Ok so. If you aren't aware. The android arc of dragon ball was originally going to focus on the androids 19 & 20 and trunks even names them specifically

But Toriyamas former editor, Kazuhiko Torishima, didn't like them as the main antagonists and so Toriyama changed it to focus on 17 & 18 as the bad guys and introduced 16 as a sort of mystery

Now. This gets almost completely dropped once that same former editor ALSO doesn't like these androids and cell becomes the main villian for the arc (yeah yeah, the bomb thing is technically *there*, but its so inconsequential most people forget its even a thing :T )

So. Idk exactly when movie 8 went into production, but we know Brolys LSSJ form was inspired by trunks SSJ grade3 form that appears several chapters after cell has been introduced and the androids have become power-up fodder, so im gonna argue its safe to say the decision to move away from their story had been made

(side tangent that I find absolutely hilarious btw- despite gokus commentary in the HTC, SSJ grade 3 was the strongest form of ssj we saw at this point, so its pretty appropriate to use it as the basis of the strongest scariest ssj form.... rrriiiiiiiiggght up until toriyama introduced SSJ2 on Feb 2, 1993- near exactly 1 month before the first Broly movie hit theaters. Completely undermined what, up til then, looked like a trend in stronger form = bigger and beefier right as the big beefy strongest guy ever movie came out 🤣 absolutely love it!)

So anyways. The movies overall also tend to have varying degrees of similarities with recent arcs in the show and Toriyama, while not overly involved, would give the studio designs and story notes. And. Idk. Yall can tell me im reaching if ya want, but: A guy who's made into a weapon by his father who's on a quest for revenge and has this conflicting view of his son as both someone he feels he failed to protect, someone he cares about, but also as a tool for that revenge, and someone who's destructive power hes become deeply afraid of.. now where have we seen somethin like that 🤔 may be an extra reach but I also think its neat that despite their different face shape, Toriyamas gave em the same expression

And yeah, to me atleast, it explains why hating goku specifically gets shoehorned into brolys backstory (listen I can absolutely do the mental gymnastics to make it make sense! I'm fine with it! Anyway. My last note is just this statement from Toriyama about 16 and Gero. The way gero is presented is really in line with how I see Paragus as this tragic failure of a father- honestly caring about his kid, but letting grief and revenge drive him into conflicting corners where he wants revenge FOR the life denied his son, but also actively shaping his son into such a terrifying weapon that ultimately hed rather his kid just never be conscious cause thats the 'only way to keep them safe'

1. lee's better with words, gaara's better with actions, and they're both secretly envious of the other for it: my thoughts here are that gaara spent so much of his life not understanding love that he'd still struggle to articulate it in flowery ways that i think, as a born theatre kid, lee would be good at. but gaara would absolutely be that person who shows it in subtle ways -- like taking care of someone when sick, remembering food preferences, always ensuring lee takes care of himself when lee forgets or is busy having a self-flagellation moment. not that i think lee would be incompetent, but he strikes me as more of a scatterbrain, but would always be on top of verbal reassurances and affection (which i also think is what gaara would benefit from: clear straightforward declarations of feelings and intent)

After killing someone which we know is a big trigger for him historically.

But Ed also had a valid reaction. He's wanted to retire for a while and stede knows this but it hasn't seemed to have sunk in quite yet. He fears that Stede only sees Blackbeard and...its fair of him to have that impression tbh. These are two messy, traumatized dudes who have never had a real relationship and there's gonna be bumps. I hope we get s3 so we can better explore that like Djenks wants.

Hello there, can I get a romantic matchup for Hazbin, Helluva and Genshin Impact (I hope that's not too many)?

I'm bisexual (with a preference for men but I'm down for whatever) and I use she/her. I'm an ambivert. For those who don't know me very well, I may appear calm, collected and polite, but when I get close with someone, that's when my true personality comes out; I'm very sarcastic and sassy, especially if someone gets on my nerves. Even though I'm a bit goofy, I'm usually the rational, maybe even mom friend of the group; the type of friend who tries to stop the rest from doing dumb shit if I think it's too dumb or dangerous (but if it's pretty harmless, I'll gladly join in on the fun). I also tend to curse like a sailor lol. But my friends say that I'm also thoughtful, open and understanding. I can be very patient and gentle as well if I want too.

As for my style, I usually dress in all black (fun fact: I never wear skirts though, I despise them) and I love silver jewelry. I always have a silver ring on each finger or both hands (without them I feel almost naked) and usually snake or dragon-themed silver earrings.

