully as he picked up your bags. “Don’t even fight me on this. Come on, the hotel’s not far from here.” He swallowed, not sure why he suddenly felt nervous asking you, “Are you okay with sharing a room with me? I’m not sure how dangerous things could get.”
“JoJo, please,” you said. “You should know by now that it’s okay.”
“Did she just call him JoJo?” Josuke asked Okuyasu. Now that you two were on the move, it was easier to overhear.
“Look at her! Do you think it’s his girlfriend or somethin’? Man, she’s hot!”
The hotel was just across the intersection, but you stopped Jotaro before you could cross. You held a hand up and took a deep breath. Macrophage emerged and confirmed what you thought for you.
“What is it?” Jotaro asked.
“We’re being followed,” you said. “Two men... no. Teenage boys?”
Jotaro groaned. “Remember what I told you with my grandparents?”
“Oh, is this..?”
“Mhm.”
“Do you like him?” You asked.
“I’m not sure yet,” Jotaro said flatly.
Suddenly, the two of you were much closer to one another: it was almost as if the space between you two vanished into an invisible vacuum. Jotaro, carrying your bags and not expecting the sudden shift, lost his balance a bit and, as you tried to help catch him, his face ended up firmly planted between your chest.
“(YN), forgive me,” he said as he stood. You noticed a hint of pink to Jotaro’s cheeks, a rare sight indeed.
“It’s ok. Is your... uncle?”
“Don’t remind me.”
“Is he a Stand user?”
“I swear that half this damn town is,” Jotaro said. Just when he felt the embarrassment fading, he felt someone pushing him and his face landed right between your breasts again.
“Clearly they want a show,” you said. You looked around, saw no one on the street, and to Jotaro’s surprise, you pushed his face further between your breasts. “Trust me, ok?”
“What the hell?”
Suddenly, the sound of Josuke and Okuyasu screaming could be heard clearly as they ran from the alley they were hiding in. From there, you helped Jotaro stand up.
“I’m so glad you were never like that as a teenager,” you said with a laugh.
“Jotaro-san!” Okuyasu cried as they approached you both. “We’re sorry! Miss! We’re sorry!”
“Please tell your Stand to not kill us!” Josuke cried, hands clasped together.
Jotaro was hiding his face with his hat. He was equal parts furious and mortified, hoping you wouldn’t think any less of him.
“If you two got your heads out of your pants you’d have seen Macrophage coming,” you said. “ばかやろう...”
“Her Stand is just as deadly as Star Platinum,” Jotaro said. “You two should be more careful next time you decide to snoop around.”
“We’re sorry! We thought it would be funny!” Josuke said nervously.
“Is this your girlfriend, Jotaro-san?” Okuyasu asked.
You looked to Jotaro, who simply picked up suitcase with one hand, slung your backpack over his shoulder, and then grabbed you by the hand and dragged you across the street. They didn’t follow.
“You okay, JoJo?” You asked.
“I’ve decided I don’t like them.”
You stifled a laugh. “I can’t tell if you’re pissed off or flustered.” He never let go of your hand. “You don’t have to worry about it, you know.”
He was silent still, so you said nothing. You knew pressing it wouldn’t get you anywhere. But, you noticed, he didn’t let go of your hand.
Jotaro sighed in relief once the hotel room door was closed behind you both. The Morioh Grand Hotel lived up to its name, you thought. Once Jotaro set your things down, you sat next to each other on the edge of the bed.
“You have this look in your eyes that I know all too well,” you said. Jotaro looked up at you and you both made eye contact. “There’s something you want to say. And it’s not about the Stand users in Morioh.”
“Do you remember that last night in Egypt before we faced DIO?”
You nodded. “I’ll never forget it.”
“Have you ever thought about what it would be like if I were to kiss you again?”
You smiled. “Yes. I do, and frequently.” It all made sense now, why he was so nervous when Josuke and Okuyasu pulled that prank with their Stands.
“And I’m not just thinking this because of what just happened.”
“I know,” you said. “I know you better than that, JoJo.”
