Hello! how is it going? I’m so happy to see your requests are back open and that you also write for Helluva Boss now, so I wanted to request something for that! One of my favorite works of yours are the Hazbin Hotel things of reader finding the characters crying and comforting them, so I was thinking I’d love to request the same thing but for Helluva Boss characters. Maybe Blitzø, Stolas, Fizz and Moxxie x gn reader (either platonic or romantic is fine) where reader find them crying and comforts them? ❤️

𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐳ø

…always felt so trapped, despite the fact that maybe, just maybe, it was because of his own doing. and deep down, he knew that, whether he said it aloud or not.

he never thought the voices in his head could sound so real, he never thought his closest loved ones could seem so far, he never thought that his spirits could be so low, especially when those around him thought that they were so high.

when his daughter, his precious, his world, slammed her bedroom door in his face before screaming, “i fucking hate you!” against the clash of things being thrown from the other side of the door, he couldn’t stop his eyes from filling with tears.

blitzø didn’t know what in all of hell was up with him today, something mentally, that’s for sure.

he couldn’t help but feel a curl in his stomach watching millie and moxxie be all lovey throughout their shared shift, and not a good kind of ‘curl’, he couldn’t scroll through sinsta for three minutes without seeing a verosika-related post, either by her, or one of her sex deprived fans, and he had just gotten home from a meeting with stolas for their…monthly activities — and he couldn’t help but feeling like a shit boyfriend to the one he loved most, and fuck, even his loonie is mad at him now too??

the imp sluggishly moved across to the other side of his apartment and slumped onto the couch, his face being taken in by the warmth of the rough pillow, with his phone in his hands, he felt it vibrate.

if he got lucky, it might be an apology call from loona, as she was probably already out bitching with her friends at those stupid hound parties, thanks to vortex.

but no, it was a call, from you, normally he loved your late night conversations you both had with one another, but tonight? eh… it really wasn’t the time.

he stared at his screen for a moment, his eyes fixating on your contact info, the name displaying ‘babe’ with a red heart emoji, and the picture was a selfie you guys took together.

in the miniature version of the photo, it showed blitzø in a band t-shirt, sticking his tongue out with a ‘v’ to his lips, as you grinned at the camera, as you cuddled into his horns, it was the morning after your first time together, your bed head looked adorable, it could kill him.

he sighed softly, before pressing the ‘call’ button, putting the phone to his ear. “hey, babe!” you spoke from the other side, your voice slightly muffled from the quality of the mic in your phone.

that alone caused him to start sobbing all over again, ‘fuck fuck fuck fuck shit fuck fuck.’ he thought to himself, but that wasn’t what mattered now. you just sounded so happy, when he felt so shit, that’s one of the many things he loved about you, you were so strong, always saw the light.

“hey hey, shhh, blitzø, what happened??” you cooed through the phone, your heart ached for him, you rolled over onto your side while you laid in bed, curling up to the blankets, as you would to your boyfriend, if he were there with you.

all you got as a response were whimpers from the other line, a few hiccups here and there. “i need words, love.” you said, softly.

blitzø sniffled, “bad day..” his voice cracked as he spoke, although he did so, so softly, well obviously you’d seen him upset before, but never like this.

“wanna talk about it?” you asked, more than hesitant to do so, you knew blitzø was by no means good with his feelings, and you were lucky you got this far with him, considering some failed attempts from the past of you trying to ease him into opening up, but you had to try, it just felt right.

on the other hand, blitzø was just as nervous as you were, if not more, he had been through it all before, and for him, it had never ended pretty, but he loved you more than anything, and he knew he had to do this.

“yeah..”

you listened to every word he said, for hours, 9pm turned to 11pm, 11pm turned to 2am, and 2am turned to kicking down his apartment door at 3:19am to cuddle him to sleep on the couch.

and as tired as she was, as well as annoyed, loona couldn’t stay mad at her father after seeing him snuggled up next to you on the couch asleep.

especially when she snapped a picture and posted it all over sinsta…

guess who’s mad now, bitch?

𝐟𝐢𝐳𝐳

…never felt like he had gotten home so exhausted before. he didn’t even have the energy to sling himself across the palace to get to his bed quicker

he wanted to see you, he wanted to be with you, he wanted to be against you and your nice warm body, with your beautiful smile…

after walking up a few flights of stairs, taking an elevator here and there, walking down a hallway that was way too long to be one to begin with, he reached your shared room. he was home.

“hi, baby!” you exclaimed, happy to see your partner at last, pausing your show that was displayed on the big screen T.V in your room, hoping out of bed to peck your boyfriend on his cheek. “i missed you!”

he managed a tired smile, “i missed you too, sweetie.” fizz paused for a moment, looking away from your gaze before asking, “can i hug you?”

fizz had a lazy, but goofy grin on his face, extending his arms out to you, doing grabby hands. you give a pouty smile, your partner was so cute you couldn’t deal with it, “of courseee, froggyyy.” you said, babying your tone, pulling him in by the waist.

“you don’t gotta ask, y’know, we’ve been together too long to do that.” you joke with a chuckle, fizz laughs along with you, softer than yours, but still, he sinks into your arms before replying, “mammon’s business, despite its stressors, has taught me the importance of consent, and not just when it comes to sex”

fizz chuckled, his tired but soft tone still remained, as he pulled away from you just slightly to peck your nose, “i’d never wanna hurt you, honey, it’s better to ask, then to be sorry, y’know?”

you blink momentarily, you were not expecting that response out of him, you recover quickly, however, smiling at him, “you are just the sweetest.” you say, pulling him in for another hug, placing a peck to his neck, snuggling your face in it as you do so.

before you can even get another word out, fizz starts crying, attempting to sniffle back the tears.

you pull away instantly, “froggy? are you okay?” scanning him for any signs of harm or discomfort.

your boyfriend nods, makeup dripping down his face, “y-yes…” his lips trembling softly as he spoke. “did something happen at work today?”

fizz shook his head, “not really” he sniffled again, “just missed you.”

“awww fizzie, cmon!” you take his hand, pulling him the bathroom,

“let’s take a nice, warm bath, and then we can do skincare and watch that one show you like, and then we can go to bed, does that sound nice?”

“that sounds really nice… thank you…”

𝐦𝐨𝐱𝐱𝐢𝐞

…was your good friend since your early childhood years, his father had a business connection with your parents, which led to you both being babysat together a lot.

both of you were grown adults now, he was married to your gal-pal from your high school days, and you were engaged to one of the kids from your friend group back when you were in college, well, before dropping out.

other than your separate significant others, you were eachothers ride-or-dies, your for-lifers. you both went to eachother for practically everything.

so when moxxie knocks on your door while your spouse is out with friends, asking for help, you don’t hesitate to let him in.

you sit him down asking him what was the matter, and he gets fidgety immediately, stuttering out an attempted response before the tears start flowing, he starts crying about how he got into an argument with millie, and how scared he was that this might ruin their marriage.

instantly, as it was second nature to you, you scoot closer to him the couch, rubbing his back as he sobbed, still venting to you about the argument and how much he misses millie.