My main hobbies and interests are: listening to music (I can't live without it), lately I've been listening mostly to any rock or metal type of music or similar (for example I love bands such as Ghost and Nickelback). Besides that, I also love to draw, read, and travel. Sometimes I also like to play or do some sports (I've been a horse rider since I was seven and I love swimming). But I also like to just sit on the couch and watch movies (preferably with friends).

So, WRH. First of all, I'd have liked canon info of him, and I know he's just there to fulfil the role of the evil villain during the first part of the story, but I have honestly come to enjoy his character and how ridiculously OP and unapologetic he is. Just a good old classic bad guy that thrives being one.

That being said, I do like that the few info we have also shows that he can care about others. It's very rare and god knows what even are his standards or requirements for that, but something I have discussed with others before is how little he seemed to care about social conventions of his time, like the fact that both MY and WQ were high ranking members of the sect because of their talent and capabilities, and despite being a son of a prostitute and a woman, respectively.

In this vein, i think CQL did him a great diservice putting her and WN in pretty much a hostage situation. That's not to say that he would have take kindly to that branch of the family going against him, but there's a difference between betrayal and actively harming valuable elements for no reason.

(Also the fact that donghua made him a DILF lol)

NOW, going back to the matter of MY, it is very much stated in the book itself that when every other servant had to fall to their knees in WRH's presence, MY was allowed to remain standing and look him in the eye. I know this was just to show how good a job he did earning WRH's trust but asdfghjsdfghj it still does things to my brain!!!

Just how impressed and pleased was WRH with MY to allow him to be so close and take so many liberties??? Also when NMJ was captured and MY was taunting him, WRH intervened when it seemed like NMJ could harm MY. LIKE. I think we can all agree that WRH would be very capable of just letting a random drone be killed for his entertainment, but ACTUALLY and ACTIVELY getting MY out of harm's way??? okay, i have 2 best friends and we've been close since high school so it's been like Years (we're a trio and we're all in uni now). i'll label them as bff1 & bff2. bff1 invited bff2 and i to sleepover, and later on, bff1 invited our friend group from high school for a dinner/party at her house (bc we were all classmates but the 3 of us are rly a trio) and yeah, bff2 & i went, and 2 out of 7 from our friend group went, and so did bff1's cousins and their friends. we all had dinner and we were drinking as well. i didn't drink much bc i'm a lightweight lol but everyone else was drunk.

Ok I never answer "Why don't you draw _ anymore?" questions because it just feels like a deja vu of my FNAF days...

ALSO before any of you ask NO it is not anything illegal, problematic, offensive, or taboo, in fact it's one of the stupidest things people can get mad about. I can't really entirely leave that community though because of the whole YFM VEVO shit so nah my name is kinda immortalized within the community forever. I do still like the characters and listen to some of the songs sometimes but I stopped supporting Ray recently because of his copyright abuse so there's really no point to go back. Ok, so…I'm a 15-year-old gurl who was born May 11, 2007, on a terrible night, the worst one, freezing. But at the same time a beautiful day, the best one… I know this is a wonderful day for my parents cause I came to this world. I liked school in those times when we only played with play-doh, and the subjects were fun. I know, I don't need to remember how weird I was. The most innocent kid in the territory n odd as f***. By the way, with the years, I started realizing how bad n good life is, bcause it needs to be balanced in some way. I'm practically a chill gurl with any situation that comes, I'm prepared, but at the same time, I stress a lot. I think the world will end when something I care so much about does not work out, but I can control it. Many people said I'm a clever girl, friendly, extrovert, independent, and very sarcastic, hahahaha. I'm not gonna lie; I'm sarcastic, more than u will ever imagine, really….I use sarcasm daily with my parents, friends, and siblings. I'm always one of the most sarcastic people in the world. Anyway, I would like to study medicine at a good college in the future. u r asking why? The answer is really easy, my dad is a doctor, and he always showed me medicine cases or the anatomy of the body, etc., since I was a little girl. So basically, I grew up with medicine in my veins, and I also love the fact of saving people. I know doctors can't make them immortal, but they extend their lives to enjoy it a little more. For now, at 15 years old, I want to keep the good grades and have an excellent academic experience this three years that are left. I am trying to recover from my knee injury and this is one thing that matters to me. More grown up, talking about family, I'm not interested in having kids or getting married. I want to enjoy my young life, having my dream job in New York, hopefully, with an excellent economic status…. enough to visit other places like Italy. I want to work out to have a healthy lifestyle, for example, going to the gym, eating healthy, and enjoying all types of food. I want an apartment with my dog, a husky, btw. I want to go out with friends and have adventures before getting married and having a family. I think there is so much to appreciate alone and fall in love with ur own life.