Jotaro didn’t say anything else. Instead, he just kissed you again. This time, the world wasn’t ending. This time, he allowed himself to feel everything in full.

OCEAN MAN TAKE ME BY THE HAND LEAD ME TO THE LAND
Tumblr media
Also forgive me, I couldn’t find any NICE pictures of Jotaro with his Uncle so instead we get a prime example of why you’re the favorite in the family.
For obvious reasons, Josuke really likes how polite and caring you are, and let’s be honest, it really helps that his “little” niece or nephew is this really cute person in their 20s.
The resemblance to Jotaro is uncanny, and by extension to Josuke. At first he was unsure and didn’t need the attachment of more family other than his mother, but when you begin to tear up and hug him tightly saying you’re happy to meet him, he can’t help the swell of pride he has knowing in some way you belong to him. It’s a hard to describe feeling.
“Don’t you think we look alike?” He smiles, pointing to his face. “Especially around the eyes?”
“Haha! Well... I can’t really tell, you see I’m actually kind of really blind at the moment without my glasses, and Bubba crushed them with his fat ass on the way here. But I’ll agree with you, since you kind of sound like me too!”
“My sibling means to say you sound as dorky and plucky as they do.”
“SHUT UP JOJO!”
“Hey, so, ignore my Bubba, he’s got no manners. But it’s really nice to meet you. If I’m being honest... I’ve always wanted an Uncle, and I hope maybe if you don’t want to take on that role maybe we could be friends? I’ve got a Stand too!”
Queen’s Requiem of Sword looks different when you call her out, sporting a visor over her eyes that echoes your developing blindness and wearing what looks to be a Victorian wedding dress, but that’s to be expected. Since your Stand awakened you’ve been training nonstop with her. She’s learned a lot of neat tricks, and she entertains Crazy Diamond with her new Kulning ability. You told Josuke that you were dragged to Morioh by your brother during a particularly intense training session in the French Alps, so you’re still bundled up like you’re going to fucking Antarctica. Josuke makes a comment about how you’ll never have to hear him scold you for leaving the house without a sweater.
“You live in France?”
He’s positively fascinated when you nod excitedly and tell him about your life in the French countryside with your husband and twin boys. Josuke was unsure about getting to know his new found family, but you make it so easy with your friendliness that he can’t help but encourage you to go on about yourself.
Josuke is a Grand Uncle! He’s got two grand nephews: Thomas and Guillaume Emmanuel Polnareff (you tell him when he struggles over the pronunciation that you can simply call him Guy Manuel, it’s what Grandpa Joseph does), and you produce a small photo album which he flips through eagerly. Amazed to see two little boys with freckles and starlight hair, and even more touched when in some pictures he can see little twin stars on the back of their necks.
“I live in Hautvillers. My momma, your sister Holly, she moved with me when we had the kiddos, I didn’t want her to stay in Japan where she didn’t have anyone. Honestly Bubba isn’t the best at keeping contact, don’t tell anyone that, but this whole thing with the will and upsetting Granny has been the most I’ve spent with him in like, ten whole years...”
“You didn’t want to stay?”
You shake your head, telling him about all the bad memories you had here, the neglect from your father, the death of your first love, nothing tied you down here except your mother. And the second your husband put the deposit down for the ring you asked your Grandpa (his father) to sell the house and give her the money to move into the house next door.
Josuke finds himself asking you all sorts of questions about his grandfather. What kind of a person is he? Why cheat on the love of his life? There are quite a few hurtful ones peppered in there as well that you don’t quite know how to answer, because Josuke is trying very hard to hate his father, and you were practically raised by him your entire life.
“I can answer some questions for you Uncle, can I call you that? But I’m going to be honest with you... all I’ve ever known is that Joseph Joestar is a good man, and that’s the god’s honest truth. If he would have known, he wouldn’t have let your mother pay for anything for you. He would have possibly taken both of you to New York with him like he did when I didn’t want to finish high school in Japan. He all but dragged my mother with me, I know what it’s like, and I can’t imagine what your mom went through. Mine did it with two kids, and there were times I had to keep my mouth shut so my grandpa wouldn’t find out how much my mom was struggling. I know what a deadbeat dad is, my parents were married all nice and proper and he barely gave her enough money to feed me and my brother, let alone her. Greedy bastard didn’t even come home often enough for me to remember what he looks like.”