“look, mox, here’s what ya gotta do. just call her, and tell her everything you’ve told me, i’ve known millie since we were just freshies, she’s bound to understand!”

“i guess so.. thanks, yn.”

𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐬

...was distraught, and even that was an understatement. his beloved octavia was lost, in los angeles, in the human realm.

you, stolas, and blitzø searched around what felt like all of fucking earth to find her, while millie and moxxie were off doing eachother who knows what.

stolas sighed, running a hand through his now human hair, his breath beginning to get noticeably more shaky, with blitzø walking ahead of the two of you.

“hey.” you say, putting a hand on his arm, “it’s gonna be okay.”

“but what if it’s not though? what she’s not okay? what if she’s in danger? or worse, what if someone took her?” his voice trembled more and more at the thought.

“no.” you start, turning stolas around to face you. “she’ll be okay.” you say, putting a hand onto his chest, “she’s smarter than you may think, she’s seventeen now! she’ll know what to do.”

“but what if something happens? and i’m not there to protect her?” stolas says, his movements going to a halt, blitzø looked at the two of you, before mouthing that he’ll meet up with the both of you later.

before you know it, tears well up in his eyes, without even thinking, he pulls you into a tight hug. “i just need to know my girl is okay…”

“she’ll be okay, sweetie.” you say, pecking his cheek, you pull back slightly, lovingly looking into his eyes, “and so will you..”

This is a kinda silly question, and don’t feel pressured to answer it, I don’t really mind, but how do you find suck high quality GO pictures for drawing references. They always look blurry or low quality whenever I try finding any lmaoo

the good omens reference library is a godsend!

and before i had a high res copy of the show, i used this post to find good quality screen caps

but i dont always use high quality images tbh. most references i use are just for poses and general shapes or ideas, and i fill in my own details depending on what i’m drawing. and if i do need something high quality, like referencing the details of a face, ill layer multiple pics together to “photobash” a new reference for whatever pose or angle i need.

It was the little things, that made Eddie fall head over heels in love with you. It was your infectious laughter, that could pull him out of any slump he found himself in. The little pout that you pulled when you were sleepy, that made him want to kiss you. The roll of your eyes when he made a bad joke, followed with the smirk you so desperately tried to hide.

It didn’t mean that some habits didn’t confuse him, though.

Shuffling through the front door, he did his usual routine of calling out his signature sing-song “I’m home,” only to be met with no reply. He took a mental inventory as he tossed his keys onto the sideboard. Your shoes and coat were in the hallway, combined with your keys beside his own. No lights on, save for the faint glow coming from the bedroom. You were partial to taking naps after work, and that seemed to be the most likely reason for no reply.

Toeing off his work boots, he padded down the hall to find out if he was correct, only to be met with the sight of tangled limbs and the even rise and fall of your chest. He couldn’t help but smirk as he leaned against the doorway, shaking his head in disbelief.

There was no way you could possibly be comfortable. Your neck was at an angle that gave the impression that someone had snapped it, with an arm behind your back that you were laying on. Legs under the blankets that he couldn’t even begin to fathom the position of, and your soft snores filling the silence. A little bit of drool on the pillow, but fuck, even that was cute to him. Another little habit that was another check mark on the ‘why I love them’ list. The fact that you fell asleep in a ‘normal’ position, only to wake up knotted up like a pretzel that couldn’t possibly be comfortable - or even feasible.

Checking the clock on the bedside table, he considered leaving you to sleep, but decided against it when he remembered how out of sync your sleep schedule could get if your naps went on too long. Taking sure steps towards the bed, he kneeled on the mattress and bent down to peck small, feather light kisses all over your face.

“Sweetheart,” he crooned, so softly that it was barely a whisper. But it was enough to prompt you to let out a small sleepy squeak, his heart melting at the sound as you squirmed underneath him. “C’mon, time to get up.” Voice saccharine sweet, filled with adoration and tenderness as he nuzzled his nose against the warmth of your flushed cheek.

He heard your complaint, a small elongated ‘no’, as you squirmed to free your trapped arm to wrap around his neck. A few more kisses and a large hand rubbing up and down your spine was all it took for your eyes to blink open, screwing shut once more as you yawned.

“Well hi there, sleepyhead,” he chuckled as you pulled away slightly, your hand coming up to rub the sleep out of your eyes. “Have a good nap?”

“What time is it?” was your slurred reply, the groggy quality to your voice making his heart melt as he positioned himself sitting up against the headboard to pull you into his lap.

“Little past six,” he answered as he brushed errant tendrils of hair away from your face. Eddie thought you were beautiful every second of the day. But there was something about the sight of you just waking up that made his heart melt. Maybe it was because it was a side of you that only he saw; a little bit vulnerable, so human, the goal of finding his body to curl up to as if on instinct every time you were in bed together. He didn’t mind the morning breath and remnants of sleep stuck in the corners of your eyes. He’d take it all in his stride, so long as every morning, he felt the tug on his shirt that meant you wanted to cuddle up to him.

You stretched out your limbs, the soft cracks of your joints audible as you groaned in relief. “M’ neck aches,” you mumbled, a slight whine to your tone as you rest your head on his chest.

It was near instinct that caused his calloused fingers to find the nape of your neck, gently rubbing at the muscles to try and relieve the strain.

“Not surprised,” he answered, voice filled with warm amusement. “Considering you sleep like twisted up Gumby.”

“Do not,” you huffed, sounding half convincing, though he could hear the smile in your voice without even looking.

“Suuure,” he drawled, head knocking back against the headboard as his eyes threatened to close. Now he was able to sit still for longer than five seconds, with the warmth of the apartment and your body weight grounding him, he could see the appeal in after work naps. “You wan’ pizza tonight?”

Your only answer was a hum of agreement, getting yourself comfortable as you shifted in his lap. And apparently, comfortable was your knees near pressed to your chest, one ankle twisted over the other. “Five more minutes.”

He knew it was a bald faced lie. You knew it, too. Five minutes would be another half hour. But neither of you could find it within yourselves to care too much.

A/N: thank you and I hope you have a great day too :) quick note that this may be a bit OOC, reader is mentioned to be female once or twice and there are subtle mentions of suicide and self harm aswell as abuse. This is also a pretty long post so do be warned.

a= affection (how affectionate are they? do they like receiving affection?)

•I think his love language is probably word of affirmation and quality time but William’s not restricted to just those two and will show you how much he loves you in a variety of forms.

