I know Barnes & Noble is like the only chain book store around, but like it just feels so wrong to go in there. Like overly sanitized. Everything's so spread out it's got strong mega church vibes.
Verses like a local bookstore of any size is a bit cramped, the books aren't all lined up perfect at the edge because people have been looking through them. There's a tad bit of dust and maybe a cat. Feels cozy.
