my sister fucked me up mentally today bad and I need to figure out how to handle it before she comes into work in the morning

#i was upset because i spent hours planning a baking schedule for the daytime when im not there and she ignored it #and so when i got to work nothing i planned was done #she said i wasnt allowed to get angry because im too large of a person and my body language is to aggressive #and she also said if i couldnt soften the look in my eyes that i just shouldnt look at her #i didnt yell or crowd her space or anything but i was upset and she hates it when i have feelings #so she shut me down quite effectively by making me self conscious #and now i dont know how to be around her #oh and after she ran the numbers she was like ok you were right but you shouldnt have gotten upset