•I feel like Liam would be against showing too much physical affection in public. It is the Victorian era after all and people would have a heart attack if a lady showed her ankles. But in general I think he’s a fairly affectionate lover. In public he would hold your hand and keep you close by him, maybe giving you a quick peck on the cheek or forehead but more commonly on the back of your hand as traces of pink blush rise to his cheeks, however he will tell you often how pretty, smart, funny etc. you are no matter who is around.

•in private, liam would be very affectionate to make up for his inability to do so in public without feeling incredibly flustered. Cuddling (god I hate using that word) would be fairly frequent and if you were out or vice versa, he’d give you a kiss on the lips and a hug when he or you returned . He’s a big hugger tbh but I’ll talk more about that later.

•he didn’t receive much affection as a child because it was mostly just him and louis and although he got a few hugs from friends in the orphanage but mostly from his little brother, Liam’s probably quite touch starved so if you do the bare minimum, it’ll have him on the verge of tears. In bed (get ur mind outta the gutter) he doesn’t mind being the big or little spoon but really just likes feeling the warmth of your body against his own cold one and hearing your steady heart beat.

b = beauty (what do they find most attractive and beautiful about their s/o, physically and otherwise?)

• honestly I think William won’t care too much about looks. He’s already seen how pretty privileged individuals get treated better i society and those who are deemed “ugly” get treated worse. That doesn’t mean he doesn’t value your beauty but rather that he thinks that looks fade and your inner beauty is more important.

•I think a romance with Liam would be a “he falls first and harder” + “love at first site”

•like when he first meets you as you feed a stray animal or teach an orphan or stand up to a corrupt noble, he’d see you as an almost angelic being and he would take that on throughout your relationship. He always sees such a brightness on your face whether your smiling or not. It’s like he can see beauty just radiating from your face.

•physically he sees your entire being as pretty but especially your face. It’s something liam has the pleasure of seeing everyday and sees no flaw in. He’s pretty hopelessly in love and I think thats adorable.

c = comfort (how would they comfort their s/o and how would his s/o comfort him)

• he’s actually really good at comforting you (I know I’m on the bad list but Santa please gimme a William moriarty. He’s too husband material to not be real) If he ever sees you’ve been crying, he’ll hold you in his arms and lets you tell him all your woes and troubles, wiping your tears away with his thumb and kissing your face while telling you how much you mean to him and how perfect you are.

•William tends to not talk about his problems much. He’s scared of being a burden and doesn’t like facing his past of being constantly abused as a child. He bottles up all his emotions until he cracks under the pressure and hides away where nobody can see him. If you’re comforting him, it’s probably best to just let him know that you’re there and give him a long hug while telling him you love him.

d = domestic (do they want to settle down? how are they around the house?)

•he has a lot on his mind but if he ever achieved his goals of eradicating the country of corruption, he would like to settle down in a small house farther away in the country with you but also in close proximity to his brothers who he would want to visit often with his children he would hope to have. After coming back with Sherlock from his ‘death’ he’s ready to live that life with you.

•everyone in the Moriarty manor helps around the house (maybe not Moran but whatever) so he does his fair share of housework too and he’s pretty good at it.

e = equal (what is the relationship dynamic like? Who is “in control”?)

•almost every Victorian relationship would have the husband as more dominant in the relationship and fulfilling all his masculine duties while women would be submissive and probably work as housewives or just socialites.

•however William knows this isn’t healthy and makes an effort to show you that you’re both equal in the relationship.

•instead of you being behind him or not talking to anyone in noble gatherings and parties, he encourages you to speak your mind and show you are equal to him.

•he’s such a cute little feminist 🥰 🥰

f = family & friends (how would their family feel about the relationship and how would they find out?)

•I think bond, Jack, Fred, Albert and Moran can probably tell there’s something going on between the two of you even before you confess to each other. Bond and Moran and constantly teasing the two of you and calling you ‘lovebirds’. Albert also teases William in a big brother kind of way but never as much as Bonde or Moran do. It’s kind of obvious to him that William has a crush on you. Jack starts giving slightly unwanted tips to William on how to capture a woman’s heart too. Fred asks you out of curiosity if you’re in love with William to which you reply in a flustered state.

• “lady (name), is it true you’re in love with Lord William?”

“What-? I mean he’s a really wonderful guy and I wouldn’t say no to courting him but-“

“So you do love him? 🤨”

“Yeah..”

•Louis would be bit clueless the entire time but the thought had popped in his head once after wondering if anyone in the group was going to get married because he wanted to know if he could make a wedding cake 💀

•I don’t think there would be a particular ‘announcement’ really. You two could just say you were getting married one day and nobody would think much of it (I’m gonna just namedrop my mtp fanfic ‘false lovers’ and say it would be funny if the two of you were pretend married except you acted like you were an old married couple so nobody would even be surprised if you mentioned that you two were in love.) Louis would probably be the only person half surprised.

•in terms of their thoughts on your relationship, they’d all be glad that William would have someone he could always rely on. Louis would especially be happy because he trust you to take care of William and be by his side. They all like you a lot and think you’re a good match together.

•I almost forgot about Sherlock. If you were there with William while they met on the noahtic, he would deduce that you both like each other but get cut off by one of you, solidifying his assumptions even more. He refers to you as William’s wife even if you aren’t married just because he’s thinks he’s funny. If William ever confides in Sherlock about you, I think that would show to Sherlock who probably has no interest in love that the two of you truly do love each other.

g = gentle (how gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)

•he’s incredibly gentle. Liam’s so soft spoken around you and has never ever yelled at you, even in arguments. If he’s upset with you, it’s probably with good reason or he’s stressed and can’t talk to anyone but even then he tells you maturely that he needs to be alone or needs comfort (even if he refuses to ask for help sometimes)

•every lingering touch is soft and calm. His “blood stained” hands are really soft and well taken care of. Sometimes to grasp your attention, he hold your hands in his and talks to you in the sweetest and most harmonious voice ever.

•If you’re on a mission together, he’ll try do most of the work because he doesn’t want you getting hurt but applauds you for every noble you stab and shoot. After each mission he’ll take you to the side and wipe any filthy blood of your pretty face and comfort you, telling you it’s all over and one day you won’t need to do any of this anymore

h = hugs (do they like hugs? how often do they do it? what are their hugs like?)

•he likes hugs but only in private, like I said earlier. There’s something really intimate about just holding someone in your arms and never wanting to let go.

•he hugs you quite often but again, only really in private. He might hug you from behind in the morning while you brush your teeth or after a mission he’d kiss your forehead and hug you in his arms or have you sit on his lap and play with his hair while he’s finishing off marking papers for university. His hugs are soft and comforting whether it’s him spooning you in bed or wrapping his arms around your waist when he gets home from work.

i = i love you (how fast do they say the L-word?)