Ok ok this may be a dumb question but we'll see, what are your thoughts on bdsm + andreil? Okay regarding that specific fic, yeah I read a lot of AFTG fics of all types, I haven't read something NSFW in a while, but when I saw the ‘Dom!Neil’ tag I decided to give it a shot. It’s interesting seeing how other authors go about their ideas and just enjoying their story. It doesn’t align with my personal ideas of everything obviously, but those are my personal HC and that fic is that authors personal HC. I like that they’re exploring something that this fandom doesn’t see explored a lot and is just a fun read, lol. Honestly I give up on most BDSM fandom fics because the depiction of Neil makes me uncomfortable ...almost always. I agree a lot more with this fics concept of how they would explore power vs control in a BDSM sexual sense, than most Dom!Andrew Sub!Neil fics– which I have long ago stopped trying to read.

Okay here are my personal ideas about Andrew and Neil, and how they would explore sex.

I personally don’t think canon Andrew and Neil would go into BDSM culture or ascribe to either roll strictly. I feel they wouldn’t like established dynamics like that and would get turned off by that aspect, especially since Andrew both craves control of situations but fears ‘being like them’ and a lot of Dom play is about power dynamics that he wouldn't be comfortable with. Andrew sees power in sex as different as control during sex. He needs a controlled environment, and be in control of the other by having them listen to his boundaries, but he can’t feel he’s overpowering the other person. I don’t think he could do a lot of strictly Sub things either for similar reasons, he would feel like he's giving up control of the situation in a way that could make him very uncomfortable.

Neil on the other hand is also often portrayed as a very textbook sub, but I don't think he is. I see him written as a brat a lot, but personally I don’t see him doing that since a lot of what playing with a brat is, is giving them what they want and denying them what they want and them ‘defying you’ and stuff. It's like a form of playful miscommunication I don't see Andrew or Neil ever actually doing. Obviously all healthy and proper play is outlined and discussed beforehand, but I see Andrew and Neil as needing the actions themselves to be clear and cut and dry.

Neil also gets off on Andrews pleasure, Andrew is the same about Neil, they're almost like a feedback loop of “the other enjoying themselves is inherently hot.” to me, Neil getting off on other people (Andrew) getting off is a very Dom like quality. In turn, Andrew is very turned on by pleasuring Neil, but from the point of his knees, which is almost sub like, he is turned on by sucking someone else off and seeing how into it they are. Either way, I think they both wouldn’t be into hardcore BDSM or BDSM culture but also aren’t vanilla. I don’t see either of them going to leather clubs instead of Edens and going to Folsom Fair and joining BDSM social groups and stuff.

I also don’t think either would ever use titles for the other, I think they don’t call each other by their names often on a day-to-day basis, since usually the people were talking to already know their name, and we don’t need to use it for clarification. I do think–just like in canon with emotionally charged moments–names will be used with more emphasis, especially Abram which is not used frequently.

Side note about my Jewish Neil HC: Judaism rocks because sex isn’t shamed, but rather considered a blessing and a holy act. In fact, it’s a good thing to have sex on Shabbat, G-d is actively like ‘fuck yeah you little humans, enjoy life’s pleasures and each other's company’ sex was designed to feel good and a way to connect. Shabbat is all about human connection with those important to us, and a day of rest away from work, so sex on Shabbat is actually actively a good thing. I don’t think Neil is ever religiously Jewish, but Andrew making a joke about this once would be peak to me. Which also fits Abram, a very Jewish name I HC to be not just Neil’s middle name but his Jewish name, and is used in said holy context of sex.

I think like a lot of healthy adults who are sexually active, they will explore and will be more adventurous to try new and other things, especially when dealing with issues like waning to get off but having touch aversion and issues like that. I have a lot of sex life HC about them actually, ways they navigate erectile dysfunction, mental health, and what they like in a safe environment. They trust each other, and I like imagining different ways aspects of their relationship would change or evolve in my head in all different types of ways, including sexual. I also enjoy giving them kinks and inclinations I specifically don’t have, because it’s like me exploring the concept of why someone else might like something even though I personally don’t. I’m not imagining things that make me uncomfortable necessarily, just things I'm neutral on or don’t see the appeal of, but know why they appeal to others and try to imagine what these characters might think.