He’s quiet as you let out your frustrations and rage against your father. It’s familiar, this feeling of abandonment. Underneath that kind exterior he works so hard to maintain he’s just as angry as you are, and for a minute doesn’t want to believe what you’re telling him. He wants to believe he’s alone because it’s easier, you told him you never asked where your deadbeat dad was but he did. Neither he nor his mother aware of the double life Joseph was living at the time, Josuke would see other kids on the playground and cry wondering how come he didn’t have a daddy to push him on the swings.
He’s actually fairly jealous of you, and it doesn’t help that his friends are just as captivated by your enthusiasm and overly friendly nature. You got all the best parts it seems, and now that you’ve told him all the best qualities of Joseph: spending your summers playing with him in Central Park, the times at the Met, or even just the general sweetness, he can’t help but let the resentment bubble that you had the life he wanted.
All of that resentment melts away however, when you casually wrap your arm around Josuke, and he feels your warmth even though your body temperature is unnanturaly low because of your stand.
“Hey, if you ever just wanna get away, you and your momma always have a room in France or a plane ticket. If you don’t have passports I can help with that too. I don’t know if you’d like to, but my boys wanted to meet you. Jean Jean was really excited too, and he couldn’t stop blabbing about how wonderful it was to find my family. Now I’m starting to see how right he was. I’m really glad I came with Jotaro to meet you.”

Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Revolution
Chapter Two
The following morning came far too quickly for the likes of Jotaro and Josuke. The earliest flight out to Seattle came in at four, and the last time that Jotaro remembers looking at his phone was well after midnight. He is awoken by a terrible headache and a stiff neck.
The things I’m willing to do. He thinks as he takes his seat on the plane. At least the old man isn’t here. Maybe we’ll make it out alive.
“So, Jotaro.” Josuke begins, haphazardly fixing his pompadour. “Fill your old uncle
Good grief.
“We’re going to meet up with my old friend Polnareff. There’s some sort of scientist out there that is apparently been bringing the dead back to life. Polnareff is convinced that they may be able to bring back the old man.”
“What do you think?” Josuke asks, puzzled.
“Even if this guy is able to bring people back from the dead, the old man has been dead for years now. He’s worm food by now.”
“Then why are you even fucking with it?”
I’d really like to believe that it's true. My grandfather might have been an absolute pain in my ass, but he sure as hell knew how to keep the mood lively.
“I’ve been meaning to get out there and see Polnareff anyway. I’m already in America, so why not?”
“Excuse me?” A voice calls from beside them. They look over to see a man in a suit staring them down.
“Can we help you?” Jotaro asks, rolling his eyes.
“I couldn’t help but overhear you talking about a scientist that could bring someone back to life?” The man replies.
“What about it?”
“Zeppeli. I’ve been reading the stories about them for weeks now. Its weird, nobody has been talking about this on the news. It seems that the Speedwagon foundation is trying to keep this under wraps.”
“Has he really been able to bring people back from the dead?” Josuke blurts, much to Jotaro’s annoyance.
“It seems so.” He chuckles a bit and pulls up an article on some off the wall website on his laptop.
Speedwagon Foundation Revives Man Dead After Two Weeks
‘A true miracle’- says man saved by Speedwagon Scientist
Who is Zeppeli and how are they saving the world
Whoever this guy is, he’s certainly secretive about it.
Later that Night, Broken Heart’s Gentlemen’s Club
Their taxi leaves the duo in lower Seattle, in a district known by the locals as Socialite’s Pleasure. The air is much clearer than it was by the airport. The night’s sky is lit up marvelously by the distant skyline, and the men are able to see the clear, full moon in the distance. Around them, they are surrounded by lush restaurants and coffee shops, as well as chic clothing stores.