•to be honest, I think if William really loved someone romantically, he’d have to have known them for a long time. He shows you that he loves you in other ways such as protecting you or getting you gifts or spending time with you.

•he doesn’t think he should wait too long to tell you he loves you because as your lover, it should be expected rather than a surprise but he’s not going to tell you he loves you straight away.

•I think Liam would say he loves you while he climbs into bed with you, thinking ours still asleep and just giving you a kiss on the cheek and whispering ‘I love you’ before he falls asleep except you were awake the entire time and whisper back an ‘I love you’

j = jealousy (how jealous do they get? what do they do when they're jealous?)

•I cant tell if he would get jealous fairly easily or not at all. I guess he’d be jealous but fairly silently.

•If someone’s flirting with you, he’ll get a bit more handsy until they realise they should leave. If they don’t leave after you tel them you already have someone he’ll start dropping a few more hints until he speaks up and tells them to leave. If you ask him later if he was jealous, he’d only reply with a smile and “any man would feel envious if some imbecile was flirting with his beautiful lover” and that’s the end of it. Unless the guy flirting with you ends up dead the following day for various other reasons expect this time he put a bit more effort into the kill.

k = kisses (what are their kisses like? where do they like to kiss their partner? where do they like to be kissed?)

•oh to have the privilege of being kissed by William.

•his kisses are passionate and soft. He’s not really a rough kisser and is more sensual. His lips are soft and well taken care of and he’s very very gentle

•Liam’s favourite places to kiss you would be your forehead, your cheeks, your neck, your hands and your lips. (But he doesn’t discriminate!!) Each place he kisses is for various reasons and imply different things.

•Kissing you on the forehead is for comforting you, cheeks would be if you did him a quick favour like fetching something for him or when he’s leaving for work in a rush and doesn’t have time to give you a longer kiss. , neck is when… 😏 or when he’s hugging you from behind and catching you by surprise, hands is for when he’s flirting with you or showing you off in public and your lips is when he’s feeling more vulnerable.

l = little ones (how are they around children?)

•he basically had to raise Louis by himself while he was growing up and was frequently around other children in the orphanages he went to so he’s pretty good with kids even though he probably doesn’t think so.

•in the future, I can see him wanting a son or daughter with you if he’s willing to settle down, probably after he ‘died’

•if you can’t have children or would want to adopt, he’d be more than happy to adopt a little boy or girl who would come from an underprivileged background. It’s like he could go back in time and take in a mini him

m = morning (how are mornings spent with them?)

•I think Liam wakes up quite early so he’ll leave you to sleep but write a cute little ‘good morning’ note on his side of the bed and if you’re clinging on to him while you sleep, he’ll put his pillow in your arms instead. If he has no reason to wake up early and let’s himself have a lie-in , which is quite rare, he’s going to be woken up by a kiss from you on the top of his head as you try to wake him up while he mutters ‘five more minutes’ and grabs you back into his arms.

•he’s not too fond of those really goofy nicknames like ‘snugglebug 🥺’ but he’s probably a more traditional guy. He doesn’t expect you to use any nicknames but if you do, he’d get very silently flustered.

•his nicknames for you would include: darling, my dear, my love, my Angel, honey, doll-face, sweetheart and maybe a shortened version of your first name. Anything that makes you happy and/or can get you blushing.

•yours for him would include: baby, my love, sunshine, my beloved, darling, dearest, liam, will, Angel face, dove, mon amour, sweetheart and more

•I feel like if he sees you as a long time partner, which realistically he would, he would tell you his real name. I think it symbolises a deep connection between Liam and other people (his brothers and best friend all know his real name) so in private, he’d let you call him by that name.

•that’s certainly going to take a while.

•William is quite closed off and never really reveals anything about himself. Even in the manga and anime, we don’t find out much about William apart from how Albert took him in and that time he went to court but even then, not much detail is given.

•he has trust issues by the way so if he can trust you then the others would see it as a miracle.

•I don’t think it’s a matter of when but say if he was being vulnerable due to trauma and you’re there for him as he cries into your chest, he’ll tell you a few more things from his past.

•each time he gets vulnerable with you, he’ll tell you more pieces of his mysterious past and if you’re smart enough, you’ll be able to put all this together to create a mental timeline

•he’s really grateful he has someone to be somewhat open to even if it’s just a bit

p = patience (how easily angered are they?)

•he seems pretty calm on the surface and it can honestly fool many people including yourself but as seen in the chapter where his student was hiding something from him, William actually has a lot of repressed anger

•he’s very patient with you, especially if you’ve had a past involving abuse from short tempered people. I don’t think he’d ever yell at you and he definitely would never hit you

q = quizzes (how much would they remember about their partner?)

•every. single. detail.

•I have a headcannon that Liam has really good photographic memory and he remembers almost anything you tell him.

•you tell him about some old pet goldfish you really loved when you were 6 but it died because you accidentally over fed it and your dad had to flush it down the toilet? he’ll remember. (That sounds so sinister I’m sorry 💀)

•he’s also really good at planning dates because of this great ability. He can remember all of your favourite places to eat and your favourite flowers without difficulty.

r = remember (what is their favourite moment in your relationship?)

•he has a lot. He literally loves every breathing moment with you and would want to die in your arms and be with you forever if he could.

•maybe it’s that time he made a slight miscalculation on a mission and got wounded so you had to temporarily bandage him up with some clean fabric from your clothes

•or maybe that time he got sick and could barely leave his bed (we all know this man is a major workaholic so he’s going to be upset about this to some degree) so you nursed him back to health and stayed by his side no matter how annoying or disgustingly ill he got (bro prolly still looks majestic even if he’s infected with a sickly virus)

•or that time you both stayed up late together in the library and fell asleep while he read to you and then you were both found by a worried Louis in the morning

•or that time that you took Liam outside one night to see a shooting star and although you don’t tell him what you wished for, he could hear you whispering under your breath “I want to be with William forever..”

•or that time you both went on a walk in a nearby peak and saw that a small pond had frozen over and he took you ‘ice skating’ on it (don’t try this at home kids, no matter how hot and sexy the blond man is)

•or that time you brought him lunch and were invited to stay for the remainder of the lecture while he was working and all his students were surprised that professor William had such a pretty wife (take the compliment bitch) but you and William had to avoid getting bombarded with questions about their teachers love life so you were stuck in a closet together until the young men had left to you both alone

•or that time..jk I’ll stop now..

s = security (how protective are they? would they like to be protected?)

•he’s pretty protective. Liam knows that multiple people would want to kidnap one of the people closest to the Lord of crime and use you against him. He also knows that once he gets outted as the Lord of crime, things are probably going to be difficult for you and you would totally be questioned about your involvement in the serial killings of nobles in England.