I feel canon Andrew and Neil explore sex and dynamics that make them comfortable, I have HC about Andrew possibly exploring pup play and wearing a collar for Neil partially as a “joke” in the beginning, but discovering they really like it. I also HC Neil is really into athletic stuff sexually, he thinks Andrew half dressed with his padding still on and a jock strap is just peak sex appeal. I also think Neil is very sensory, and makes associations with smells and senses easily, so he develops a sweat kink, which leads into his armpit kink. Neil isn't turned on by ‘the bad smell of sweat’ but rather the fact that when Andrew is sweaty he smells like Andrew a lot, rather than after a shower he smells more like soap, and he can’t smell Andrew as much. Andrew on the other hand prefers cleaner sex. He’s not triggered by dirty sex though– he used to suck guys off at an alt dance club and is used to the smell of sweaty balls, it's just not an active turn on. 1. re: their other friends.

they do have friends outside of each other! kuroo mainly hangs out with kenma & kai (who i almost included in the group too but i looked at his job post timeskip and thought it seemed more likely that he started working immediately after hs, my personal hc is it's a family business!). asahi has some friends he's made at his college that he has some classes with. and obviously he and suga both still talk to and hang out with kiyoko & daichi. the karasuno group chat is also still running so they talk to their kouhai a lot too. iwaizumi doesn't really have a whole lot of other friends in tokyo. he has people in his classes that he talks to and he hangs out with his roommate sometimes but his friend group is mainly still makki, mattsun, and oikawa.

um kuroo and suga also both hang out with akaashi and bokuto a lot! (pushing my akasuga & bokusuga friendship agendas here <3)

as for general opinions on their friendship? makki, mattsun, and oikawa like to joke that iwaizumi's replaced them already. but also makki and mattsun both get along great with kuroo and suga! kai and kiyoko both think it's nice that they've made some new friends. daichi's just glad he's not in tokyo and he feels bad for asahi lol. bokuto loves hanging out with them when he's there, he thinks it's a great time.

2. re: bokuroo/msby confession trip

chaos. iwaizumi drove the whole time. the only other one who really likes driving is kuroo and iwaizumi did not trust him behind the wheel of his car.

suga is in charge of navigation until they realize that suga is horrible with navigation and the job is given to asahi.

there IS so much potential with them, you're right. unfortunately i haven't thought a whole lot abt that dynamic specifically but i think they would get along super well. kuroo is skilled at getting people out of their comfort zone without pushing them too far/making them uncomfortable (exhibit a: kenma) so i imagine he tries to help asahi do that a lot! kuroo likes to annoy iwa and suga so sometimes if they're disagreeing, he'll stand next to asahi and be like "as the tallest ones here, i think we should be the ones who decide" meanwhile asahi is like "please don't drag me into this"

OKK LISTEN. I’ve had an idea where Jyushi invites Kuko to a concert of his and then he announces he has a surprise new song he’s gonna debut!! AND it’s a song that he wrote about Kuko and how much he loves him.... he doesn’t say it outright but Kuko knows it’s about him and after Jyushi finishes, he tries to find them in the crowd but Kuko’s gone... so after the concert Kuko goes backstage and Jyushi sees them and then Kuko kisses him while Jyushi’s talking SDHKDDD it’s very cute and gay

SO i would really love to see a story of Hitoya’s childhood before all the tragedy happened and how he used to be with his brother and stuff... Or anything of Hitoya’s past experiences through his perspective, especially the part where Hitoya dropped out of Medical school to go study law, I think seeing his thoughts during that time would make for a hella interesting story imo. More Hitoya centric content please!!!!!! OH ALSO MAYBE LIKE A DAY IN HITOYAS LIFE... how he interacts with a client and his secretary too. Just a slice of life chapter with Hitoya idc i need it

I have noticed that in both areas, people have said that I'm a people magnet and a good person to be around 😁 When I'm alone I like to read fanfics 😏, listen to music, read my Warrior Cats books and when I'm with my sister or with Family, I love to dance, listen to music, watch anime, play sports, go for walks. I've been dancing ever since I was young, never went to lessons but still performed a lot for School. Most of the time, it's actually what people know me for. With my family, I was known as the Snake Girl for a few years because I really wanted one, I never got one but I do have 5 rats now 🐀 I've always loved animals, when I was younger I made a list of all the animals I wanted and there were like 20+ pets on there 😭 And because I love animals so much, I've decided I want to help them in the future but I also want to help people. I've been wondering what I should be in the future and it's changed multiple times(mostly because the hours were too long and I HATE 9-5 jobs) but helping animals and helping people is something I always want to do. So, I've decided that I'll do everything I want to do in the future and no one will stop me 😾 That's probably why I'm listed as the Troublemaker in the Family, I do what I want to do and say what I want to say without caring how other people feel because I'm my own person(Mostly, because I love having fun but also because they really need to hear it). I would also like to add that I smile and laugh a lot. I literally have smile lines from how hard I smile all the time. I could be experiencing any emotion like Anger, Happiness, Sadness, etc. and I'll still smile and laugh. I think it's the eye contact 😃