Josuke takes his phone from his pocket as they are walking down the street, snapping pictures with each passing.
“We aren’t in Morioh anymore, Josuke.” Jotaro chuckles, wrapping himself in his jacket as they continue towards the address that Polnareff provided them. “Its really fucking cold.” He mutters.
“Seattle is one hell of a sight.” He replies.
The duo continues their short trek in silence, and are stunned at the end of the road to see a large building, adorned with neon hearts and much to their embarrassment, Silver Chariots with overly accentuated breasts.
Good God, Polnareff. What happened to you?
Jotaro can feel his cheeks turning beet red as he approaches the bouncer.
“Evening, Gentlemen.” The bouncer smiles, taking out a clipboard. “This is a private club tonight, boys. I’m afraid I won’t be able to let you in.”
“We were told to come here for a meeting.” Jotaro assures the man.
The man stares at the clipboard, puzzled. “Let me see. What are the names?”
“Josuke Higashikata.”
“Jotaro Kujo.”
The man reads over his guestbook for a moment, and then looks to the duo, astonished. “My great apologies, gents. It looks like you two have been invited here by the owner.”
“That is correct.” Jotaro grumbles, clenching his jaw in disgust.
“Right this way, I will take you to Jean myself.”
The Broken Heart’s Gentlemen’s Club is just as horrific as Jotaro had envisioned. Velvet walls, sleazy dancers, the smell of cigarettes and marijuana reeking the air. Even so, there are even more scantily clad Silver Chariots decorating the club. The club, despite the man’s aura, is full of patrons. Men and women alike stuffing twenties into the g-string of their respected dancers.
“I’m finally in a strip club!” Josuke whispers excitedly, nudging his nephew with his elbow as they walk to the back of the club. “You can tell everyone at Christmas this year that your favorite uncle took you to a strip club!”
Good grief. “We may as well take a picture with the bitch with the blue hair. It could be our Christmas card.” Jotaro laughs. “If my marriage wasn’t over before, it definitely is now.”
Jotaro looks up, tilting his hat back a little. Polnareff is standing at the bar, ordering himself a drink. He hasn’t aged much in the decade since they’d last seen each other. His hair is trimmed back, he’s still got those terrible earrings, and he wears a nice suit.
“Monsieur Polnareff, your guests are here.”
Polnareff cheekily turns around and opens his arms to his friends. “Jojo!” He yells, awkwardly wrapping his arms around Jotaro in a hug.
Jotaro laughs, trying to shake his friend off without hurting his ego. “Good to see you too, Polnareff.”
“What do you think of the place? Biggest strip club in all of Washington.”
“As far as strip clubs go, it's pretty nice. Glad to see you’re making a decent living here.” Jotaro replies, taking a seat at the bar.
“Could I interest you guys in a drink?” The blonde waitress asks politely. Jotaro looks up at the woman and feels himself blush. She is probably the most modest looking woman in here. Her long blonde hair cascades over her shoulders. She is strikingly tall, she has to be towering at at least six feet. She’s athletic build, curvy in all the right places. Her entire torso is covered in tattoos, as well as her arms. She wears a tight black dress, leaving some imagination but not much.
“Josephine, why don’t you make them one of your special teas? The pink one, with the Sake in it.”
The woman, Josephine is her name. She scurries off with a curt nod into the back of the bar.
“She’s a beauty, isn’t she?” Polnareff chuckles, acknowledging Jotaro’s blush. “She doesn’t like to dance much, but she is one hell of a bartender.”
Josephine quickly returns, placing two fuschia cocktails in front of Jotaro and Josuke.
Polnareff smiles and hands her a bill. “She’s smart, too. She’s working on her doctorate right now, finishing her dissertation. What was it on, again?”
In a soft voice, she blushes and replies. “It's on what happens to our bodies when we die, for short.”
“That’s very interesting.” Josuke oogles. “Why are you here, then?”
Josephine laughs and tosses her hair over her shoulder. “This is just part time. I’m doing an internship during the day, I do this a couple of nights a week.”