•he’s protective but not in a yandere way (unless I make a yandere alphabet and he is) or an abusive way. He respects that you are your own person and you can take care of yourself but if you’ve been gone for a good few hours (5+ hours is when he’d get a bit worried) and he doesn’t know where you are, that’s when his protective instinct kicks in and if anyone dares hurt you, they’re not going to make it home in one piece or without a few painful injuries.

•William can protect himself as much as you can but if he ever get out in a position where he doesn’t have a plan, he would be so grateful if you came to his rescue.

•like in that one manga chapter when he gets kidnapped, I can imagine his eyes lighting up when he see you enter the room and stab or shoot his captor even though he had a plan.

t = try (how much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

• Liam tries a lot. Sometimes he feels he doesn’t have enough time for you and he knows that when he does set up a date, he shouldn’t bail on you or make it low effort. He so a gentleman after all. On anniversaries or your birthday, he’ll make sure to make the whole day perfect, from getting you breakfast in bed to buying you expensive jewellery. He makes a note of all your favourite things so he knows what to do for you on dates

•William’s gifts are thoughtful and although he has a lot of money to spend on you, he also knows that simple things like a note in your pocket telling you to “have a lovely day :)” can bring a smile to your face too. If he sees flowers that he knows you like while he walks past the florist, he’ll bring them home for you. On bigger occasions such as birthdays, holidays or anniversaries, he puts alot of effort into finding out what the perfect gift for you would be. Sometimes he cant choose just one so expect William to hand you a gift bag full of gifts wrapped In Wrapping paper, all of varying sizes. Some may be boxes of pretty jewellery, others may be books. He also just likes buying you things even if it’s for no particular reason. Anything to show how much he loves you even in everyday tasks. He asks Louis to teach him how to make some of your favourite dishes so he can make them for you whenever or he’ll help you pick out outfits for parties (he thinks everything looks good on you so he may not be much of a help but he’s trying)

u = ugly (what would be some bad habits of theirs?)

•he smokes. A lot.

•although it’s canon that he does it for the sake of self harm, Liam tries to avoid doing it around you after numerous scoldings from you that it’s not good for his health (bonus points if you have some experience in the medical field). You tell him how bad it is for his lungs all the time and it makes him feel a bit guilty so he doesn’t smoke within a 100m radius of you

•he also lacks proper self-care in terms of not getting enough sleep and forgetting to eat , which annoys both you and Louis

•although he loves you a lot, William is suicidal so he always has the lingering thought that he’s going to have to die to atone for his sins soon and can be quite distant toward the ‘end’ of your relationship in an effort to protect you from any mental and emotional harm he also sometimes gets scared you’ll leave him and he wouldn’t be able to take that which is why earlier on, he’d be very hesitant to even talk to you and panics when he realises he might have feelings for you

•but like a win is a win and I would do anything, no matter how strange, to even breathe the same air as this man

v = vanity (how concerned are they with their looks?)

•William isn’t one to care too much about beauty, as I said earlier, but he sees himself as inferior to you deep down. He knows he doesn’t deserve you no matter how many times you tell him that he is. He has the nickname ‘Angel’ for you because he sees himself as a demon, a devil while you are a benevolent Angel who would never stoop to his level. (William please see a therapist)

•William also thinks you are the better looking one in the relationship, but he isn’t really insecure about himself. He knows he’s conventionally attractive. Multiple women have thrown themselves at him or asked him out on a date, to which he would politely decline. He knows you’re being genuine when you run your fingers through his blond hair and calling him the ‘ most beautiful and pretty man in the universe ‘ (if I was with Liam I’d be doing the at all the time. Every time he does anything I’d just be calling him pretty because I’m madly in love with him) He still feels he needs to make a slight effort around you and can feel a little insecure if another man was flirting with you, but you have the decency to turn him down

• “i-“ *blinking as you look to William then to the flirt again* “you mean mrs, right?”

•he totally would. It would take a lot for William to even consider making friends let alone finding love so if he does end up falling in love, that means his significant other would be very special.

•at first he didn’t think he had time for love with all the Lord of crime stuff but after the constant denial of being helplessly in love with you turns to acceptance, he knows that you’re his other half. His heart only has room for you and if you were to leave him or if he were to leave you, liam would feel lost and incomplete.

• okay so I have a few:

he likes when you read to him or when he reads to you before bed

If you’re wearing flavoured lip gloss which I’m sure didn’t exist back hen but let’s pretend it did, he’d guess the flavour you were wearing whenever you kissed.

If he finds out you’re interested in a topic he’s not well educated on, he spends a lot of time researching it to impress you

He likes buying you clothes and watching you try them on

If you wanted a pet (cats are better) he would protest at first out of fear it may distract you from him but end up really liking it once he gets it.

You know how he likes weird food combos? Liam would ask you to try food with him but you’d end up throwing up after eating fish and strawberry cake.

he once did your hair and make up and it was actually really good

y = yuck (what are some things they wouldn't like, either in general or in a partner?)

•he hates selfish nobles and corrupt rich people who have no regard for other’s wellbeing so if you fall anywhere in that, he’s not gonna wanna be with you, sorry bae 😞

z = zzz (what is a sleep habit of theirs?)

•we all know that William has a messed up sleep schedule. he stays awake late at night frequently only to randomly fall asleep during the day.

•like in that one scene in the anime when William fall asleep on a couch and bond is just confused. I just thought it’d be super cute if you would be sat beside him and his head lands on your thighs as quiet snores come out of his mouth.

•when you two eventually share a bedroom and a queen sized bed, William will make an effort to try and sleep next to you.

•I head-cannon that he can’t fall asleep on demand unless he sleeps beside you. I think he also likes hearing your voice just as he is about to sleep. It’s like a lullaby for him.

•at one point you just start carrying a blanket with you while you’re out with Liam just so if he falls asleep, he can’t get comfortable.

•if you both have similar sleep schedules (you probably do if you’re scrolling through mtp tumblr late at night) then I don’t think there would be much of an issues apart from the two of you being scolded by Louis for not sleeping.

author's thoughts. REAL!!!! i don't usually write for childe, since i'm still working on getting his personality right, but these are just some of the thoughts i've had about him and pantalone's child.

among the harbingers, it is a well known fact that childe absolutely spoils [name] (as if their own father doesn't do that enough...). he is the closest in age to them and tends to view them as if they were another sibling of his, so it's no wonder that he's so... doting.

i like to think childe is an impulse spender tbh, especially when they arrive in liyue. he pays close attention to the little things they mention. he listens and remembers. if they express interest in something, he'll absolutely get it for them, even though they are capable of paying for themselves.

he def gets them cool weapons idc!!! should he be giving a 16 year old this really dangerous sword? no, probably not, but it's fine!!!!! he spars with them on a regular basis anyways!!! he knows what they can and can't handle!!!!!!! actually, childe was forbidden from sparring with them after he accidentially hurt them one time. he got his pay cut in half that month as a consequence... now arlecchino is the only one allowed to physically train them, but still!! childe does pay attention to their physical state. he swears he knows what they can and can't handle.

