In Congress, July 4, 1776

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.

You know....... I haven't been thinking about where the water comes from in skies and now that I've opened that door I feel like we need to talk about it. the lustrum ice business has to be insane. the reach for how lush it is doesn't seem to have a ton of visible water sources near civilization iirc so are they using primarily ice? is well-digging a good option if the landmasses are so small? is the atmosphere thick enough for a water cycle? and if so are there specialized fungi that collect water vapor? does correspondence play a large role in keeping the garden contained and sustainable? how does london's presence affect that balance?