“That’s so cool!” Josuke grins. “Jotaro here is a doctor too!”
She turns her attention to Jotaro, who is quite obviously floored. “I’m not really a doctor, I’m just a marine biologist.”
“Science of any form is quite interesting.” She chuckles. “It isn’t something to be taken lightly, Dr. Kujo. Besides, I double majored in Marine Biology and Human Sciences.”
“I told you guys that she was smart.”
Josephine looks at Polnareff intently. “There are no limits to the human brain, if one believes that there aren’t.”
“Thank you again for the drinks, Josephine.” Polnareff motions to the duo to follow him. “We will meet in the private party room. Shall I hire a dancer?”
You could have Josephine come in. Something about that woman has sparked Jotaro’s interest. He wasn’t sure what, but there was definitely something different about the woman.
“I’d rather we speak in private.”
“So this scientist, do you know them?” Jotaro asks, taking a draw off of the hookah.
“Nobody does. The only thing I know about them is what I’ve read, and whatever they have been doing definitely works. I called the Speedwagon foundation and they were hesitant to say the least, but they said we could come by in the morning to meet with this guy.”
“Bringing people back from the dead, you’d think would be something that would be talked about more.” Josuke scoffs, typing away at his laptop. “I’m reading some of the cases here. Turns out, 4 out of the 5 articles that I’ve read, it seems that most of the ressurections have been linked to either a murder or some sort of gang violence.”
“That’s strange. But what does that have to do with anything?”
“Hang on.” Josuke mumbles as he reads the articles. “Listen here. ‘In the case of 22 year old Darius McDonnel, linked to the Southside Halo Gang, it seems that after he was released from the hospital, the rival gang members were also shortly released, their injuries healed completely and they were placed into police custody.’”
“So what are you saying?” Polnareff asks.
“It seems that after the resurrection, at least in the gang violence, the injured rivals are also being healed.”
“By the way, Polnareff.” Jotaro inquires, taking another draw from the hookah. “How do you know that it works?”
“Because they healed me. I was in Italy some time ago, encountered a pretty vicious stand user, and was killed. The Speedwagon foundation found out, brought me here, and I was healed. The guy was in and out, I never even heard their name.”
“You don’t think it could be a stand user, this scientist, do you?”
Josuke quickly shuts his laptop and knocks back his drink. “There’s only one way to find out. Even if this guy is a stand user, there's three of us and one of them.”
You idiot.
“Yeah.” Jotaro scoffs. “But this guy is bringing people back to life left and right. Who knows what else his stand is able to do.”
Polnareff looks his smartwatch and sighs. “I guess we’ll have to find out in the morning. This guy’s office just sent me an email. He wants to meet us at five, before office hours.”
“I’m getting real fucking sick of not sleeping.” Jotaro grumbles, peeling himself off of the floor. He and Josuke bid their farewell to Polnareff, promising that they will meet at the hotel in the morning. The duo make their way out of the club, swearing off the subzero temperatures as Josuke hails an uber.
“Do you guys need a ride?” They hear a voice call from behind them. They turn around, met by deep emerald eyes and ruffled blonde curls. Its Josephine.
“We just called an Uber, but thank you.” Jotaro responds, calm.
“I hope to see you around then, Dr. Kujo.” She smiles, before climbing into a jet black Mercedes G-Wagon. Their ride follows quickly behind.
For a student, she’s got some money.
Jotaro buckles himself in and rests his head on the window of the Camry. Josuke tries to make some small talk with their driver, but all Jotaro wants to do is catch a few extra moments of sleep. Then it hits him, what was so weird about Josephine. He never told her his last name, they always referred to him as Jotaro. How did she know so much about him? She was a marine biologist herself, maybe she had read one of his papers. Regardless, Jotaro knew that this blonde beauty would be what kept him awake that night.
So here’s part 2 of this story arc! I’m so excited of what I’ve been writing!
Also, I’m looking for ideas for original stands and users! Send them to me if you want to be featured ❤️