(childe also encourages them to take on weapons they aren't good with. i personally think they have a weak upper body, so things like claymores, bows... yeah. they refuse to work with claymores, but admit that knowing how to use a bow might be useful. childe isn't allowed to teach them, but he is thrilled nonetheless.)

he totally does get them really high quality clothes made only from the finest silk flowers. of course, he also gets them clothes that have good functionality. they can't really say they mind this, because... i mean. they are a debt collector. they need clothes with good functionality.

he's also rather fascinated by their ability to use pyro without a vision. he knows someone else like that... he doesn't dare compare them to the traveler, though; childe knows that they'd be pissed if he so much as implied that they're anything like the vile one responsible for their mother figure's death.

overall he's just a pretty kind, doting brother figure that treats [name] like a normal-ish kid, and honestly?

i think they'd appreciate that a lot.

I feel like Soonyoung would definitely be the playful type ! He loves doing anything as long as it’s with you

Similarly to Jun, I feel like you’d never know what his next move is -- he’s insane like that

I also think he’s a loud boyfriend, always wanting attention from you, but also is not afraid to give that same attention back to you

Quality Time

Soonyoung always wants to be around you no matter what he is doing or where he is

Though, since he’s an introvert, he definitely is going to want his alone time at some point

He usually claims his alone time as universe factory time or dance practice time,,,he uses the silence to create masterpieces

Y’all would absolutely choose one night a week to go out for dinner together, just to fill each other in on what you’ve been doing during the few times you’re not together

Absolutely loves taking you on trips !!

Soonyoung also seems like the type where one minute he’ll be loud, demanding you play a game like mario kart or smash bros with him, and the next, he’ll be asleep on the couch, cuddling his designated living room tiger plushie

Words of Affirmation

I think Soonyoung is big on words of affirmation

Of course, it works both ways, as he doesn’t want to just be complimenting you and then receiving nothing on his end

He never fails to tell you how amazing you are all the time, no matter what you’re doing

He (like me) would just say random encouragements like “I believe in you” and “I’m proud of you” even if you were just doing chores or brushing your teeth

Of course, you compliment him back, never failing to notice his talents in singing, dancing and song writing

You are the first person he shows all of his music too, and loves when you mix his songs into your favorite playlists

Soonyoung, a very loving person, never fails to tell you how much he loves you. It’s a constant thing -- so much that you almost get annoyed at it

Physical Touch

Soonyoung is the king of physical touch, but instead of it being more of a comforting thing, he’s just constantly in your bubble

He wants to rest his head on your shoulders or thighs, he hugs you any time he possibly can, he holds your hand in the car while he is driving

When he laughs, he falls on top of you, because he can’t control himself <3

He’s definitely also big on cuddling - he wants to have you in his arms, all the time

“Soonyoung I need to roll over, my shoulder hurts.”

“Yay, I love being the little spoon”

You put up with his antics, no matter how insane they are because you love him and would do anything for him, if it means the smile stays on his face

Of course, with wanting to be around you all the time, he also needs his alone time, and you are never against that -- you need your own space too, and you’re glad that the both of you can respect each other

Acts of Service

I feel like this is the love language that Soonyoung lacks in the most, but not in a bad way

Rather than doing things for you, he’d rather do things with you

Instead of cleaning up after dinner himself, he helps you, carrying the bigger dishes and washing them

Instead of doing chores like dusting or vacuuming, you split the chores -- he’ll dust the higher shelves and cabinets since you can’t reach them

I will say, Soonyoung always drives!

Even if you love driving and honestly prefer being behind the wheel, Soonyoung wants to be the one driving you just to make sure that you get places on time, and safely

Honestly, he cares almost a bit too much tbh

Though, on the other hand, when you’re sick or not feeling well…

Soonyoung is doing EVERYTHING

He’ll do all the chores, clean the whole house, make you food (even if it’s just ramen), he’ll make sure your favorite show is queued up on the TV and that you always have medicine and water for when you need it

He will also do this when he notices your stressed - he wants to take care of you as much as he can, and if that means doting on you, he’ll do it

Gift Giving

Opposite of Acts of Service, I think this is the category that Soonyoung strives in obviously besides physical touch that man is gorilla glued to you

Soonyoung loves to give you things, whether it be just bringing you a cup of tea in the morning, or buying you the most expensive jewelry he can find, even if you don’t wear it that often

He’s also big on seeing you in his clothes !! He wants to give you all of his tiger print shirts, jackets and hoodies, loving how it makes you think of him when you’re not together

For your birthday, though, he’ll always go all out: asking Mingyu to teach him how to make your favorite dessert and seaweed soup

He’ll buy you something that’s been on your wishlist for forever, even if it’ll be a little hard to pay for

Like seriously if you wanted a new house for a gift, he’d pay the down payment in a heartbeat

He just wants you to know that he cares for you, and when words don’t work, his presents would speak for him

hey guys. kinda an elaboration post on this AU concept I made but.

not 100% sure what this is exactly, but I wanted to make it, sooo. hehe!!! :3

Hacker: The hacker is very swift and can easily confuse people, being able to glitch (teleport) around. They are also very smart and quick strategizers.

Wicked: The wicked is very destructive and deceiving. They are willing to damage, alter and destroy things just to get their way. They are also very independent compared to other roles.

Keeper: The keeper is, usually, very caring person, wanting to restore what’s been broken despite not being able to create. They prefer everything to be at least relatively orderly, making it their objective to keep everything organized.

Joker: The joker is, well, the joker. Their whole role’s definition is to joke around and just be an asshat, though some find a way to make their deceiving qualities useful.

Drifter: The drifter is usually a very causal and easy-going person. They’re chill going solo, yet can pair with a team pretty well. They’d be a good addition to a party or group.

Patron: The patron is a creator, being very determined to restore things, sort of like the keeper. The patron is different, though, as they can actually create things, often working with the keeper to keep (no pun intended) things orderly.

Archon: The archon is probably the most confusing role. The archon is hard to understand and unpredictable, being able to create two-way portals that others may access and use. The creation of these portals and where they end up, however, is quite hard to master.

Spectre: The spectre is a rare type of role to see, as it takes a lot of time (similar to the Archon) to master. Though not too confusing, the ways someone may use these powers can be difficult to navigate at times.

Thief: The thief is a mischievous role similar to the joker; their whole role was made to steal and, overall, be a relative menace. Just like the joker, though, they can find a way to turn their deceiving qualities useful.

Heretic: The heretic is an independent-yet-good-for-teaming-up role (similar to the drifter). They often curse things into their own favor in some way, yet complaining when they get cursed.

