Losing weight is important but so is school
1. Plan your calories ahead of each school day
- If you have school lunch check what’s on the menu in advance or bring your own safe foods to school.
2. Your blood sugar is going to be low if you’re fasting during school days so, keep a sugar filled snack (not low cal, trust me) in your bag or socks.
You do not want to faint and face plant in the middle of the hallway.
3. Keep a water bottle on you at all times
- If you get headaches when restricting it’s probably from dehydration. It’ll be difficult for you to focus in class with an annoying headache.
-During exams let yourself go up to at least 1000 calories. You’ll burn 1/4 of it revising.
5. Dreaded P.E.
-On the day you have gym add on 200 calories to your normal calorie intake if it’s less than 800. Fainting spells are a bitch.
Be safe, careful and KNOW YOUR LIMITS.

- to have a more prominent jaw line and cheek bones
- to not hate the way i look in every photo
- no more crying in the mirror
- to be able to shop at brandy melville and not have a breakdown in the changing rooms
- to not feel guilty
- to not be judged
- i’ll lose my period
- being an ‘it’ girl
- can be fairy grunge and coquette
- to look good in low rise jeans & henley tops
- to make people jealous
- to look good in everything i wear
- so people will respect me and are intimidated by me
- to look cute when i workout
- to have a thigh gap
- old clothes being too big on me
- people staring at me because of how beautiful i am
- to easily become a pinterest girl
sweetsop: for when you feel like breaking your fast
oh you’re really gonna eat that? are you sure? but you’re doing so well, wouldnt you hate it if you ruined it by breaking your fast. i know you can hold off for a few more hours. you already have so much discipline and self control, just wait a bit longer. you’ll feel so pretty and thin if you don’t eat. trust me!
