I went to an open evening for a college (a British one, so like for 16-18 yr olds) and omg!!!

Now, I don’t want to sound too optimistic but I feel like it could be such a nice fresh start, going there next year.

I think what I’m planning to do I come out in the summer holidays before hand, so I can spend the summer getting used it and then in the new year NO ONE will know me as my given name

I can introduce myself as Theo and ahhhh the idea gives me butterflies

I think this college is would be so good for that as well. As soon as I walked in, one of the people talking about it was a trans guy, so I know they at least don’t try to hide it. OH AND they have a gender neutral bathroom, so if I still don’t feel comfortable using the guys bathroom I don’t have to worry about that!!!

Just ahhhhhhhh I can’t express my excitement rn. Just the idea of me in ONLY A YEAR being out, being able to hear the right name and pronouns it just fills me with so much joy.