Chameleon: The chameleon is a combination of all of the roles shown above; just in fragments. Not much is really known about this role due to the lack of documentation and people who are familiar with the role itself.

Muggle: The muggle is…a normal person. Muggles just have a faster than average running speed and higher jump height. There also isn’t much about this role due to its lack of documentation. There also isn’t really much to say about them in general.

Ok I'm rather busy and had planned to write a longer post elaborating on this topic but I can't do it now, I'll probably still write one later but I wanted to make a short post as the topic has become relevant: the thing that you have to know about my writing style is that (speaking particularly about my serious posts here and not my shitposts) it is very literal modulo certain stylistic quirks. I don't really have time to elaborate all of these (ironically this post was written in a rush, and thus might not itself be the best example of my usual style), but one important fact is that when I say "almost", "in generally", "more-or-less", "in some sense" and so on, I really mean these. Like, these aren't filler words, I think a lot of people just gloss over them but tbh I often agonize over where exactly to put these when writing a post. I sometimes leave posts in my drafts for ages just because I haven't decided whether to propose some phrase with "generally" or not. I'm very, like, careful about trying to make it unambiguous that I don't mean whatever I don't mean, right? So these words are not meant to be glossed over; they're written carefully and they're meant to be read carefully.

It's also important to note that I omit them for stylistic reasons quite often, in particular because if I included words like this everywhere that I think they should logically be, my writing would become like, unreadable. So I try to structure things whereby I set the reader up with reasonable assumptions about what generalizations are absolute, which ones are statistical but high confidence, which ones are very loose and so on. So for instance I'll often set up the appropriate way of understanding a generalization in the first paragraph in which it is introduced, and then make it clear from context that the reader should carry this through when I talk about it going forward. Maybe I don't always do a good job.

But like, consider this recent post. I first say that "I’m comfortable taking it almost as an axiom that no one should ever get kicked out of where they are living". And when I say almost, you know, I mean almost! Idk if other people's writing has this quality. Almost is not there for metrical shape, it's there for content! Anyway, later say something like "an ideal housing policy should respect this axiom", and this is meant to mean... well, I'm not sure really how to say it other than how I said it, it's meant to mean "an ideal housing policy should respect this axiom". A very important part of the semantics of this sentence is that I am invoking a sort of fundamental property of ideals, which is that you usually can't achieve them in actual practice but you should try to get close, modulo whatever constraints you are under. Maybe it's not clear that these constraints are the same constraints imposing exceptions to the axiom; that seems like a genuine ambiguity. Well that's on me.

Anyway, this post sounds kinda snarky like I'm getting on people's case for not reading my post correctly, but no that's not what I mean at all! No like, I'm not irritated at other for not reading a post how I intended it. But I've been wanting to write about my own writing style for a while, in particular because as I said I write in a very particular way whose meaning may not always be like... obvious to readers. And this was a good opportunity to like, point out one of the biggest ways in which my writing style is particular, and which sometimes leads to misunderstanding. Well anyway. Sorry this was written in a rush cause I have actual things I have to do today, there's probably typos and so on so please forgive that.

I was redirected here by bronzetomatoes after inquiring about kylo ren hate (I think the hitting him with a car post is so funny and also i know so little about star wars. it adds to the comedy tbh) and i was told if i want the funny/thorough answer that you’re the place to go. so if you’d like to, go absolutely off the walls about it :)

My friend have you come to the right place.

SO BASICALLY Star Wars is a story about how 3 good movies collectively altered the course of human history by making just like, stupid amounts of money right?

So obviously, Disney was like “I need to get in on that” and bought Star Wars and then started working on their own trilogy. If you’re a Star Wars fan, this is pretty cool! New planets, new character, new lore! It was pretty awesome. The trailer for the first movie in this new trilogy came out and everyone loved it! So much interesting things!!! A female protagonist?!?!? Wow this is so awesome!!!

The problem was the movie isn’t very good.

Don’t get me wrong the force awakens is fine, definitely the best movie in the trilogy, the problem is that it wasn’t good enough, not for most audiences, and especially not for Disney. So they fired JJ Abrams, who directed the force awakens, and hired Ryan Johnson to direct the second movie: the last Jedi.

I fucking hate the last Jedi.

And so did like half the world, and what followed the release of the film was probably the worst fucking time in the history of life on earth to be a Star Wars fan, as basically the entire fanbase devolved into a civil war between last jedi haters and last jedi defenders.

But amongst all the fighting, another group was beginning to form, one that had began in the shadows of the Force Awakens, but was now bolstered by the release of the last Jedi, a shadowy and secretive threat that was about to rear it’s ugly head:

Reylo.

Now, Reylo, as a ship is like, fine? It’s literally just the most barebones enemies to lovers ship you can imagine.

But Reylo as a fanbase? That’s where things start to get interesting. Because what Reylo lacked in character and writing, it made up for in hot fucking actors (I mean it’s fucking Daisy Ridley and Adam Driver what did you expect). this in turn led to a vicious cycle where Reylo fans were extremely uh… motivated… and also had basically blank canvases to build off of. This lead to the Reylo fandom becoming almost a separate entity to the Star Wars fandom, which only further boosted their forces.

But what made Reylo infamous was the scale. These guys were loud, and were prepared to rip anyone to shreds for even the smallest injustices. It was a dog eat dog world, and one that maintained itself through a constant state of war.

But setting Reylo fans aside for a second, you may be wondering “Okay but what does any of that have to do with Kylo Ren?” Which, sure fair question. But to answer that, we have to look at Reylo not as a ship, but as characters.

Now, Rey, as far as protagonists go, is… fine? She’s definitely screwed majorly by being in a completely unplanned trilogy of movies that wasn’t interest in making her a compelling and likable character, but like even then I’d be lying if I said that she wasn’t at the very least interesting. And again like I’ll take any excuse to see Daisy Ridl- sorry what, anyways point is Rey Palpatine skywalker kenobi whatever is a perfectly mediocre protagonist and thus, while sexist assholes may try to convince you that she burned the world’s crops and poisoned the town water supply, truth be told I and many others fans became at worst indifferent, and best charmed by her.

But Kylo Ren? Kylo Motherfucking Ren? Ben SWOLO himself?

This man makes me violent.

And it’s not because he’s more well written then Rey, or even because his writing is particularly worse, as far as I’m concerned they’re both hand in unlovable in in terms of writing quality.

The problem with Kylo is that he could of been so much better, so easily, and yet people still fawned over him.

Like, this guy is Darth Vader’s Fucking Grandson, Luke Skywalker’s Nephew, Son of Han Solo and Leia Skywalker, 1 hot actor removed from self insert character, and yet these writers fucking struggle, each and every time, to figure out what to do with him. Like they are fucking racking their brains trying to make a guy with one of the sickest lightsaber designs ever and a badass outfit all being acted by ADAM FUCKING DRIVER “interesting.”

And PEOPLE FUCKING FELL FOR IT. Like if you go into almost any even slightly sad tag in ao3 I guarantee there will be at least one kylo fic. Like I can not stress to you enough how many people fucking lost their MINDS!!!

And remember, this is all ON TOP of the fawning that Reylo stans had already been doing. Which only made things worse, if you can even believe that.

And so ever since Rise of Skywalker managed to drag the sequel trilogy’s tired, burning, mangled corpse over the finish line, and all the buzz over it died down, and every YouTube video essayist/movie analyzer saw dollar signs in their eyes, we’re left here, with Adam Driver’s tits swaying in the wind. And for what? The most stock Sad Boy Villaintm of all time and his British gf? A marginally cool lightsaber design? Maybe like, 1 cool fight scene at the end of the first movie?

Like… I’m just left to stare… Stare at this man’s hot topic shopper ass hair cut and Zuko wannabe facial scar, left with nothing better to do than seethe, quietly and angrily, at a character who could have been so much, who could have done so much, but yet was doomed to only ever be himself.

In the end, I suppose I am like Sisyphus, rolling my anger up a hill, knowing that it’ll only roll back down again anyway, and yet not an ounce less motivated to continue my toil. Because Kylo Ren is my enemy, my one true opposite in this great narrative we call reality.

And at least, on some nights, I can rest easy knowing that he fucking died at the end.

WAYS ON HOW I STAY SANE AS A BXG 🤍

inspired by a convo i had with @rainbowsky and i thought to make a post. it’s been a while since i made a write-up like this and i think it’s timely to make one cause even now — i’m seeing new turtles. or those who are experiencing fandom burnout. no matter what group you belong to i hope this helps a bit. as someone who have been here for quiet some time, i’ll just share things i do to make my fandom life as peaceful as possible.

we really get the best of both worlds as bxgs who love two amazing guys : xz & wyb. but sometimes that also means twice the stress and everything else. whether from content they put out or the cpn side of things. i’m not saying to live in a bubble where nothing bad ever happens, however, fandom should primarily bring happiness and relief. it is not one that makes you dread everyday if things don’t go “your way”. so here’s how i manage to do that.

1. The Truth is they Don’t Owe me Anything

They don’t owe us candy/ cpn. They don’t need to make us secure of their relationship. If you are a BXG that believes in szd, then you must accept that it’s their relationship and not ours. It is between them. Whatever clues we manage to dig up and see is because we are so attuned to them. Tho sometimes I do believe they turn gremlin and leave us stuff to see— but again, we should not feel like we are entitled to be given any of that regularly. At one point, it will be the best for them to live their life and enjoy their relationship quietly. I know candy can be addicting and is one of the pillars of the fandom but it’s not everything. It should not be a make or break for you as a fan, if it is, then you may want reconsider why you’re here.

There will be times of no sweets. People must accept that it’s not 2019 anymore. They are not promoting a project together and so we will not see them like we did. Don’t compare the amount and quality of CPNs from before and now.

Just enjoy what we manage to spot and see. 🤍 Also knowing their status as celebrities, the focus of the public must be their work and not their personal life. I think they both understand the risks of them interacting and being seen together & it’s better to be safe.

2. Appreciate their career

Sometimes I feel like i’m a full on career fan lol. Considering how I first started this blog as a CPN only space then evolved into an update account and so on. The thing is I really appreciate their work and whatever content they bring us. I am a fan of them as individuals and i’m happy that I was able to make that switch. I don’t think I would last this long if all i’m here for is their relationship and interactions. I don’t blame those who left, especially back in 2021, when they found a much better CP to support. It’s their decision. But that’s the point, they were here for the “relationship” and not XZ & WYB. that’s why they left.

This is the best way to not get distracted by unnecessary things. There is so much content to get through when it comes to the boys and that should keep you distracted — you’ll have no time for negative news.

3. Stay on your own lane

I am talking about fandoms in particular. Don’t talk about other fandoms unless absolutely necessary. Don’t look for trouble by mentioning other CP fandoms. Stay in the BXG fandom as much as you can. TBH, I am SZD so I don’t see them as a CP like what other fandoms do. That’s why I don’t get really nervous when other CP fandoms have their own candies. But if they do, it’s theirs. We are not the only clowns in the world. Other people can speculate and theorize on their own pairings. Remember that before XZ & WYB, they have other CP pairings too. We are not the first. We are the most popular, strong in numbers and resilient — but we are not the only one. There will be more. Especially with the more dramas and movies they will be making in the foreseeable future. You will never be happy if you keep comparing this fandom to others.

I have personally toned down my bias towards showing off their Double Standards. And what the hell are you even doing going to other CP pairings territory? LOL. Please stop. Again. Stay on your own lane. Don’t go looking for “evidence” in other people’s home.

4. Don’t go to toxic places

Expanding on #3. Do not go to obvious toxic spaces and give yourself a headache reading their bullshit. Don’t waste your time trying to argue with antis ( twitter especially ) who are only there to goad you in the first place. I admit that sometimes I do cross over to those places especially if there is something on the hot search but I don’t do it regularly. Knowing your enemy as a strategy does not necessarily apply here. Do your best instead into making a positive environment for those who like XZ & WYB. 🤍

5. Take a break and live your life

The boys always say this and it is true. Take a break. If you catch yourself going down an unhealthy rabbit hole of fandom then please stop. Go out. Talk to your loved ones. Do some chores. Sleep. Rest. Do other things. Watch Buddy Daddies LOL.

At one point in the fandom it was truly unhealthy for me. I couldn’t sleep because of crippling FOMO. I had to accept that there will always be things I will miss. I can always catch up. There is no pressure for me to always be the first one to update and post. No one cares. I can do fandom in my own pace. It can be really overwhelming sometimes and it’s okay to take a breather. 🤍

6. Don’t crack your head open

This applies to CPN and other fan or anti theories. Don’t think too much about it. It’s not rocket science. CPN is mainly for fun and there is a little amount that goes into serious territory. There is no need to believe everything. Take what makes sense to you and stick to that.

7. Participate in the Fandom

I think one of the ways to have a good fandom experience is to be present. to participate. It doesn’t have to be anything big because I understand that not everyone has the time to do so. Personally, it took me some time to show myself because there is joy in being a lurker. Put something out there that you would want to see but you think isn’t available. Or even if there is already one out there, put your own spin to it. Don’t be overcome by the crippling fear that no one would bother reading it so you just won’t post. Someone will see it. You will. You will accomplish something and contribute to the fandom.

I’m keeping this list short and simple as a guide for those who want to live a ( mostly ) peaceful fandom life. or maybe one of these may be a reminder for you to take it easy.

The road ahead is long, so take care of yourself. 💛
